This paper presents a new approach of recognizing a 3D object using a single camera, based on the extended convex hull of its silhouette. It aims at minimizing the DB size and simplifying the processes for matching and feature extraction. For this purpose, two concepts are introduced: extended convex hull and measurable region. Extended convex hull consists of convex curved edges as well as convex polygons. Measurable region is the cluster of the viewing vectors of a camera represented as the points on the orientation sphere from which a specific set of surfaces can be measured. A measurable region is represented by the extended convex hull of the silhouette which can be obtained by viewing the object from the center of the measurable region. Each silhouette is represented by a relation graph where a node describes an edge using its type, length, reality, and components. Experimental results are included to show that the proposed algorithm works efficiently even when the objects are overlapped and partially occluded. The time complexity for searching the object model in the database is O(N) where N is the number of silhouette models.

The analytic principles of GC and MS were explained in relation to plant hormone analyses and the characteristics of two instruments were compared. The selection of column, condition of measurement and the method of ionization to get a good spectrum were also briefly described. Finally, the pre-treatment of sample by solvent extraction method to remove the unnecessary part of sample and the synthetic method, especially reagents and reaction condition, for the preparation of ether or ester derivative which can be easily vaporized in GC were explained.

기존의 공간 관계 추출은 관계 속성 추출 후 적합한 개체와의 관계 형성이 불명확한 점과 한 개체가 다중관계에 속할 때 관계 형성이 불확실한 문제가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문은 최근 개체명 관계 추출에서 사용하는 표 방법을 공간 관계 추출에 적용하였다. 기존 모델과 제안 모델을 비교하기 위하여 상한 성능을 측정하였으며, 그 결과 제안 모델이 더 우수함을 보였다.

CAD diagrams generally consists of many basic components: symbols, character, and connection lines. Thus, to recognize the diagrams, it is necessary to extract each components, and understand their meanings and relation among them. This paper describes a method for linking basic components extracted efficiently from hand-down diagrams to OrCAD data format. Experimental results with a hand-drawn diagrams of electronic and logic circuit show utility of the proposed method.

This paper presents the accurate deembeding method for pad and parasitics of MOSFET device. rad effects are deembedded using THRU LINE, which is much simpler method without laborious fitting procedure compared with conventional OPEN and SHORT pad modeling. Parasitic resistance extraction uses the algebraic relation between increments of inversion layer charge and oxide capacitance. It is especially adequate for insulating gate junction device. Extracted parasitics are verified through comparing modeled and measured S parameters.

This paper proposes an image based method for arranging ship blocks in a dockyard. The problem of appropriately arranging numerous blocks has to be carefully planned because it has close relation to the effectiveness of the whole working process. To implement the system, the block shape and feature points have to be obtained from block image. The block arrangement system can be implemented by the fusion of the block shape extraction and image matching technology.

전문가 검색 엔진은 전문가 시스템과 같은 목적에서 특정 전문 분야에 대한 특별한 정보를 모야 특정 정보를 검색하기 위한 엔진이다. 인터넷의 홈페이지는 서로를 연결하는데 하이퍼링크(hyperlink)를 사용하는데 이런 하이퍼링크(hyperlink)에 있는 정보를 이용하여 홈페이지와 홈페이지 사이의 연결관계를 모은 결과를 전문가 검색 엔진에서 모은 키워드와 웹 사이트를 이용하여 각 키워드 간의 관련성을 데이터 마이닝 기법을 사용해서 각 키워드나 웹 페이지간의 상관관계에 대한 개념을 추출한다. 본 논문에서는 이런 홈페이지 간의 추출을 이용한 시스템 설계와 구현 결과를 보여준다.

퍼지제어기는 입.출력 관점에서 일반적으로 입.출력에 대한 비선형 함수로 볼수 있다. 전문가의 제어 행위의 입.출력 관계가 크리시(crisp) 비선형 함수로 표현되었을때 그것을 언어적 퍼지 모델링(linguistic fuzzy modelling)하는 방법이 1-입력/ 1-출력 및 2-입력/1-출력의 static 시스템에 대하여 제안되었다. 이를 위해 소속함수 제한조건(membership function constraint)의 개념을 제시하고 선형계획법에 의한 최적화 기법을 이용하여 소속함수의 생성에 관한 체계적인 방법을 제안한다.

딥러닝을 통해 자연어처리 분야에서 대용량 정보를 기반으로 학습 할 수 있게 되었고 높은 성능을 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 학습에 포함되는 문맥 정보 중 분야 또는 데이터에 맞게 조절이 필요하다는 것을 주장하고, TACRED 데이터를 기반으로 문맥 정보 자질 선택에 따른 성능 변화를 확인하였다. 해당 데이터에서 엔터티와 연관된 문맥 정보를 사용함으로써 약 1.4%의 성능 보완을 이루었다.

시맨틱 웹의 발전과 더불어 소셜 네트워크 자동 구축에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 온톨로지를 기반의 소셜 정보 추출에 대한 방법을 다루고 있으며, 특히, 이에 필요한 온톨로지 모델링, 사람들 사이의 관계 추출을 위한 패턴 정의에 대해 기술하고 있다. 온톨로지와 패턴을 기반으로 역사적 인물들의 친족관계를 파악함으로써 소설 정보의 추출에 대한 가능성을 미리 짐작해 본다.
