동적 교통량-밀도 관계의 특성 분석과 교통류 모형으로의 응용 (Analysis of Characteristics of the Dynamic Flow-Density Relation and its Application to Traffic Flow Models)

  • 지능형 교통체계(intelligent transport systems)의 구축이 점차 널리 확대됨에 따라 교통류의 실시간 모형화(online traffic flow modeling)의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 교통량-밀도 관계는 주어진 교통량, 밀도 상황에서 교통류의 행태를 나타낼 뿐만 아니라 거시 교통류 모형의 결과에 많은 영향을 미친다. 현재까지 교통량-밀도관계에 관한 대부분의 연구는 그 관계식을 규명하는데 그치고 있다. 상류부와 하류부의 교통 상태에 따른 교통량-밀도관계의 시간적 변화는 교통류의 모형화에 반드시 고려되어야 할 특성이지만, 현재까지 그에 대한 연구가 폭넓게 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 한 지점에서의 교통량-밀도관계가 시간의 흐름에 따라 분석되었고 states diagram으로 표현되었다. 동적 교통량-밀도관계 (dynamic flow-density relation)는 states diagram으로부터 fuzzy-logic을 이용하여 유추되었고, 거시 교통류모형을 실시간으로 응용할 수 있는 기초를 제공하였다. 동적 교통량-밀도관계를 거시 교통류 모형에 이용함으로써 교통류의 실시간 모형화 과정에서 발생하는 모수추정 (parameter calibration) 문제를 완화하였다.

현대교회건축에 나타나는 도상학적 표현특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Expressional Characteristics of Iconography in Modern Church Architecture)

  • The study is intended to clarify the ideologies and principles applied to the formative expression of church architecture which is contained both the God and human. Iconography as the relation between described target and the meaning as meaning analysis especially emphasized since the religious reason in religious art. Iconography is the area of discussing rules and habits and involved in the pieces of transition from the piece of experience obtained by sensing to the one of the ethical structure. N. L. Prak who apply meaning theory of E. Panofsky who distinguish between iconography and iconology clear relation of mental foundation which characteristics of shape of art and its concretion in architecture categorized the shape of meaning in three steps. Among them, conscious symbol and unconscious symbol correspond to iconography and iconology of Panofsky respectively. The symbol is mainly showed in religious architecture and is not related to simple practical architecture. Such symbol system can be important discussion objects in modern church architecture and necessary expressional system for expressional characteristics.

  • It is well known that the starting characteristics of the cold cathode type discharge tubes are irregular. We have two kinds of stabilization for starting characteristics of discharge tubes. Which are the aging test immediately after producing the tubes and the using characteristics. This paper was devoted primaliry to the empric study of relation between the aging and the manufacturing process. And then to stabilize the starting characteristics of discharge tubes by the irradiations of radio-isotope.

병원 위탁급식 종사원의 직무특성이 일-가정 갈등과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 운영형태의 조절효과 - (Impact of Job Characteristics of Employees on Quality of Work Life in Hospital Contract Foodservice - Focus on Mediating Effect of Operating Types -)

  • This study conducted an empirical analysis of the effects of job characteristics on work-family conflict relation and quality of life, as well as moderating effects in accordance with operation type, by targeting 245 dietitian/cooks working for contract foodservice companies. The results of this study are as follows. First, the autonomy and feedback had negative (-) effects on work-family conflict while functional diversity had positive (+) effects on work-family conflict. Job identity and job importance had no relation with work-family conflict. Second, work-family conflict had negative (-) effects on job satisfaction, work-family relation, job support, general happiness, and job environment while having positive (+) effects on job stress. Third, in all paths except for the path with effects of work-family conflict on job stress, there were no differences between the group of shops operating 365 days and the group of shops operating 5 days a week. It would be helpful to the effective operation of human resources by emphasizing the necessity of differentiated management for companies with shops operating 365 days and shops operating 5 days a week, as well as managing employees' job characteristic factors, work-family conflict, and even quality of life.

수간호원의 리더쉽 유형과 간호원의 소진 (Burnout) 경험 정도와의 관계 (A Study of the Relationship between the Leadership Style of the Head Nurse and Nurses과 Burnout Level)

