보행자보호를 위한 다리기준의 교통안전 효과평가 (Assessing Traffic Safety Benefits of Technical Regulation for Pedestrian Leg)

  • This study proposes a methodology to assess the traffic safety benefits of technical regulation for pedestrian leg. Traffic safety benefit is defined as the injury reduction in this study. Actual accident analysis and simulation experiments using LS-Dyna3d are conducted to establish statistical models for developing the methodology. The relationship between collision speed and parameters of the regulation is explored. An application example of the proposed methodology is also presented for more comprehensive understanding. It is believed that the proposed methodology would be greatly utilized in developing various technologies and policies to protect pedestrian.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide implications by conducting research on brand benefits for skiwear brand customers. For this purpose, a structural equation model was established and empirical research was conducted by selecting brand convenience as a hygiene variable and brand emotion, brand satisfaction, and repurchase intention as endogenous variables. In order to analyze the general characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and Cronbach's alpha analysis was conducted using the same statistical program. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using AMOS 21. In addition, the benefits of skiwear brand, which is an independent variable, were composed of two sub-dimensions, and psychological benefits rather than functional benefits were found to have a stronger impact on brand emotion, suggesting practical implications.

소셜커머스 시장에서 지각된 관계혜택이 재구매의도와 구전의도에 미치는 영향: 만족의 매개효과 및 시장 전문성 차이 (The Effects of Perceived Relational Benefits on Repurchase Intention and Word of Mouth Intention in the Social Commerce Marketplace: Mediating Effect of Satisfaction and Difference in Market Mavenism)

  • The purposes of this study were to (a) identify dimensions of relational benefits in the social commerce market, (b) predict the effects of relational benefits on satisfaction, repurchase intention, and word of mouth (WOM) intention, (c) examine the mediating effects of satisfaction, and (d) compare the differences in the effects of relational benefits on satisfaction, repurchase intention, and WOM intention between the two groups of market mavenism. For collecting data, a self-administered questionnaire was undertaken by an online research agency. A total of 490 usable responses were obtained from consumers who have used social commerce sites. The sample included a slightly higher number of females (50.8%) than males and age was ranged from 20 years to 40 years. An exploratory factor analysis generated four factors of relational benefits such as confidence, convenience, special treatment, and information. Multiple regression models showed that confidence, convenience, and special treatment benefits were significant predictors of satisfaction and repurchase intention; the confidence and convenience benefits were significant for WOM intention. Satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between relational benefits and repurchase intention, and the relationship between relational benefits and WOM intention. The group with high level of market mavenism more highly perceived the relational benefits than the other groups. Confidence benefit had a significant effect on repurchase intention regardless of the level of market mavenism, while convenience benefit had a significant effect on repurchase intention in the non-market maven group. This study discussed the managerial implications for customer relationship management in the social commerce marketplace.

진료비 확인 민원신청 경험과 의사 및 의료기관에 대한 신뢰도와의 관련성 (Relationship between Experience of Requesting Verification of Healthcare Benefit Coverage and Patients' Trust in Physicians and Hospitals)

  • Background: Patients' trust in their physicians or hospitals is important to guarantee the effectiveness of care and to encourage revisits. This study aimed to identify the relationship between the experience of requesting verification of healthcare benefit coverage via the Health Insurance Review Agency (HIRA) and patients' trust in their physicians or hospitals. Methods: For this population-based study, 800 adult respondents aged 20 to 65 years were recruited using random sampling and telephone surveys. Respondents were divided into two groups: 1) 400 people had experience in requesting the HIRA verification service for the purpose of confirmation of whether the costs they paid were appropriate among metropolitan habitants, and 2) 400 people comprised members of the public who had no experience requesting the verification service. Results: Experience with requesting verification services was likely to lower the patients' trust in medical institutions, but not in their physicians (p<0.05). In addition, patients who were satisfied with their physicians and hospitals were more likely to trust the physicians and hospitals than dissatisfied patients. Conclusion: Patients' trust might be an important factor influencing hospital success. Patients' trust in medical suppliers, such as physicians and hospitals, encourages a positive relationship between medical suppliers and patients. Therefore, medical suppliers must provide appropriate care to patients to improve patients' trust in them.

