러시아 박물관의 발해사 전시 변화와 전시 내러티브의 특징 - 아르세니예프 V.K. 국립극동역사보호지구 통합박물관을 중심으로 - (Changes in Exhibitions on the History of Balhae in Russian Museums and the Characteristics of Exhibition Narratives - with the focus on the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Culture "The Vladimir K. Arseniev Museum and Reserve of Far East History" -)

  • 본 연구는 한국의 발해학계에서 박물관 전시를 인식하는 논점이 중국에만 편중되어온 공백을 메우기 위해 작성되었다. 따라서 러시아 박물관에서 개최된 발해사 전시구성 및 운영정책의 특징과 변화를 분석하여, 국가 간 발해사 이해를 넓힐 수 있는 해석과 표출에 대한 자료를 공유하고자 한다. 이에 러시아의 발해사 전시를 대표하는 아르세니예프 V.K 국립극동역사보호지구 통합박물관의 상설전시 및 기획전시를 대상으로 시론적 연구를 시도해보았다. 우선 전시구성을 살펴보면, 상설전시는 지역사의 통시적 구성으로, 제1회 및 2회 기획전시는 러시아과학원 주요 소장유물을 포함한 발해사 주제별 구성으로 기획되었다. 전시 운영정책은 박물관 운영규정, 전시 운영인력, 전시 홍보전략을 통해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 전시가 개최된 배경과 역할 변화를 살펴보기 위해, 발해사 전시 개최 분기에 따른 지역사회의 정치·사회·문화적 이슈를 검토하였다. 그 결과, 상설전시 개편분기에는 국제정상회의 개최지역에 대한 역사인식을 제고하고, 제1회 기획전시 분기에는 다양한 정책주체들에 의해 한·러 합작 문화관광 현안을 견인하였으나, 제2회 기획전시 분기에는 국내외적 외교전략 변화 등과 맞물려 홍보 및 연계행사가 활성화되지 않은 것으로 추론해보았다. 마지막으로, 전시 내러티브의 특징을 살펴보기 위해, 지역사 교과서 및 발해사 개설서를 분석틀로 삼고 전시 내용과 상호 비교해보았다. 그 결과, 시대별 내러티브에서는 교과서에서 분리되었던 말갈족과 발해국의 통합 연출이 확인된다. 주제별 내러티브 중 정치사 주제에서는 변방의 말갈족 전사 대신 발해의 중앙 관리로 연출된 변화를 파악할 수 있었다. 특히 발해 영역도는 실증적인 조사자료 축적의 중요성을 시사한다. 물질문화 주제에서는 농업·수렵을 보여주는 동식물유체 자료의 보강을 제안해보았고, 대외 관계 주제에서는 통일신라 교류와 투르크계 주민 구성을 시사하는 내러티브를 살펴보았다. 사상문화 주제에서는 고구려 국가제사의례와 관련된 내러티브가 나타나는데, 이는 한국학계에서 아직 주목하지 못했던 새로운 자료이므로 추후 논의가 필요함을 지적해보았다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 러시아 박물관의 발해사 전시 연구에 대한 공백을 메우고, 전시가 변화해온 맥락과 전시 내러티브의 특징을 고찰하여 시사점을 제시했다는 의의가 있다.

대형마트 충성도의 이중경로모형 (Dual Path Model in Store Loyalty of Discount Store)

  • 국내 대형마트 점포 수는 2008년 기준 403개로 포화시점에 근접하고 있다. 이러한 경쟁상황에서 '점포충성도(store loyalty)'가 지속적 경쟁우위를 위한 전략적 도구로써 그 활용성이 점점 더 중요시 되고 있다. 다양한 관점에서 점포충성도를 대형마트 연구의 핵심적 과제 다루어왔으나, 통합적인 연구 접근 방법이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 통합적 관점에서 점포충성도가 형성되는 두 가지 경로를 제안하였다. 이중경로모형은 첫째, 내재적 경로 '서비스품질$\rightarrow$고객만족$\rightarrow$점포충성도', 둘째, 외재적 경로 '점포개성$\rightarrow$점포동일시$\rightarrow$점포 충성도'로 구성된다. 조사대상은 대형마트를 이용하는 소비자들을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 구조방정식모형 분석을 통하여 제안된 이중경로모형의 적합성 및 가설검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 모형의 적합지수들은 상당히 좋은 값들을 보여주고 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 새롭게 제시된 내재적 경로인 서비스품질은 고객만족에 정의 영향을 미치고, 고객만족은 결과변수인 대형마트의 점포충성도에 매우 유의하게 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 외재적 경로에서 대형마트의 점포개성은 점포동일시에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 매개변수인 점포개성은 점포충성도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 대형마트의 점포충성도 형성에 관한 두 가지 경로를 제시함으로써, 이론적, 관리적 시사점을 도출하였고 연구의 한계점과 미래연구방향을 제시하였다.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 VMD 구성요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Components of Visual Merchandising of Internet Shopping Mall)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷쇼핑몰 비주얼 머천다이징의 주요차원을 고객이 쇼핑몰에 진입한 후 정보탐색과 대안평가를 거치는 등의 쇼핑과정을 토대로 AIDA모형 관점에서 점포, 제품, 촉진에 초점을 맞추었다. VMD의 주요차원(primary dimensions)으로는 점포디자인, 머천다이징, 그리고 머천다이징단서로 구분하였다. 선행연구 결과를 토대로 점포다자인의 하위차원으로는 차별성, 간결성, 위치확인성을, 머천다이즈의 하위차원으로는 제품구색, 명성, 정보성을, 그리고 머천다이징단서의 하위차원으로는 제품추천 및 링크를 설정하여 VMD태도와의 관계를 탐색적으로 조사하였다. 연구결과 이들 세 차원은 종속변수에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