  • The purpose of this study was to define the relationship between the leadership style of head nurses and the burnout level of nurses by taking into consideration the factors which influence the level of burnout and which show how burnout varies according to the leadership style of lead nurses. The subjects of the survey were 355 ward nurses and their 48 head nurses working in five university hospitals in Seoul. The nurses were surveyed by means of a questionnaire from Sept. 22 though Sept. 29, 1983. The Leadership Scale devised by Fleishman, and modified by Lee, and the Burnout Scale developed by Pines et al, and adapted to the Korean situation by Peek, were used as a basis of ;his survey This researcher subjected the questionnaire to a pre-test and to an internal reliability consistency test through item analysis. For the purpose of analysis of the data, the general characteristics were set at Mean and the general characteristics of head nurses in relation to the level of burnout of nurses was analysed by the Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The relation between head nurses' general characteristics 3nd leadership style, the relation between nurses' general characteristics and level of burnout and the level of burnout of nurses according to the different style of leadership of head nurses were analysed by ANOVA. A summary of the results of the study is as follows. 1. Hypothesis:“That the burnout level of the nurse will be different according to the leadership style of the head nurse”was supported. 2. Analysis of the relationship between the head nurse's general characteristics and the leadership style of the head nurse showed that the leadership style of the head nurse was not related to age and experience as head nurse. 3. Analysis of the relationship of nurses' burnout levels to general characteristics of nurses showed statistically significant differences in burnout levels according to working departments, expected working period and reasons for selecting nursing as a profession. Also, the burnout level of nurses was negatively related to the head nurse's age and experience as a head nurse.

유튜브 크리에이터의 특성이 콘텐츠관여도와 사용자태도에 그리고 사용자태도가 구독의도에 미치는 영향 - 콘텐츠관여도의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Effect of YouTube Creator's Characteristics on Content Involvement, user Attitude, and user Attitude on Subscription Intentions - Focusing on the Mediated Effect of Content Involvement -)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 미디어 및 1인 미디어 환경, 특히 어디서든 접속, 시청 가능한 모바일 미디어를 선도하는 1인 미디어 크리에이터들의 변별이 사용자 태도와 지속적인 구독의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하는 데 있다. 특히, 유튜브로 대변되는 1인 미디어 시장의 상황을 파악하고 미디어 시장을 구성하는 각 주체들 및 구성요소들 간의 관계성 그리고 생태를 탐색하고자 하였으며, 유튜브 크리에이터의 특성이 콘텐츠관여도와 사용자태도 간의 관계, 사용자태도와 구독의도 간의 관계, 그리고 콘텐츠관여도가 크리에이터특성과 사용자태도 간의 관계에서 매개효과를 갖는지를 파악하고자 연구를 진행하였다. 연구방법은, 먼저 이론적 정립을 위해 기 발표된 국내·외 학위 및 학술지 논문 등을 수집 고찰하여 정리하였고, 수립된 연구모형의 객관적 타당성 및 검증을 위해 현재 유튜브를 시청하는 성인남녀에게 설문을 진행한 후 최종 유효 표본을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 크리에이터의 특성과 콘텐츠관여도 간의 관계에서 유희성과 신뢰성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으나 전문성은 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 크리에이터의 특성과 사용자태도 간의 관계는 전문성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났으나 유희성과 신뢰성은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 콘텐츠관여도와 사용자태도 간의 관계는 유의한 영향을, 넷째, 사용자태도와 구독의도 간의 관계도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 콘텐츠관여도의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 콘텐츠관여도는 크리에이터의 특성(유희성, 신뢰성, 전문성)과 사용자태도 간의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 결론 부분에 이를 토대로 유추할 수 있는 시사점과 향후 추가 연구를 위한 제언 등을 제시하였다.

치과기공사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Turnover of Dental Technicians)

  • Having taken as cause of dental technicians separation from their service a variety of individual idiosyncrasies, function-related factors, external environment factors, functional satisfaction, organizational commitment, and intention to remain, the present study conducted a mail questionnaire poll and interviews on those dental technicians who are mow in the service with private dental technical workshops and dental technical workshops in general hospitals and private dental clinics. The resultant findings from analysis of the repondent's general characteristics of cause of separation form service were revealed, as follows : 1) It was shown that the higher the academic career, the considerably higher cause of position commitment among causes of individual idio-syncrasies, reflecting a statistically significant result(P<0.05) 2) The less the number of working hours as viewed from the average number of working hours per day, the higher the positive emotion, reflecting a significant relation(P<0.01) 3) Causes from performing duties among function-related causes diclosed a statistically significant relation among marital status, career, monthly income, and positions(P<0.01) 4) Causes from wages showed a statistically significant relation in the average number of working hours per day(P<0.01), monthly income(P,0.05), and positions(P<0.05) 5) Causes from supervision exposed a significant relation in workplaces(P<0.01) 6) Causes from promotion represented a significant relation in positions(P<0.001) 7) Causes from opportunnities for taking a job as seen from external environment causes also disclosed a statistically significant relation in workplaces(P<0.05) 8) Reponsibility for family sustenace reflected a statistically significant relation in sex, age, marital status, career, monthly income, work fields, term of employment, positions, and experience of separation(P<0.001) 9) Functional satisfaction showed a statistically significant relation in marital status, career, monthly income, and the average number of hours a day(P<0.05) 10) Oraganizational commitment disclosed a statistically significant relation in work experience, monthly income, term of employment, positions(P<0.05) and the average number of working hours a day(P<0.001) 11) The intention to remain indicated a statistically significant relation in age, marital status, work experience, monthly income, positions(P<0.001) and term of employment. the average number of working hours a day(P<0.01), and in the performing work field(P<0.05)

