Utopian Approach를 이용한 상수관망 개별관로 개량우선순위 산정에 관한 연구 (Study of Rehabilitation Priority Order of Pipes for Water Distribution Systems using Utopian Approach)

  • Well planned rehabilitation order of pipes is essential for efficient maintenance and management of Water Distribution Systems. In this study, not only deterioration rate of pipes but also structural and nonstructural failure which causes abnormal condition of WDS is considered to determine rehabilitation order. Probabilistic Neural Network is used for calculating deterioration rate at present and the importance of pipes is computed under structural and nonstructural failure by using Pipe by Pipe Failure Analysis and Effect Index. Utopian Approach, one of the Multi-Criteria Decision Making methods, is used for assessment of final rehabilitation order based on distance measure between utopian point and alternative one. Developed model in this study shows that it gives more reliable results than existing methods considering hydraulic relative importance does in application to real networks. In this point, the newly developed model, which gives advantages over existing models, can make a credible decision and simple application.

수원시 자전거 이용환경 평가지표 개발 및 토지이용별 적용방안 연구 (Development and Application of Evaluation Indicators of Bike Environment by Land Use in Suwon)

  • 본 연구는 자전거 이용에 필요한 이용환경과 관련된 지표를 도출하고, 자전거 이용환경을 평가할 수 있는 평가지표를 개발 및 적용하였다. 분석결과 평가요소 간 상대적 중요도는 자전거 안전성이 가장 높았으며 전체적으로 자전거 주행에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 항목의 우선순위가 높고 간접적인 영향을 미치는 항목은 중요도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 평가모형을 토지이용별로 자전거도로에 적용한 결과 비교적 현실적으로 묘사할 수 있는 것으로 확인되었고 향후 이를 활용하여 지자체의 자전거도로 이용환경 개선을 위한 개선방향 도출 등에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

탐방로 재난 위험성 평가를 위한 위험지수 개발 (Development of an Index for the Risk Assessment of Walking Trail)

  • 탐방로의 전체적인 환경은 크게 탐방로 상부, 탐방로 자체, 탐방로 하부로 나누어진다. 본 연구에서는 현장조사를 기반으로 하여 3가지의 탐방로 환경과 인문/사회 요인을 결합하여 탐방로 위험지수를 개발하였다. 탐방로 현장조사를 위해 체크리스트를 개발하였으며, 체크리스트 항목들은 상대적인 중요도 분석과정을 거쳐 점수화 되었다. 항목들의 상대비중 분석은 AHP 기법을 활용하였다. AHP 분석 결과, 탐방로 상부 환경이 나머지 환경들에 비해 2배 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 각 환경들에 속한 항목들의 중요도 및 배점이 정해졌다. 위험지수는 항목들의 총합으로 계산되었으며, 기조사 자료를 이용한 가중치가 더해졌다. 위험지수는 총점 200점으로 설정하였으며, 최대 159점, 최소 64.2점으로 산출되었다. 현장 상황과 위험지수의 비교 분석 결과, 위험성이 낮은 구간은 대부분 100점 이하의 값을 보였으며, 위험성이 매우 높거나 사고이력을 가지는 구간은 140점을 초과하는 것으로 나타났다.

AHP 기법을 이용한 멀티미디어 저작도구 평가 및 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation & Selection of Multimedia Authoring Tools using the AHP)

  • This study addresses the evaluation criteria of multimedia authoring tools(MATs), the way which decision-maker can exclude outlier matrix from group using the concept of the compatibility index, and how AHP can be applied to the selection of MATs in a group decision-making environment. The AHP technique allows an evaluator to quantify the relative importance of elements at each hierarchy and to calculate the composite relative weights for each product(i.e. MATs). This decision process allows setting to priority of the MATs based on the AHP. The results indicated that technical ability of MATs was the most significant factor in affecting their decision, trailed by managerial efficiency and vendor support. To the experts, multimedia data support was the less important than development interface. Also, the results indicated that product A(0.510) was their first choice, trailed by product C(0.286) and B(0.204). Assessing the composite relative weights revealed that expert group's members were consistent with the rankings of decision variables(evaluation criteria variables) statistically in selecting their MATs. Therefore, we believed that expert group's members have achieved sufficient agreement to permit the use of geometric mean to average the group's preference without obscuring the differences of individual opinions.

AHP를 활용한 중소도시 생활SOC 주요지표의 중요도 평가 (An Evaluation of the Importance of Living SOC Major Indicators in Small and Medium Sized Cities Using AHP)

  • This study evaluated the importance between the major indicators of living SOC in small and medium cities. AHP layer analysis was performed on a group of experts and their importance and priorities were evaluated. The results of the assessment are as follows: First, the village(walking) living zone was considered relatively more important than the local hub(vehicle) living zone. Second, the importance of health care in the local hub(vehicle) living area was assessed to be the most important in the comprehensive evaluation. Third, medical care, care, education and convenience in the village(walking) living area were ranked second, third, fourth and fifth, respectively. Fourth, the relative importance of physical education, learning, physical education, learning, relaxation, culture and village(walking) living areas in the local hub(vehicle) living areas were valued low. It is necessary to seek living SOC policies and directions in consideration of the special nature of urban social structure in small and medium-sized cities in Korea.