쌀 품질 고급화 및 고부가가치화를 위한 육종현황과 전망 (Current Status and Perspectives in Varietal Improvement of Rice Cultivars for High-Quality and Value-Added Products)

  • 1980-'90년대에 쌀의 자급생산이 지속되고 생활수준 향상에 따른 양질미 수요가 점증되면서 자포니카 다수성 품종의 미질 개선에 힘을 크게 기울이게 되었고 식미향상을 위한 육종연구 와 효율적 평가 기술개발 연구에 박차를 가하게 되어 쌀의 이화학적 특성과 식미 및 밥 물리성간 상관과 식미의 객관적 평가방법 개발, 양식미 쌀 및 가공적성 특수미 개발 등 그 동안 많은 연구성과를 올리게 되었다. 1990년대에 밥맛이 매우 좋은 고품질 자포니카 품종과 대립, 심백미, 향미, 유색미 등 가공용 특수미 품종을 개발 보급하였고 식미와 용도에 대하여 식미검정계, 신속점도측정계 및 texture 분석계 등을 이용하여 검토하였다. 최근에는 아밀로스 함량이 9%로 찹쌀과 맵쌀의 중간 성질을 가진 중간찰 품종인 '백진주벼'와 배유가 보얀 멥쌀인 '설갱 벼'를 비롯하여 라이신 함량이 높은 '영안벼' 육성하여 쌀의 가공 이용성과 기능성을 한층 높혀 놓았다. 식미와 여러 가지 미질 특성간 관련성에 관한 연구 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 쌀의 상온흡수율 및 최대흡수율은 K/Mg율 및 알칼리 붕괴도와 유의한 부의 상관성을 나타내었으며 가열흡수율이 높은 품종일수록 밥의 용적팽창률이 컸다. 수분함량이 낮은 경질인 쌀일수록 침지 20분 후의 상온흡수율과 최대흡수율이 더 높은 경향이었으며 이러한 흡수 특성은 쌀 단백질 함량이나 아밀로스 함량 및 식미와는 유의한 상관성이 없었다 취반 적정가수량은 품종에 따라 마른 쌀 무게의 1.45-l.61배의 변이를 나타내었고 평균은 1.52배였으며 알맞게 취사된 밥의 부피는 평균 쌀 부피의 2.63배가되었다. 쌀 형태, 알칼리붕괴도, 호응집성, 아밀로스 및 단백질 함량은 거의 비슷하지만 식미에 차이가 있는 자포니카 품종들을 사용하여 식미와 관련된 쌀의 이화학적 특성을 검토한 결과, 밥의 윤기와 식미 총평은 생산 연도에 따라 호화점도 특성 중 최고점도, 최저점도 및 응집점도와 밀접한 관계를 나타내었다. 밥맛이 가장 좋은 일품 벼는 쌀의 외층에 아밀로스 함량 분포가 낮고 쌀을 열탕에 담근 20분간 우러난 용출액의 요드 정색도가 낮고 증가정도도 완만하였다. 일품 벼는 밥맛이 떨어지는 동해 벼에 비해 밥알 횡단면의 주사형 전자현미경 사진에서 밥알 외층의 호화전분의 그 물망이 매우 치밀하고 속층의 전분립의 호화정도가 양호하였다. 