간호대학생의 의사소통 능력과 대인관계에서 공감의 매개효과 (Mediating effect of communication ability in the relation between empathy and interpersonal relation in nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to grasp the correlation between communication ability, empathy, and interpersonal relations among nursing students, and to explore the mediating effect of empathy on the relation between communication and interpersonal relation in nursing students. Methods: Participants were 209 college students in the Department of Nursing at two universities. The data collection period was from October 1, 2019 to November 1, 2019. The questionnaire consisted of measuring tools for general characteristics, communication ability, interpersonal relation and empathy. SPSS/23.0 program was used. The analysis used descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, and Sobel's tests. Results: The communication ability was nursing major satisfaction (t=8.25, p<.001), and last year's average grade (t=7.29, p=.001). Interpersonal relationships showed significant differences in gender (t=2.51, p=.013) and nursing major satisfaction (t=10.99, p<.001). Communication ability and empathy (r=.37, p<.001), communication ability and interpersonal relation (r=.77, p<.001), empathy and interpersonal relation (r=.43, p<.001) showed a significant static correlation. In communication ability and interpersonal relation, empathy had a partial mediating effect (Z=2.97, p<.001), and explanatory power was 62%. Conclusion: To improve the communication ability and interpersonal relation of nursing students, it is necessary to develop a personalized and empathy-enhanced education program for each grade.

댄스스포츠 참여 부부의 성격특성에 따른 부부친밀감의 자기 및 상대효과 (Actor and Partner Effects of Marital Intimacy according to Personality Characteristics of Couples Participating in Dance Sports)

  • 본 연구는 댄스스포츠 참여 부부의 성격특성에 따른 부부친밀감의 자기 및 상대효과를 규명하는데 목적이 있으며 댄스스포츠에 참여하고 있는 부부 148쌍을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 APIM모형을 분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 신경증과 관련하여 남편과 아내 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 남편의 부부친밀감에 대한 아내의 신경증은 부적 영향을 받았고 아내는 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 개방성과 관련하여 남편에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 남편의 부부친밀감에 대한 아내의 개방성은 상대적으로 부적 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났고 아내는 동일 수준의 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외향성과 관련하여 아내에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 아내가 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 성실성과 관련하여 남편과 아내 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며 서로 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 친화성과 관련하여 아내에게만 유의한 차이가 나타났으며, 아내가 상대적으로 낮은 정적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 부부는 바람직한 여가활동을 선용하고 긍정적인 부부여가문화를 형성하여야 할 것이다.

직영 및 위탁 사업체 급식소 영양사에 대한 작업자 지향적 직무분석(제 1 보) : 직무 수행 능력 요건 (An Analysis of Competencies of Dietitians in Self-operated vs. Contracted Employee Foodservice by Worker-oriented Job Analysis Methodology)

  • The job characteristics and competencies of 285 dietitians in employee foodservices were investigated by worker-oriented job analysis methodology. The purposes of this study were to : a) determine the knowledge, abilities, skills and other characteristics(KASO, hereafter) needed for dietitians in two types of employee foodservice groups(self-operated vs. contracted) and b) the analysis of the degree of frequency and importance and entry requirements of KASO items listed below : their degree of frequency, the level of importance and their function as entry requirements. The 134 KASO items would be divided into 12 task categories. The questionnaire was mailed to 250 dietitians who are members of The Korean Dietetic Association Practice Group in self-operated foodservices(hereafter group A) and 250 dietitians who are employed in contracted foodservice companies(hereafter group B). Completed questionnaires were received from 285 dietitians(121 in self-operated, 164 in contracted) ; with a response rate of 57%. Statistical data analysis was completed using the SPSS/win and the SAS/win packages. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Analysis of the degree of frequency, importance and entry requirements of 134 KASO items in group A showed a high priority(score〉4.0) placed on 14 items in relation to dietetic tasks and 9 items in relation to human attributes, whereas in group B 19 items in relation to dietetic tasks and 11 items in relation to human attributes. 2) Comparing responses about the KASO items in the 12 task categories, there was a significant difference between the two sample groups with regard to degree of frequency : group A scored 3.29, group B scored 3.50(p〈0.01). With regard to importance of KASO items in 12 task categories, group A scored 3.78 and group B scored 3.88 showing no significant differences. With to entry requirements of KASO items in 12 task categories, group A scored 3.29 and group B scored 3.46 showing a significant difference(p〈0.05).
