Metro Subway System is widely known as the leader of public transportation in a metropolitan area. The signal interlocking is one of the most important organs that plays a major role in the system. By improving the quality of signal interlocking on of the traffic system and keeping its maintenance on a high level will not only repair the current state, but it will also let the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller). The Non-Vital relay of No. 3, 4 Line are the most one of the unstable system, device, which underwent a process of fine manufacture establishment and a close examination, obtained as a new device. Utilizing the equipment with cautious preservation on the system will enhance the current state of the signal device. Especially, the test for improvement and development based upon the technique that decreases the frequency of defect produced will further precipitate its efficiency. With authorization of imposing the newly made equipment will bring improvement to the signal technology and to the industry at largest extent.
In wireless networks, it is well-known that intermediate nodes can be used as cooperative relays to reduce the transmission energy required to reliably deliver a message to an intended destination. When the network is under a central authority, energy allocations and cooperative pairings can be assigned to optimize the overall energy efficiency of the network. In networks with autonomous selfish nodes, however, nodes may not be willing to expend energy to relay messages for others. This problem has been previously addressed through the development of extrinsic incentive mechanisms, e.g., virtual currency, or the insertion of altruistic nodes in the network to enforce cooperative behavior. This paper considers the problem of how selfish nodes can decide on an efficient energy allocation and endogenously form cooperative partnerships in wireless networks without extrinsic incentive mechanisms or altruistic nodes. Using tools from both cooperative and non-cooperative game theory, the three main contributions of this paper are (i) the development of Pareto-efficient cooperative energy allocations that can be agreed upon by selfish nodes, based on axiomatic bargaining techniques, (ii) the development of necessary and sufficient conditions under which "natural" cooperation is possible in systems with fading and non-fading channels without extrinsic incentive mechanisms or altruistic nodes, and (iii) the development of techniques to endogenously form cooperative partnerships without central control. Numerical results with orthogonal amplify-and-forward cooperation are also provided to quantify the energy efficiency of a wireless network with sources selfishly allocating transmission/relaying energy and endogenously forming cooperative partnerships with respect to a network with centrally optimized energy allocations and pairing assignments.
Since the phenomenon that the consumers slip important calls since they do not know the receiving information of the smart phone in spaces which smart phones can not be carried, the development of technology to solve this problem is urgent and the cases of burglary and losses of smart phones during hobby and recreation life are increasing and especially since burglary behaviors are occurring much in places such as bathing resort, swimming pool, Korean dry sauna, sauna and spa etc, the schemes to protect smart phones during hobbies and recreation life is needed. Since the smart watch, the conventional wearable device are high price machines and due to the burden about A/S costs for the damage or failure of the machine during exercise, hobbies and recreation activities, the burden about the use is high, development of products which can reduce such burden and emphasize the usefulness is urgent and in order to solve this problem, the added value and psychological repercussion effect will be very high in areas of smart phone users and utilizing them by developing the system which can know if the smart phone has received calls at least in places where smart phones can not be carried.

In this paper, a multi-hop transmission protocol based on parallel communication of secondary users (SUs) is proposed. The primary multi-hop network coexists with a set of SUs by cooperative spectrum sharing. The main optimization target of our protocol is the overall performance of the secondary system with the guarantee of the primary outage performance. The energy consumption of the primary system is reduced by the cooperation of SUs. The aim of the primary source is to communicate with the primary destination via a number of primary relays. SUs may serve as extra decode-and-forward relays for the primary network. When an SU acts as a relay for a primary user (PU), some other SUs that satisfy the condition for parallel communication are selected to simultaneously access the primary spectrum for secondary transmissions. For the proposed protocol, two opportunistic routing strategies are proposed, and a search algorithm to select the SUs for parallel communication is described. The throughput of the SUs and the PU is illustrated. Numerical results demonstrate that the average throughput of the SUs is greatly improved, and the end-to-end throughput of the PU is slightly increased in the proposed protocol when there are more than seven SUs.

According to fast VoIP technology development, more and more companies change voice network into IP based network among branch offices. IP PBX, which is deployed up to now, composed of IP phone and VoIP Gateway. Every telphone has replaced with If phone which support VoIP and VoIP gateway is installed in PBTN connection point to relay voice data. It can reduce the communication expense of International call, long distance call and call between a headquater and a trance because it uses internet line. In this paper, IP PBX is implemented that can distribute call using PBX network only usig personal terminal without Proxy Server. Depending on Role, terminal can be registered Master, Server and Client and it is verified in terms of performance and validation.
In order for location information to deliver the collected information, it needs Sensor Nodes in an environment of Sensor Network. Each sensor sends data to a base station through the process of routing in a wireless sensor network environment. Therefore, Offering accurate location information is very important in a wireless sensor network environment. Most of existed routing methods save all the informations of nodes at the area of 1-hop. In order to save these informations, unnecessary wasted energy and traffics are generated. Routing Protocol proposed in this paper doesn't save node's location information, and doesn't exchange any periodic location information to reduce wasted energy. It includes transmission range of source nodes and nodes with the location information, however it doesn't include any nodes' routing near 1-hope distance.

