This paper presents upgraded equipment to assist a patient in rehabilitating of their knee-joint by themselves. A new automatic mechanism is suggested and developed in order to add functions for enforcing the leg muscles, which were absent in previous rehabilitation machines. Using the Pro-engineer software, we analyze the displacements and speeds of several moving points of the equipment during various planned exercises. In addition, an appropriate control panel for operation is developed. Three motors andthree motor drivers are used in a tilting part for the ankle joint, sliding guide part for the knee joint, and up-down moving part for the whole leg. Finally, various newly upgraded motions can be generated by controlling the three motors simultaneously. we show that by using this equipment, we can adjust the proper length of the equipment according to the user's height and the intensity of the rehabilitation exercise.

본 논문에서는 상지마비 환자의 재활훈련용 로봇의 인터페이스에 사용할 수 있는 데이터글로브를 제안한다. 데이터글로브는 7개의 유연한 각도 센서를 적용하여 손가락과 손목의 굽힘 각도를 측정할 수 있다. 개발된 데이터글로브의 성능은 3D 그래픽을 이용한 시각화로서 확인하였다. 실험결과로부터 개발한 데이터글로브는 손의 움직임을 측정하고, 인터페이스로 사용할 수 있음을 보인다.

청각학적 재활은 청력손실 배경 정보 획득, 청각학적 평가, 보청기 전기음향특성 분석, 음향 이득 결정만으로도 충분히 만족스러운 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 청력은 나빠질 수 있고, 보청기는 출력음압이 낮아지거나 고장이 발생할 수도 있다. 따라서 청력손실의 조기 발견과 정기적인 추적 관찰은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구는 정상적인 추적에도 불구하고 보청기 조절 실수가 확인된 증례를 통해 효과적인 청각언어재활 방향을 고민하는데 목적이 있다.

Physical rehabilitation consists of exercises that help individuals who have suffered injury, disease, or nervous system disorders to recover lost or impaired functions. The exercises need to be tailored to the degree and type of the patient's condition. To this end, a comprehensive rehabilitation data delivery system that connects medical institutions and local communities should be established, and an intelligent rehabilitation service technology should be developed. An intelligent rehabilitation service integrates and manages the patient's health information provided by medical institutions and the overall function evaluation information measured in the community. Based on the collected data, personalized rehabilitation services can be provided. We examine supportive policies and technological trends for rehabilitation exercise and sports. Additionally, we investigate development trends and key technologies of intelligent rehabilitation services being developed at ETRI.

Usability assessment has been installed into a wide range of software that focuses on assessing product usage from the user's perspective. Usability assessment of the quality of life technology for individuals with disability is being discussed and tentatively designed which is also expanded to the products for non-disabled people with minor adjustment of the usability assessment protocol. Designing an appropriate usability assessment protocol by referencing the currently available international standards on software usability tests with number of modifications to produce valuable feedbacks is under evaluation process regarding product usability enhancement. The feasibility study on usability assessment protocol into quality of life technologies is presented with discussions on further research.

We proposed a new system for the postural balance rehabilitation training. For the purpose, we used the virtual hiking system using virtual reality technology. We evaluated the system by measuring the parameters such as path deviation, path deviation velocity, cycling time, and head movement. From our results, we verified the usefulness of virtual reality technology in rehabilitation. Our results showed that this system was effective postural balance rehabilitation training device and might be useful as the clinical equipment.

디지털 기술이 비약적으로 발전하며 이를 의료 분야에 융합하려는 흐름이 심화되고 있는 가운데, 최근 연구들은 실어증 환자 대상 언어재활에 가상현실(VR)과 증강현실(AR) 및 어플리케이션을 활용한 중재를 제안해왔다. 본 연구는 이러한 실어증 환자 대상 디지털 기술 기반 언어재활을 시행한 최근 4년 (2018~2021년) 연구의 특징을 종합하고 향후 연구에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 주제범위 문헌 고찰(scoping review)을 시행하였다. Web of Science, CINAHL, RISS에서 검색된 국내외 문헌 중 선정 기준을 만족한 총 20개의 논문을 검토한 결과, 디지털 기술을 이용하여 재활 훈련 콘텐츠에 게이미피케이션(gamification), 환자 맞춤형 개인화 등을 적용하거나 가상 의사소통 환경을 구현하여 재활 훈련을 돕는 등 새로운 형식의 재활 콘텐츠가 다양한 방식으로 시도되고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 디지털 기술 기반 언어재활은 기존 언어재활의 한계점을 보완할 수 있는 새로운 방식의 재활 훈련 콘텐츠를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Rehabilitation assistive devices not only assist the rehabilitation therapy and daily life of the disabled and the elderly, but also assist the labor of their caregivers, so various functions are required to improve their quality of life. In this study, a design method considering its practicality is introduced for an active rehabilitation assistive device that can perform both standing and walking assistance by driving various actuators. For this purpose, the force required to assist standing was calculated using statics with the body segmentation method. Also, the overturning stability of the device was verified for various physical conditions and postures. The actuator in the active rehabilitation assistive device was operated by a patient using a graphical user interface in an embedded computer and a touch panel for easy usage. The detailed design was performed for implementation through the help of 3D-CAD and the finite element analysis, and a prototype was produced. Finally, it was proven that the design goal was satisfied by experimental validation.

It is true that early Chosun's sports meeting was influenced by Japan and the West. However, the positive nature of Chosun's sports meeting development cannot be underestimated just because it was influenced by the outsiders. It is remarkable achievement for those enlightened people at those time to promote and influenced Korean people to strengthened their nationalistic and patriotic spirit through sports meetings.

본 연구는 산재장애인의 재활서비스와 일상생활만족의 관계를 알아보고, 이러한 관계에서 의료재활서비스와 심리사회재활서비스, 직업재활서비스 만족도가 어떻게 영향을 주고 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 근로복지공단의 산재보험패널조사 1차년도 자료를 활용하여 조사대상자 2,000명 중에서 산재장애가 있으면서 재활서비스를 이용하는 977명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 제시된 3가지 모델에 대한 변인간의 관계는 SPSS Macro 및 Sobel 방법을 적용하여 산재장애인의 의료재활서비스와 일상생활만족의 관계에서 직업재활 서비스의 매개효과 분석을 실시하였으며, 심리사회적재활서비스의 조절효과를 살펴보기 위하여 자료를 평균중심화하여 회귀분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 의료재활서비스에 대한 만족이 높아지면 직업재활서비스에 대한 만족이 증가하고, 직업재활서비스에 대한 만족이 높아지면 일상생활만족이 높아지고, 심리사회재활서비스가 높아질수록 산재장애인의 의료재활서비스가 일상생활만족에 간접효과의 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 산재장애인이 재활서비스를 통해 일상생활만족을 높이기 위한 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.
