로봇 비젼시스템을 이용한 강체 배치 실험에 대한 연구 (A Study on Rigid body Placement Task of based on Robot Vision System)

  • This paper presents the development of estimation model and control method based on the new robot vision. This proposed control method is accomplished using the sequential estimation scheme that permits placement of the rigid body in each of the two-dimensional image planes of monitoring cameras. Estimation model with six parameters is developed based on the model that generalizes known 4-axis scara robot kinematics to accommodate unknown relative camera position and orientation, etc. Based on the estimated parameters, depending on each camera the joint angle of robot is estimated by the iteration method. The method is experimentally tested in two ways, the estimation model test and a three-dimensional rigid body placement task. Three results show that control scheme used is precise and robust. This feature can open the door to a range of application of multi-axis robot such as assembly and welding.

체계론에 기초한 도시가계의 재정상태 분석 (An Analysis of Financial Statement Among Urban Households Based On a System Approach)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relations of resources and demands, family financial management and financial statement of urban households by applying a system approach. The results of this study were as follows; Saving rate had significant differences according to resources variables such as age, family life cycle, occupation of househead and housewife, ratio of employed to family member, and to demands variabels such as subjective prospect of business cycle, and value orientation, whereas total saving amount had significant differences according to resources vaiables such as age, family life cycle, educational level, percapita income, occupation of househead, type of income and to demand variable, perception of relative income. Also average monthly saving amount had significant differences according to resources vaiables such as educational level, per capita income, occupation of housewife, housing ownership, ratio of employed to family member, ratio of dependent to employed, and to demands variable, perception of relative income. The stocks had significant differences according to resources variables such as age, family life cycle, educational level, per capita income, occupation of househead, type of income, and housing ownership. Finally, real estate had significant differences according to resources variables such as age, family life cycle, educational level, percapita income, occupation of househead, type of income, housing ownership, and to demands variable, perception of relative income. Financial Statement among urban households according to family financial management had significant differences. And among all variables affecting financial statement among urban households, per capita income had the highest effect and perception of relative income was the second.

섬유배향과 섬유함유량이 섬유강화 열가소성수지 복합재료의 인장강도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Fiber Orientation and Fiber Contents on the Tensile Strength in Fiber-reinforced Thermoplastic Composites)

  • 섬유강화 열가소성수지 복합재료는 열경화성수지 복합재료의 강도 수준에 근접할 뿐만 아니라 열경화성수지 복합재료의 취약점으로 지적되고 있는 생산성, 리사이클, 내충격성 등이 우수하다. 일방향 섬유강화 복합재료의 강도계산을 위한 연구와 섬유배향상태를 측정하여 정량적으로 나타낼 수 있도록 연구하여 발표하였으나, 섬유함유율에 따른 섬유배향상태와 복합재료의 기계적 성질을 예측을 할 수 있는 데이터베이스 구축은 되어있지 않으므로 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다 본 연구에서는 섬유함유율에 따른 섬유배향상태를 변화시켜 섬유강화 열가소성수지 복합판재를 제작한 후, 섬유함유율 및 섬유배향상태가 복합판재의 인장강도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대해서 고찰하였다. 섬유강화 열경화성수지 복합재료의 $0^{\circ}$ 방향에서 인장강도 비는 등방성에서 이방성으로 갈수록 섬유배향함수와 섬유함유율에 관계없이 일정하게 나타났으나, $90^{\circ}$ 방향에서 인장강도 비는 인장 하중이 강화섬유 길이방향의 수직방향으로 작용했을 때 섬유필라멘트 분리에 의해 감소하였다.

상대 절점 변위를 이용한 비선형 유한 요소 해석법 (A Relative Nodal Displacement Method for Element Nonlinear Analysis)

  • Nodal displacements are referred to the initial configuration in the total Lagrangian formulation and to the last converged configuration in the updated Lagrangian furmulation. This research proposes a relative nodal displacement method to represent the position and orientation for a node in truss structures. Since the proposed method measures the relative nodal displacements relative to its adjacent nodal reference frame, they are still small for a truss structure undergoing large deformations for the small size elements. As a consequence, element formulations developed under the small deformation assumption are still valid for structures undergoing large deformations, which significantly simplifies the equations of equilibrium. A structural system is represented by a graph to systematically develop the governing equations of equilibrium for general systems. A node and an element are represented by a node and an edge in graph representation, respectively. Closed loops are opened to form a spanning tree by cutting edges. Two computational sequences are defined in the graph representation. One is the forward path sequence that is used to recover the Cartesian nodal displacements from relative nodal displacement sand traverses a graph from the base node towards the terminal nodes. The other is the backward path sequence that is used to recover the nodal forces in the relative coordinate system from the known nodal forces in the absolute coordinate system and traverses from the terminal nodes towards the base node. One open loop and one closed loop structure undergoing large deformations are analyzed to demonstrate the efficiency and validity of the proposed method.

