2010년 1월부터 방송법 시행령 개정안 발의로 PPL의 간접광고가 가능해지면 PPL의 양적 증가는 물론 PPL의 방법도 점차 다양해지고 있다. 그러나 PPL이 가진 가능성을 실현하기 위해 넘어야 할 제도적이고 정책적인 측면의 문제점들이 존재하며, 이를 좀 더 구체적으로 검토하는 작업이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 및 해외국가의 PPL규제에 관한 연구를 통해 국내의 PPL 활성방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 먼저 PPL의 시장 상황을 살펴보고, 한국의 PPL시장이 외국과 비교했을 대 어떤 상황에 있는가를 알아 보았다. 이를 위해 미국, 일본 및 중국과 유럽의 주요 국가의 PPL규제방식이 한국과 어떻게 다른가를 살펴 보았다. 또한 PPL 규제와 관련된 문제점과 쟁점들을 살펴보고, 현실적인 PPL 규제방안에 대해 연구하였다. 그에 따라 PPL 규제에 대한 개선방안을 제시 하였고, 기업과 정부 차원에서 PPL 활성화를 위한 방법 등을 제시해 보았다.

When the fire takes place inside the building, it is the most important for the people who are inside the building to escape to the safe place. Specially, the elder are the most serious victims because of their short of fire confrontation ability. This study will analysis the evacuation regulation for the elderly facilities. and on the basis of this, this research proposes the basic data for evacuation re-regulation for the elderly facilities through the actual condition investigation of the elderly facilities and interviews with its supervisors.

이 논문은 과학기술 영역에서의 행정규제 문제, 특히 과학기술행정의 중요수단인 국가연구개발사업 등으로 발생된 공공기술 관리에 관한 규제제도의 적정성 문제를 살펴보는 데 있다. 주요내용은 현행 규제제도가 법치주의 또는 규제법원리의 관점에서 적절하게 규정되어 있으며, 또한 해외사례와의 비교 및 제도운영상 개선할 점은 없는지에 대하여 체계적으로 파악해 보는데 중점을 두었다. 이를 위해 공공기술 관리 규제에 관한 법체계와 내용을 간략히 살펴본 다음, 현행 규제제도의 적정성 및 타당성을 규제의 입법형식, 규제의 내용, 규제 기준 및 규제위반에 대한 제재의 문제로 구분하여 분석 평가하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the degree of self efficacy, self regulation, situational barriers and self care behavior in patients with diabetes and to identify the relationships among those variables. Ninety five non insulin dependent diabetic patients participated. Data were collected by a self report questionnaire. The results are as follows 1) Mean scores for self care behavior were 4.64 (diet) and 6.60(medication) on a 7 point scale. 2) Mean scores for self efficacy were 65.12(diet) and 88.46 (medication) on a 100 point scale. 3) Mean score for self regulation was 0.42 on a 0-1 point scale. 4) Mean score for situational barriers was 1.48 on a 4 point scale. 5) Self efficacy was significantly highly correlated with self care behavior (r=0.72, P<0.01). 6) Self regulation(r=0.28, P<0.01), situational barriers(r=-0.32, P<0.01) were significantly correlated with self care behavior. 7) Self efficacy was significantly correlated with self regulation(r=0.25, P<0.01), situational barriers(r=-0.22, P<0.05). These results suggest that for improvement in self care behavior nurses should increase the level of self efficacy and self regulation in patients with diabetes and help these patients to cope with situational barriers.

With the development of industry and the improvement of living standards, better quality in power electric service is required more than ever before. This paper deals with the optimal algorithms for voltage regulation in the case where Distributed Storage and Generation (DSG) systems are operated in distribution systems. It is very difficult to handle the interconnection issues for proper voltage managements, because the randomness of the load variations and the irregular operation of DSG should be considered. This paper proposes the optimal on-line real time voltage regulation methods in power distribution systems interconnected with the DSG systems. In order to deliver suitable voltage to as many customers as possible, the optimal sending voltage should be decided by the effective voltage regulation method by using artificial neural networks to consider the rapid load variation and random operation characteristics of DSG systems. The simulation results from a case study show that the proposed method can be a practical tool for the voltage regulation in distribution systems including many DSG systems.

본 연구는 학급단위 집단미술치료프로그램이 아동의 정서조절과 학교생활적응력 향상에 미치는 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 대전시 00지역에 소재하고 있는 A초등학교에서 학생들을 대상으로 실시한 학교생활적응력 척도에서 3학년 최하수준 학급을 대상으로 구성되었다. 학급단위 집단미술치료프로그램은 2014년 10월 15일부터 11월 19일까지 주 1회, 40분씩 총 6회기를 진행하였다. 연구도구는 정서조절과 학교생활적응력 척도를 사전 사후로 비교하여 사용하였다. 본 연구의 효과검증을 위한 분석방법으로는 정서조절과 학교생활적응력 척도 변인의 사후검사 점수의 집단 간 비교에서 사전을 고려한 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 하였다. 분석결과로는 첫째, 아동의 정서조절은 프로그램 실시 후 유의미하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 아동의 학교생활적응력은 프로그램 실시 후 유의미하게 향상되었다. 본 연구의 결론은 학급단위 집단미술치료프로그램을 진행하여 아동의 정서변화 과정을 통해 적절히 정서를 조절 할 수 있도록 하였고, 동시에 자연스럽게 학급친구들과 함께할 수 있는 자리를 마련하여 또래관계 형성을 바탕으로 학교생활적응력 향상에 긍정적인 도움을 주었다. 그리고 학교현장에서 다양하게 활용할 수 있도록 적합한 프로그램을 구축하여 즐거운 학교생활을 할 수 있도록 도움을 주는데 의의가 있다.

The article is devoted to the formation of approaches to improving the system of administration of customs payments in modern conditions. It is established that important components of the administration of customs payments are customs expertise, customs value assessment, and control over the declaration of goods to ensure the completeness and timeliness of customs duties payments to the budget. It is found that the practice of customs administration shifts the emphasis of foreign trade regulation to the use of the principles of work implying the use of the latest technologies for the preliminary electronic exchange of information, remote customs clearance of goods without the physical presence of an official, and consistent application of risk management. It is established that an important place in the structure of the state authorities regulating the foreign economic activity is given to the customs service. Furthermore, the existing problems in the implementation of international trade operations necessitate the improvement of approaches to the customs regulation of export-import activities of enterprises.

Since 1989, when the first European noise regulation against construction equipments came into force, much investigation had been devoted to reduce the noise and had produced the remarkable improvement in noise reduction technology. EU Directive 2000/14/EC Stage 2, more stringent noise regulation, is going to be implemented from Jan. 2006. The technology trends and examples for noise reduction in typical construction equipment R&D is described briefly.

In this article we present the simulation results of induction motor speed regulation by direct torque control with a classic PI regulator. The MATLAB Simulink programming environment is used as a simulation tool. The results obtained, using a fuzzy logic, shows the importance of this method in the improvement of the performance of such regulation.

The purpose of this study is to improve the laws for landscape planning & design, construction, and management. The results obtained in this study are as follows : 1. In a section of landscape planning and design, it is needed to intensity the preliminary inspection for the landscape planning and design. 2. In a section of landscape construction, it is needed to intensify the superintendence and the penal regulation for the landscape construction. 3. In a section of landscape management, it is needed to provide the obligatory regulations and to intensify the penal regulation for the landscape management.