기업의 환경경영이 지속가능한 발전에 미치는 실증분석 (An Empirical Study on Relationship between Environmental Management and Sustainable Development)

  • 본 논문은 기업의 환경경영활동과 지속가능한 발전과의 상관관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 기업의 환경경영활동을 지속가능성 측면에서 평가할 수 있도록 경제, 환경, 그리고 사회적 지표를 선정하여 평가모형(SDEM)을 구축하였다. 평가모형은 델-파이, 계층적 분석방법(AHP)을 활용하여 자료의 선정과 가중치를 결정하였다. 그리고 우리나라 기업 58개사를 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 환경경영 도입 단계가 높을수록, 기업규모가 클수록, 환경경영을 실천한지 오래될수록, 그리고 공기업일수록 지속가능한 발전에 미친 성과가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 경제적 성과와 환경적 성과와의 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공기업이 민간기업에 비해 보다 높은 성과를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다.

The Risk-Return Relationship in Crude Oil Markets during COVID-19 Pandemic: Evidence from Time-Varying Coefficient GARCH-in-Mean Model

  • In this paper, we propose the new time-varying coefficient GARCH-in-Mean model. The benefit of our model is to allow the risk-return parameter in the mean equation to vary over time. At the end of 2019 to the beginning of 2020, the world witnessed two shocking events: COVID-19 pandemic and 2020 oil price war. So, we decide to use the daily data from December 2, 2019 to May 29, 2020, which cover these two major events. The purpose of this study is to find the dynamic movement between risk and return in four major oil markets: Brent, West Texas Intermediate, Dubai, and Singapore Exchange, during COVID-19 pandemic and 2020 oil price war. For the European oil market, our model found a significant and positive risk-return relationship in Brent during March 26-April 21, 2020. For the North America oil market, our model found a significant positive risk return relationship in West Texas Intermediate (WTI) during March 12-May 8, 2020. For the Middle East oil market, we found a significant and positive risk-return relationship in Dubai during March 12-April 14, 2020. Lastly, for the South East Asia oil market, we found a significant positive risk return relationship in Singapore Exchange (SGX) from March 9-May 29, 2020.

  • Supporting communications among users, Social Network has encouraged various information flows through relationships among them. This paper studies on mentality or attitude of Social Network Services (SNS for short) users, on the basis of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM for short) and then proposes so-called TAMS, Technology Acceptance Model for Social Network Services. SNS users make full use of SNS as channels in order to create, expand, and obtain some information related to personal concerns. We will research on how the benefits that users get by using SNS exert influence on user-perceived usability. The SNS-using benefits focus on relationship benefits that are formed by interactions among users. Provided that perceived usability affects mental or informational benefits according to involvement of SNS users, we will check how perceived usability or ease of use is connected to brand attitude.

패션 제품의 e-CRM에 관한 연구 (제2보) -성별의 조절 효과- (A Study on e-CRM in Fashion Internet Shopping Mall -Comparing groups by gender-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify importance of gender in dynamic relationship structure in fashion internet shopping mall and to provide marketers e-CRM marketing strategy. Out of 473 customers, 470 who had purchased fashion products in fashion Internet shopping mall were surveyed for this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, 1-test, correlation analysis, Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS program. As the results, both men and women had ‘relationship maintenance intention’ in e-CRM. However, only women had ‘intention to discontinue relationship’, when shopping mall made mistakes to them. Also, in men's group, ‘service’ only had effect on ‘Trust’, while ‘service’and ‘financial benefit’ had effects on‘Trust’ in women's group. If women would be dissatisfied with a shopping mall, they have a strong intention to disconnect with it. Based on these results, it could be concluded that men have more tolerance for shopping mall's mistakes than women have. Therefore, the results of this study provide e-CRM marketing strategy for fashion internet marketers.