Mobile node has to register its current location to Home Agent when it moves to another network while away from home. However, the registration procedure cannot be completed successfully when Home Agent is protected by the VPN gateway which guards MN's home network and discards the unauthorized packets incoming from outside as a lack of security association(SA) between the Care-of address and security policy of the home network so that the binding registration message without SA is discarded smoothly by the VPN gateway. This paper presents the authentication and key exchange scheme using the AAA infrastructure for a user in Internet to access the home network behind the VPN gateway. By defining the role of authentication and tunnel processing for each agent or relay entity, this paper presents the procedure to register the current location to its Home Agent with secure manner. Performance result shows cost improvement up to 40% comparing with existing scheme in terms of the packet loss cost, the property of mobility and traffic.
The KASINICS (KASI Near Infrared Camera System) is a ground-based Near-Infrared (NIR) imaging instrument developed by the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI). In this paper, we report the test results of the KASINICS camera optics system which is comprised of a 1-1 Offner relay. We measure that the surface RMS fluctuations of the Offner mirrors are at the level of $10^{-1}-10^{-2}$ of the target wavelengths, showing that the mirrors are sufficiently smooth for NIR observations. The alignment of the Offner optics system has been checked too. Our ray-tracing simulations find that the image quality should not degrade more than the pixel size of the KASINICS ($40{\mu}m$), if a de-centering or a tilt of the Offner mirrors are within 5mm, or $2.5^{\circ}$. Our measurement shows that the de-centering or the tilt of the Offner mirrors are less than 1 mm or $0.5^{\circ}$, assuring that the KASINICS image quality are not affected by the alignment errors. We have also measured that the optics resolution is $20{\mu}m$ and it does not degrade more than 10% over the detector surface area of 14.3 mm ${/times}$ 14.3mm. Overall, we conclude that the KASINICS optics system satisfies the design requirements for NIR imaging observations.
The attractant (orange light) or repellent (white light) signal is transmitted from SRI (Sensory Rhodopsin I) via protein-protein interaction with its transducer Htrl (Halobacterial Transducer for Sensory Rhodopsin I) which in turn controls a cytoplasmic phospho-transfer pathway that modulates flagella motor switching in Halobacterium salinarum. Some mutations in both SRI and Htrl showed an unusual mutant phenotype called inverted signaling, in which the cell produces a repellent response to normally attractant light. Twelve mutations at the Glutamate 56 (E56) position in the second transmembrane helix of Htrl were introduced by site-specific random mutagenesis. Almost all E56 mutants showed orange-light inverted responses in pH and temperature-dependent manners except E56D and E56Y. Except for these two mutants, all mutants accelerated the $S_{373}$ decay compared to wild-type at $18^{\circ}C$. This supported that there is an interaction between SRI and the second transmembrane of Htrl. Also a structural model of Htrl based on the Tar crystal structure and the secondary structure prediction program proposed the E56 residue to be in the middle of the proton channel. The most important observation is that the E56 mutant provides the evidence that this residue is very sensitive for signal relay, which can be explained by the open and closed conformations of the channel (A and R conformations) in SRI, as was postulated by the unified conformational shuttling model for transport and signaling.

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have been applied to not only military missions like surveillance and reconnaissance but also commercial missions like meteorological observation, aerial photograph, communication relay, internet network build and disaster observation. Fuel cells make UAVs eco-friendly by using hydrogen. Proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) show low operation temperature, high efficiency, low noise and high energy density and those characterisitcs are well fitted with UAVs. Thus Fuel cell based UAVs have been actively developed in the world. Recently, fuel cell UAVs have started to develope for high altitude UAVs because target altitude of UAVs is expanded upto stratosphere altitude. Long endurance of UAVs is essential to improve effects of the missions. Improvement of UAV endurance time could be fulfilled by developing a hydrogen fuel storage system with high energy density and reducing the weight of UAVs. In this paper, research trend and analysis of fuel cell UAVs are introduced in terms of their altitude and endurance time and then the prospect of fuel cell UAVs are shown.
