관계혜택이 고객만족과 장기적 관계지향성에 미치는 영향: 신협을 중심으로 (Effects of Relationship Benefits on Customer Satisfaction and Long-term Relationship Orientation: Focused on Credit Unions)

  • 동일 지역, 직장, 단체에 소속된 사람들에 의하여 조직되고, 운영되는 신협은 고객이 곧 소유자가 되는 협동조합기업으로서 고객이 단순한 거래자 관계가 아니라 신협에 소속되는 특징이 있다. 이러한 신협의 조직적인 특성은 고객과의 관계에 유리한 영향을 미치기 때문에 다양한 관계마케팅 전략을 펼쳐나가는 것이 중요하다. 이에 관계마케팅의 주요 변수인 관계혜택, 고객만족, 장기적 관계지향성을 이용하여 신협에서의 구조적 관계를 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 관계혜택을 확신적 혜택, 사회적 혜택, 특별대우 혜택의 3가지 차원으로 구분하고 고객만족과 장기적 관계지향성과의 인과적 모델을 구조화하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 신협 고객을 대상으로 2017년 12월 26일부터 2018년 1월 26일까지 설문을 실시하여 총 360부를 회수하였다. 이중 통계에 활용하기 어려운 14부를 제외하고 346부를 최종 표본으로 선정하였다. 자료는 SPSS 24.0을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 회귀분석을 하였고, AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였으며, 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 확신적 혜택은 장기적 관계지향성에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 고객만족을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 혜택은 장기적 관계지향성에 직접적인 영향을 미치나, 고객만족을 매개로 간접적인 영향은 없는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특별대우 혜택은 장기적 관계지향성에 직접적인 영향은 없으나, 고객만족을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고객만족은 장기적 관계지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 신협 고객에게 확신적 혜택을 제공하여 신뢰감과 확신감을 들게 하고, 사회적 혜택을 제공하여 친밀감과 우정의 관계를 구축하며, 특별대우 혜택을 제공하여 욕구를 충족시켜 주면 고객이 단기적이고 일시적인 관점이 아닌 장기적인 측면에서 고객만족을 하게 되고, 결과적으로 신협과 고객과의 장기적인 관계가 구축될 것이라는 점을 제시하였다.

항만물품공급업의 서비스품질요인이 관계지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Service Quality Factors of Port Supply Industry on the Relationship Orientation)

  • This study shows how the service quality of port supply industry impacts with customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. Through previous research, service quality of port supply company is considered, at the same time, the key factor of service quality is divided into tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Sample design is based on shipping companies which are registered in Korea Ship owners' Association and Korea Ship managers' Association from Aug. 8 through 26 in 2011. And total of 275 questionnaires are collected from shipping companies in Busan and Kyong nam. Result of this study would be utilized in marketing strategy for port supply industry. In the future research, based on analysis of port supply company's characteristics, the study for port supply industry which are perceived by customers could be conducted.

Entrepreneurial Orientation, Network Competence and Human Capital: The Internationalization of SMEs in Oman

  • Internationalization of SMEs has gathered pace in recent times with falling trade barriers and rising world trade encouraging small firms to seek profits and growth in foreign markets. This has attracted the attention of researchers, and several studies have been conducted in Western nations on the factors influencing the process of SME internationalization. However, hardly any study has been done on SME internationalization in the Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC) region, thus leaving a gap in the literature. This study investigates the influence of four factors, namely, human capital, network competency, entrepreneurial orientation, and market volatility on the degree of internationalization of SMEs in Oman. The study employs survey data collected from 150 SME owners and managers using a structured questionnaire having 27 items, and has been analyzed using correlation and logistic regression, as the dependent variable is binary in nature. The results reveal the impact of the chosen variables on the degree of internationalization of SMEs. The findings of the study suggest that network competency has the highest impact on degree of internationalization of Omani SMEs, followed by human capital and entrepreneurial orientation, while market volatility, though insignificant, moderated the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and degree of internationalization of Omani SMEs.