식미총평은 식미관련 이화학적 특성과의 관계를 이용한 중회귀식에 의해 매우 높은 결정계수로 추정이 가능하였다. 밥노화의 품종간 차이는 α-amylase-iodine 법으로 비교할 수 있었는데 노화정도가 적었던 품종은 일품벼, 추청벼, 사사니시끼, 진부벼 및 고시히까리였다. 통일형 품종인 태백벼와 자포니카 품종 중 섬진벼가 비교적 밥노화가 빨랐다 일반적으로 밥맛이 좋은 품종이 밥의 노화정도가 느렸으며 찬밥의 탄력성이 큰 경향이었다. 또한 밥노화가 느렸던 품종은 최저점도가 높았고 최종점도가 낮았다 찬밥의 탄력성은 쌀의 마그네슘함량과 밥의 용적팽창률과 밀접한 관계를 나타내었다. 식은밥의 더운밥 대비 경도 변화율은 취반용출액의 고형물량과 취반용적 팽창률과 부의 상관을 나타내었다. 식미관련 주요 이화학적 특성은 밥의 노화와도 직접 간접으로 상관이 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 쌀의 여러 가지 식품 가공적성과 관련된 형태 및 이화학적 특성은 가공식품 종류에 따라 매우 다르다. 쌀 튀김성은 호응집성이 연질이거나 아밀로스 함량이 낮을수록 양호하며 지질함량이나 단백질 함량이 높으면 좋지 않은 경향이다. 심복백정도가 심할수록 튀김현미 정립률이 떨어지며 현미 강도가 높을수록 튀김률은 높은 경향이었다 쌀국수는 밀가루와 50% 혼합시에 쌀의 칼륨 및 마그네슘 함량이 높은 품종일수록 제면 총평이 낮은 경향이었고 제면이 양호한 것이 국수물의 용출고형 물량이 적은 경향이었다. 쌀빵 가공적성은 품종에 따라서 현미와 백미간에 현저한 차이를 나타내는 것이 있는데 현미에서 반죽의 부피 증가율이 큰 쌀일수록 푹신한 감이 있는 쌀방 제조가 가능하였으며 백미에서 단백질 함량이 높은 품종일수록 쌀빵이 더욱 촉촉한 느낌이 있는 경향이었다. 아밀로스 함량이 높고 호응집성이 경질인 쌀일수록 쌀빵의 탄력성이 더 높은 경향이었다. 쌀의 발효 및 양조적성은 심복백이 심한 쌀이나 새로운 돌연변이인 뽀얀 멥쌀이 홍국균이나 홍국균의 균사활착 밀도가 높고 당화 효소 역가도 높은 경향이었으며 쌀알이 대립이면서 단백질 함량이 낮은 쪽이 양조에 유리한 것으로 알려져 있다. 찰벼 품종도 여러 가지 이화학적 특성과 전분구조 특성의 차이에 따라 9개의 품종군으로 나누어 볼 수 있을 만큼 품종적 변이가 크며 이들 이화학적 및 구조적 특성간에 상호 밀접한 연관성을 나타내었으며 유과·인절미·식혜ㆍ미숫가루 등에 상당한 가공적성의 차이를 보였다. WTO 체제 출범이후 생산비와 가격 면에서 경쟁력이 약한 우리 쌀이 살아남기 위해서는 품질의 고급화와 쌀 가공식품의 다양화 및 고기능성 개발을 추구할 수밖에 없다. 따라서 이와 같은 노력은 벼 품종개발만으로 소기의 성과를 올리기 어렵고 쌀 식품의 고급화 및 다양화를 위한 여러 분야의 긴밀한 연구협력이 수반되지 않으면 안 된다.