명품구매동기와 사용혜택요인이 구매의도에 미치는 인과구조 모형 분석 (On the purchase of luxury motivation factors and use benefits Causal Structure Model Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 한국 소비자들의 명품 소비행동과 관련된 요인들로 밝혀진 구매동기요인 및 사용혜택요인들을 중심으로 구매의도에 미치는 인과구조적 관계성을 알아보고자 하였다. 선행 문헌분석을 토대로 한국인의 명품구매동기와 사용혜택요인들에 대한 요인구조에 대해 살펴보았으며, 이러한 요인들이 명품 구매의도와 어떤 관계성이 있는 가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 소비자들이 명품을 구매하는 동기와 명품을 사용함으로써 얻는 혜택요인들 간의 관련성을 확인한 결과, 물질적 동기는 경제적 혜택과 실용적 혜택요인에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 동기는 개인적 혜택과 사회적 혜택 및 경제적 혜택요인에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 소비자들의 명품 구매동기 요인이 구매의도에 미치는 관련성을 확인한 결과, 물질적 동기는 유의미한 영향이나 관계가 나타나지 않았으나, 심리적 동기는 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 명품 사용 혜택요인들이 구매의도에 미치는 관련성을 확인한 결과, 개인적, 경제적, 실용적 혜택요인들은 유의미한 영향이나 관계가 나타나지 않았으나, 사회적 혜택요인은 부정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 이러한 요인들 간의 매개효과 측면을 확인한 결과, 심리적 동기만이 사회적 혜택요인을 통한 구매의도와의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 소비자들의 명품구매행동을 설명하는데 구매동기가 구매행동에 미치는 단순한 직선관계뿐만 아니라 명품을 사용함으로서 얻게 되는 혜택요인에 대한 지각이 매개되어 나타나는 간접적 과정을 설명했다는 점에 가치가 있으며, 향후 명품관련 마케팅 담당자들에게 소비자들의 이러한 심리적 특성을 고려해야만 하는 시사점을 제공해 주었다.

복지국가의 아동·가족복지지출과 아동빈곤율의 관계 -OECD 국가를 중심으로- (A Study on the Relationship Between Child Poverty Rate and Family Policy Expenditure of Welfare States -Focused on OECD Countries-)

  • 본 연구는 OECD 국가를 대상으로 복지국가의 아동 가족복지지출과 아동빈곤율의 관계를 분석한 탐색적 연구이다. 아동 가족복지지출은 복지국가의 아동 가족을 대상으로 한 복지 노력(welfare effort)을 나타내는 지표이며, 본 연구에서는 아동 가족복지지출 총량뿐 아니라 아동 가족을 대상으로 한 다양한 분야의 복지지출을 구분해서 분석함으로써 아동 가족에 대한 구체적인 복지국가의 복지노력과 아동빈곤율의 관계를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 아동빈곤율 자료는 LIS와 OECD에서 계산한 데이터를 이용하였고 아동 가족복지지출 자료는 OECD SOCX 자료를 활용하였으며 23개국을 대상으로 상관관계 군집분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 분석을 통해 아동빈곤율에 대한 급여전략(benefit strategy)과 근로전략(work strategy)의 유효성을 파악할 수 있었다. 아동빈곤율이 높은 국가들은 대부분 전체빈곤율보다 아동빈곤율 수치가 더 높은 반면, 스칸디나비아 국가들은 아동빈곤율 수준이 전체빈곤율 수준보다 낮았다. 아동 가족복지총지출과 아동빈곤율의 상관관계는 매우 높았고, 특히 서비스지출, 휴가급여지출과의 상관관계가 높았으나 현금급여지출과 아동빈곤율의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 통해 우리나라 아동빈곤율 완화를 위해서는 무엇보다 아동 가족 분야 사회복지 예산과 지출을 증가시켜야 하며, 아동 가족복지지출 중에서도 서비스지출, 휴가급여지출을 증대시켜야 하며, 아동이 있는 가구 부모의 경제활동을 지원하는 적극적노동시장 정책 등 아동가구 부모에 대한 근로지원정책을 확대시켜야 한다는 정책적 함의를 도출할 수 있었다.