대학생의 의복쇼핑성향과 브랜드충성도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Shopping Orientation and Brand Loyalty of University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify clothing shopping orientation of university students and brand loyalty in Jinju, Korea. In addition, the effect of consumer's shopping orientation and brand equity factors on brand loyalty were analyzed. A self-administrated questionnaire was developed based on previous studies. A total of 257 useful data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 program. About 64.6% were female with the mean age of 22.2 years old. The results of this study were as follows. First, clothing shopping orientation was classified into 6 factors: hedonic, store patronage, planned, brand-pursued, economic, and convenience shopping orientation. Second, brand equity was identified into two factors, brand image and brand-consumer relationship. Third, store patronage and hedonic orientation were significant predictors of brand loyalty($R^2$=.275). Brand image and brand-consumer relationship showed significant effects on brand loyalty($R^2$=.541). Findings of this study were expected to contribute to understand young consumers in a typical trading area and to develop marketing strategy for casual brands to increase and maintain brand loyalty.

대학병원 근무 간호사의 성격적 특성, 권한부여 및 고객지향성간의 관계분석 (An Analysis on the Relationship among Personality Traits, Empowerment and Customer Orientation of Nurses in a Teaching Hospital)

  • To survive in the competitive environment, hospitals pay more attention to patient satisfaction than ever before. Nurses are the employee that have frequent interactions with patients in a hospital, and therefore, the effective management of nursing staff is crucial to maintain high level of patient satisfaction. Searching for a way to an effective human resource management in nursing, this study attempted to investigate the pre-dispositional factors of customer orientation of registered nurses in a hospital. The customer orientation concept is originated from marketing literature and defined as the attitude of employee that focus on establishing a long term relationship rather than short term gains in dealing with customers. The study hypothesized that the personal trait of individual and the perceived level of empowerment affect the level of customer orientation of nurses. We tested the hypothesis 10 a teaching hospital. Three-hundred seventy two nurses were surveyed and 235 responses were collected. Out of the 235 responses, 24 responses were discarded due to the incomplete answers to the questionnaire and 211 responses were analyzed. The data were analyzed using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the enjoyment dimension of customer orientation was affected by the agreeableness, consciousness, and openness of personal traits and the need dimension of customer orientation was affected by the agreeableness and level of empowerment. Based on the results the research and nursing resources management implications were discussed.

병원 내부마케팅이 간호사의 직무만족 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Internal Marketing on Nurses' Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 병원 내부마케팅이 간호사의 직무만족과 고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 간호인력 관리에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 분석하였다. 연구기간은 2018년 12월 26일부터 2019년 1월 4일까지 경기도에 소재한 일개 종합병원 간호사 255명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계, 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 첫째, 병원 내부마케팅이 직무만족에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(F=41.336, p<.001). 둘째, 병원 내부마케팅이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(F=30.299, p<.001). 셋째, 직무만족이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다(F=94.437, p<.001). 넷째, 병원 내부마케팅과 고객지향성의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과 1단계와 2단계 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 3단계는 독립변수인 병원 내부마케팅의 하위요인별 조직비전 및 미래상, 조직속성 및 체계, 커뮤니케이션, 교육훈련제도의 회귀계수가 유의미하게 나타났다. 병원은 노동집약적 산업이기 때문에 간호사의 역할이 무엇보다도 중요하다. 직무만족과 고객지향성을 향상시키기 위해서는 간호사가 자부심을 가지고 효율적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 행정적 지원과 간호업무환경 개선, 지속적인 교육훈련 등 간호사의 욕구를 파악하여 자발적인 동기부여와 만족이 극대화 될 수 있도록 경영진에서 방안마련이 필요할 것이다.

Product Innovation Accounting, Customer Response Capability and Market Success: An Empirical Investigation in Thailand

  • This study aims at investigating the effect of product innovation accounting on the market success of instant food and convenience food businesses in Thailand with customer response capability as the mediator. In addition, it examines the effects of management accounting systems, marketing intelligence, and technology orientation on product innovation accounting. The sample for this study is 258 instant food and convenience food businesses in Thailand. To test the research relationships, a structural equation model is used. The results of this study show that product innovation accounting has a significant effect on both customer response capability and market success. Similarly, customer response capability significantly leads to market success while it mediates the product innovation accounting-market success relationship. Testing the antecedents of the research relationships, management accounting system, marketing intelligence, and technology orientation potentially affect product innovation accounting. Accordingly, product innovation accounting is a key source of competitive advantage. Product innovation accounting must be recognized by company management as a strategic tool for competing in markets and environments. They must invest their resources and capabilities to create and develop product innovation accounting principles, as well as encouraging their staff to implement and use these principles in the workplace.