일본 '고증파(考證派)' 의학에 관한 연구 (A Study on The 'Kao Zheng Pai'(考證派) of The Traditional Medicine of Japan)

  • 1. The 'Kao Zheng Pai(考證派) comes from the 'Zhe Zhong Pai' and is a school that is influenced by the confucianism of the Qing dynasty. In Japan Inoue Kinga(井上金娥), Yoshida Koton(吉田篁墩) became central members, and the rise of the methodology of historical research(考證學) influenced the members of the 'Zhe Zhong Pai', and the trend of historical research changed from confucianism to medicine, making a school of medicine based on the study of texts and proving that the classics were right. 2. Based on the function of 'Nei Qu Li '(內驅力) the 'Kao Zheng Pai', in the spirit of 'use confucianism as the base', researched letters, meanings and historical origins. Because they were influenced by the methodology of historical research(考證學) of the Qing era, they valued the evidential research of classic texts, and there was even one branch that did only historical research, the 'Rue Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(儒學考證派). Also, the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(醫學考證派) appeared by the influence of Yoshida Kouton and Kariya Ekisai(狩谷掖齋). 3. In the 'Kao Zheng Pai(考證派)'s theories and views the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai' did not look at medical scriptures like the "Huang Di Nei Jing"("黃帝內經") and did not do research on 'medical' related areas like acupuncture, the meridian and medicinal herbs. Since they were doctors that used medicine, they naturally were based on 'formulas'(方劑) and since their thoughts were based on the historical ideologies, they valued the "Shang Han Ja Bing Lun" which was revered as the 'ancestor of all formulas'(衆方之祖). 4. The lives of the important doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai' Meguro Dotaku(目黑道琢) Yamada Seichin(山田正珍), Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣), Mori Ritsi(森立之) Kitamura Naohara(喜多村直寬) are as follows. 1) Meguro Dotaku(目黑道琢 1739${\sim}$1798) was born of lowly descent but, using his intelligence and knowledge, became a professor as a Shi Jing Yi(市井醫) and as a professor for 34 years at Ji Shou Guan mastered the "Huang Di Nei Jing" after giving over 300 lectures. Since his pupil, Isawara Ken taught the Lan Men Wu Zhe(蘭門五哲) and Shibue Chusai, Mori Ritsi(森立之), Okanishi Gentei(岡西玄亭), Kiyokawa Gendoh(淸川玄道) and Yamada Kyoko(山田業廣), Meguro Dotaku is considered the founder of the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'. 2) The family of Yamada Seichin(山田正珍 1749${\sim}$1787) had been medical officials in the Makufu(幕府) and the many books that his ancestors had left were the base of his art. Seichin learned from Shan Ben Bei Shan(山本北山), a 'Zhe Zhong Pai' scholar, and put his efforts into learning, teaching and researching the "Shang Han Lun"("傷寒論"). His comparison of the 'six meridians'(3 yin, 3 yang) between the "Shang Han Lun" and the "Su Wen Re Lun"("素問 熱論) and his acknowledgement of the need and rationality of the concept of Yin-Yang and Deficient-Replete distinguishes him from the other 'Gu Fang Pai'. His first son Tanbano Shigeaki(丹波重明) inherited the Shi Yao Yuan(施藥院) and the third son Tanbano Masatada(丹波雅忠) inherited the Dian You Tou(典藥頭). Masatada's descendents succeeded him for 25 generations until the family name was changed to Jin Bao(金保) and five generations later it was changed again to Duo Ji(多紀). The research scholar Taki Motohiro was in the third generation after the last name was changed to Taki, and his family kept an important part in the line of medical officers in Japan. Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡 1755-1810) was a teacher in the Yi Xue Guan where his father was residing, and became the physician for the general Jia Qi(家齊). He had a short temper and was not good at getting on in the world, and went against the will of the king and was banished from Ao Yi Shi(奧醫師). His most famous works, the "Shang Han Lun Ji Yi" and "Jin Qui Yao Lue Ji Yi" are the work of 20 years of collecting the theories of many schools and discussing, and is one of the most famous books on the "Shang Han Lun" in Japan. "Yi Sheng" is a collection of essays on research. Also there are the "Su Wen Shi"("素問識"), "Ling Shu Shi"("靈樞識"), and the "Guan lu Fang Yao Bu"("觀聚方要補"). Taki Motohiro(多紀元簡)'s position was succeeded by his third son Yuan Yin(元胤 1789-1827), and his works include works of research such as "Nan Jing Shu Jeng"("難經疏證"), "Ti Ya"("體雅"), "Yao Ya"("藥雅"), "Ji Ya"("疾雅"), "Ming Yi Gong An"("名醫公案"), and "Yi Ji Kao"("醫籍考"). The doctors of the 'Kao Zheng Pai ' based their operations on the Edo Yi Xue Guan, and made groups with people with similar ideas to them, making a relationship 'net'. For example the three families of Duo Ji(多紀), Tang Chuan(湯川) and Xi Duo Cun(喜多村) married and adopted with and from each other and made prefaces and epitaphs for each other. Thus, the Taki family, the state science of the Makufu, the tendency of thinking, one's own interests and glory, one's own knowledge, the need of the society all played a role in the development of kampo medicine in the 18th and 19th century.

  • 1.The 'Kao Zheng Pai'(考證派) comes from the 'Zhe Zhong Pai(折衷派)' and is a school that is influenced by the confucianism of the Qing dynasty. In Japan Inoue Kinga(井上金峨), Yoshida Koton(古田篁墩 $1745{\sim}1798$) became central members, and the rise of the methodology of historical research(考證學) influenced the members of the 'Zhe Zhong Pai', and the trend of historical research changed from confucianism to medicine, making a school of medicine based on the study of texts and proving that the classics were right. 2. Based on the function of 'Nei Qu Li'(內驅力) the 'Kao Zheng Pai', in the spirit of 'use confucianism as the base', researched letters, meanings and historical origins. Because they were influenced by the methodology of historical research(考證學) of the Qing era, they valued the evidential research of classic texts, and there was even one branch that did only historical research, the 'Rue Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(儒學考證派). Also, the 'Yi Xue Kao Zheng Pai'(醫學考證派) appeared by the influence of Yoshida Kouton and Kariya Ekisai(狩谷掖齋). 3.