송현천에 서식하는 멸종위기어류 버들가지 Rhynchocypris semotilus (Pisces: Cyprinidae)의 섭식생태 (Feeding Ecology of the Endangered Endemic Species, Rhynchocypris semotilus (Pisces: Cyprinidae) in the Songhyeoncheon (Stream), Korea)

  • 버들가지 Rhynchocypris semotilus의 섭식생태를 밝히기 위해 2022년 4월 강원도 고성군 현내면 송현리의 송현천에서 조사를 실시하였다. 위 내용물을 상대중요성지수(IRI)로 분석한 결과, 주로 절지동물문(Arthropoda) 곤충강(Insecta)의 날도래목(Trichoptera, 46.6%), 하루살이목(Ephemeroptera, 27.6%), 파리목(Diptera, 12.6%), 잠자리목(Odonata, 9.7%), 강도래목(Plecoptera, 2.8%), 딱정벌레목(Plecoptera, 0.6%), 노린재목(Hemiptera, 0.1%) 순으로 중요한 먹이생물로 나타났다. 연령별로 상대중요성지수(IRI)를 계산하여 경향을 분석한 결과, 당년생은 비교적 크기가 작은 하루살이목과 파리목을 주로 섭식하지만 성장함에 따라 이들의 비율은 점차 감소하고 비교적 크기가 큰 날도래목과 잠자리목의 비율이 점차 증가하여 만 3년생 이상에서는 가장 중요한 먹이원으로 전환되었다. 또한 먹이 크기도 당년생의 개체가 2.8±2.5 (0.6~9.0) mm로 가장 작았으나 만 3년생 이상에서는 5.1±6.1 (1.1~17.0) mm로 점차 증가하였다. 먹이 선택성을 조사한 결과 강도래목(+0.78), 날도래목(+0.66), 딱정벌레목(+0.66), 노린재목(+0.03)은 양의 선택성을, 단각목(Amphipoda, -1.00), 하루살이목(-0.24), 잠자리목(-0.13), 파리목(-0.05)은 음의 선택성을 보였다.

반응표면법을 이용한 평행류 열교환기의 형상 최적화 (Optimal Shape of a Parallel-Flow Heat Exchanger by Using a Response Surface Method)

  • The heat and flow characteristics in a single-phase parallel-flow heat exchanger was examined numerically to obtain its optimal shape. A response surface method was introduced to approximately predict its performance with respect to the design parameters over the design domain. The inflow/outflow angle of the working fluid, the location of inlet/outlet, the protruding height of flat tube and the height of header were chosen as a design parameter The evaluation of the relative importance of the design parameters was performed based on a sensitivity analysis. An efficiency index was used as an evaluation characteristics value to simultaneously consider both the heat transfer and the pressure drop. The efficiency index of the optimum model, compared to that of the base model, was increased by 9.3%.

기술녹색도 평가모델 개발 및 적용사례 (An Evaluation Model Development of Technology Green Index(TGI) and It's Application to Defense R&D Projects)

  • In this paper, we have developed an evaluation model of technology green index(TGI) which includes 3 evaluation factors and 13 indicators. Furthermore, as presenting the degree of relative importance among evaluation factors and indicators for all R&D evaluation stages and all green technology areas, and applying the proposed model to 5 defense projects, we have found applicability of the model to evaluation of defense R&D projects. The results of evaluation using this model can be used to monitor the performance of project life cycle and develop R&D investment strategy of green technology using portfolio analysis.

Study on The Use of Teaching Area's Courtyard Space : Results from a Survey of Universities in Tai' an

  • Based on the survey of 4 universities in Tai' an by questionnaire survey and interviews, this study acquired and analyzed the college student users' activity type, utilization frequency, retention time, companion, preference for landscape design style, the importance of the courtyard space's environment and landscape, as well as correlations between primary attributes and activity characteristics of student users. The weight of the university teaching area's courtyard space evaluation index was obtained by Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results indicated that nearly 60% college students select to study and to rest alone as the main activity type, 80% students' utilization frequency is at least two times or more a week. In addition, the relative weight of plant landscape is the highest in the 2nd class indexes of space garden landscape, and its value is 0.113; the relative weight of cleanliness is the highest in the 3rd class indexes of space environment quality, and its value is 0.143. Therefore, it should be attached much importance to constructing the environment and landscape for studying and relaxing, and the factors of cleanliness and plant landscape etc in the further design of courtyard space are taken into full consideration.

호산천에 서식하는 멸종위기종인 한둑중개 Cottus hangiongensis의 섭식생태 (Feeding Ecology of Endangered Cottus hangiongensis in the Hosan Stream, Korea)

  • 호산천에 서식하는 멸종위기어종인 한둑중개의 섭식생태에 대하여 2006년 9월부터 2007년 8월까지 계절별로 채집하여 조사, 연구하였다. 한둑중개의 소화관 내용물에서 확인된 먹이생물로는 대부분이 수서곤충이었고 그 이외에 선충, 소형어류, 어류의 알, 다슬기 등이 조사되었다. 먹이생물로 이용되는 수서곤충의 상대적중요성지수비는 파리목 (Diptera), 날도래목 (Trichoptera), 하루살이목 (Ephemeroptera), 강도래목 (Plecoptera) 순이었다. Chironomidae sp. 1 (White type)과 Hydropsyche kozhantschikovi가 가장 중요한 먹이생물로 조사되었다. 건조 중량비에 따른 계절적 먹이생물의 변동으로서 봄과 여름에는 Trichoptera의 비율이 가장 높았고, 가을에는 Diptera, 겨울에는 Plecoptera가 가장 비율이 높았다.