  • This study analyzed the effect of individualism-collectivism propensity and social capital on participation activity as well as the effect of participation activity on fashion brands relationship orientation of social network service users. Also, this study investigated the difference in participation activity and fashion brands relationship orientation by participation level of social network service. A survey was conducted from October 1 to November 31, 2015, and 476 responses were used in the analysis. As results, the individualism-collectivism propensity was composed of vertical-horizontal individualism and vertical-horizontal collectivism. The social capital was composed of trust, norm, and network. Also, the participation activity was composed of personal interaction, consumer rights, information pursuit, interest pursuit, and economic pursuit. Vertical individualism positively affected information pursuit and economic pursuit, and horizontal individualism positively affected personal interaction, consumer rights, and information pursuit; in addition, vertical collectivism positively affected personal interaction, consumer rights, and interest pursuit. Horizontal collectivism positively affected information pursuit, but it negatively affected consumer rights. Consumer rights, information pursuit, interest pursuit, and economic pursuit of participation activity positively affected fashion brands relationship orientation. Also, there were significant differences in the participation activity and fashion brands relationship orientation by participation level. The study results provide useful information to the marketing strategies using social network service of fashion brands.

농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인과 충성도 간의 관계에서 고객지각가치의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Mediating Effect of Perceived Customer Value onthe Relationship Between Relationship Marketing Factors and Loyalty on Rural Tourism)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인들에 대해서 살펴보고 관계마케팅 활동요인들과 충성도 간의 관계에서 고객지각가치의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구는 농촌관광을 경험한 고객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 이를 분석한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 탐색적 요인분석에 의해 농촌관광의 관계마케팅 활동요인들은 고객지향성, 응답유인성, 전문성, 유대관계의 4개 요인으로 분리되었다. 둘째, 고객지향성, 응답유인성, 전문성, 유대관계는 모두 충성도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 응답유인성과 전문성은 고객지각가치에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 하지만, 고객지향성과 유대관계는 고객지각가치에 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 넷째, 고객지각가치는 응답유인성과 충성도 간의 관계에서 완전매개효과를 보이는 반면 전문성과 충성도 간의 관계에서는 부분매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 통제변수인 성별은 충성도에 영향을 주지 않지만 고객지각가치에는 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 여성이 남성에 비해 농촌관광에 대한 고객지각가치가 낮은 것으로 조사되었다. 농촌관광의 충성도를 향상시키기 위해서 고객지각가치와 아울러 고객지향성, 전문성, 유대관계를 향상시킬 필요가 있다.

A Study on the Role of Locomotion Orientation as an Antecedent of Salespeople' Selling Behavior

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the locomotion orientation on salespeople' sales performance with the mediating effect of selling behavior(adaptive selling behavior, SOCO). And we figure out the relationship between customer-oriented selling behavior and adaptive selling behavior because those relationships are not clear. The authors infer research hypotheses based on literature review. We have confirmed the reliability and validity test and those results can be acceptable. Hypotheses test were conducted with structural equation modeling, AMOS. All paths in the research model reasoned by authors have been supported statistically at the significant level. This study with the theoretical implications is as follows. First, this study is the first attempt to investigate the path between locomotion orientation and adaptive selling behavior and SOCO. Secondly, there is an empirical conflict between our study and Franke and Park(2006)'s study. Our study was contradictory to Franke and Park(2006)'s consequences. And so, figuring out clearly those causal paths remains. This study with practical implications are as follows. First of all, the salespeople' selling performance was affected by adaptive selling behavior, customer-oriented selling behavior, and sales-oriented activities, such as the importance of selling behavior once again proven. It is necessary to enhance the capabilities that can be transformed into action appropriate to the needs of customers each sales step-by-step in the process of salespeople for various system through education and incentives, and to interact with customers and understand their customers relative to salespeople will. In order to enhance adaptive selling behavior, the company needs to do educational program and monitoring system with the positional promotion when salespeople get the high adaptive selling behavior. Secondly, the locomotion orientation of the salespeople is to cause this selling behavior. Management style to increase locomotion orientation is needed, which means, salespeople' superior about something should be conducted. In order to stimulate the selling behavior of the salespeople, most supervisors should use some managerial tools such as feedback, engagement, and rewards.