20~30대 여성의 유행선도력에 따른 속옷 구매행동 및 태도에 관한 연구 (Fashion Leadership, Underwear Purchase Behaviors and Attitude of Females in Their 20s-30s)

  • This study examines the underwear purchase behaviors of female consumers based on fashion leadership. Data research was conducted on 348 females in their 20s and 30s located in the city of Seoul & the surrounding Gyeonggi provincial area. The SPSS 17.0 software program was used to conduct data analyses such as descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and Scheffe's test as a post-hoc analysis. The results of this study are as follow. 1. Fashion leadership was identified with four factors; fashion opinion leadership, fashion innovation, confidence of fashion, and potential fashion leadership. Customers were segmented into the following three subdivisions: fashion leaders, fashion followers, and fashion laggards. 2. The factors derived from the factor analysis of underwear purchase motive included pursuit of fashion, economic, and fashion coordination. Fashion leaders highly regarded the pursuit of fashion & fashion coordination, but fashion laggards regarded economics highly. 3. The factors derived from the factor analysis of selection criteria included design attributes, brand attributes, functionality of clothes, and practicality. Fashion leaders regarded the attributes of design and brands highly; fashion followers regarded design attributes highly. 4. The factors derived from the factor analysis of underwear attitude included fashion/shopping orientation, fashion coordination orientation, and wear sensation/modesty orientation. Fashion leaders regarded fashion, shopping, design, and fashion coordination orientation highly relative to fashion followers and fashion laggards. 5. Fashion leadership showed significant differences in purchase motives, selection criteria, and underwear attitude.

변위벡터방향성을 이용한 터널 전방 단층대 예측에 관한 연구 (Prediction of a Fault Zone ahead of a Tunnel Face based on the Orientation of Displacement Vectors)

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원 유한요소해석을 통해 터널 굴착 전방에 위치한 단층대를 내공변위 계측결과를 이용하여 예측하기 위한 방안을 고찰하였다. 이를 위하여 터널과 단층대의 기하학적 위치변화에 따른 수치해석 모델을 구성하였다. 단층대의 경사는 각각 $90^{\circ}$, 터널 진행 반대방향 $45^{\circ}$, 터널 진행방향 $45^{\circ}$의 3가지로 구분하였으며, 각 경사별로 주향을 $15^{\circ}$ 간격으로 변화시켜 총 15개의 해석 모델에 대하여 분석하였다. 각 모델별 내공변위의 변화양상은 천단부와 측벽부에서의 벡터 방향성을 이용하여 분석하였다. 최종적으로, 총 9가지 조건의 단층대 분포 특성에 해당하는 굴착면 전방 예측 경향선을 도시화 하였으며, 이를 기반으로 일상 계측 데이터 분석을 통한 전방 단층대 출현 및 배향의 예측 방안을 제시하였다.

5령 누에에 있어서 Fibroin 생합성의 특성 (Characterization of Fibroin Biosynthesis in the 5th Instar of Bombyx mori)

  • 가잠 실크 피브로인의 아미노산 조성 중 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있는 Glycine에 동위체 라벨링([1-13C]-Gly)을 실시하여 5령 1일째부터 고치를 지을 때까지의 생합성의 상태를 NMR법을 이용하여 추적하였다. 그 결과 5령 5일을 기준으로 가잠 실크의 결정부분을 형성하는 아미노산이 형성은 되나 실크의 결정부분을 형성하는 아미노산이 형성은 되나 실크가 되었을 때 결정성의 고배향 구조를 이루지 못하고 결정성의 저배향 구조를 형성하고마는 형태로 된다고 생각되어 졌다. 이 사실은 배향시료의 고체CP-NMR 스펙트럼의 피크 분리로부터 확인할 수 있었다. 그 결과 수소결합에 관여하는 N-H의 방향이 거의 수직이라고 할 수 있는 83˚의 분자축 부분이 18˚의 고배향 분포를 이루면서 82% 존재하고, 또 나는 N-H의 결합방향이 60˚인 분자축 부분이 18% 존재하면서 62˚의 배향분포를 이룬다고 하는 시뮤레이션의 결과로 설명되어졌다.

  • This paper presents the design and implementation of an industrial controller for an autonomous guided vehicle(AGV) with economic sensor. A guidance scheme provides accurate tracking and achieves faster minimizing oftracking error. A sensor at the center provides the position and orientation of the vehicle relative to the track. Control laws that make use of this information have been devised to achieve accurate and fast tracking. The gains are modified on-line to achieve proper tracking. The simulation and implementation results are provided for the illustration of the implemented controller.
