This paper presents an architecture for driving multiple paralleled cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs) for back lighting applications. Multi CCFL operation and increase of brightness, the key to the architecture is a proposed capacitive coupling approach for lamp ignition. This system is consist of a flyback converter, a single inverter to drive multiple lamps and conductive floating reflector. The topology is capable of driving a number of parallel lamps with independent accurate lamp, The capacitive coupling the leakage inductance and stray capacitance creation which it used, current regulation and improving cost effectiveness with significant reduction in size and weight, compared to typical high frequency ac ballast. Experimental demonstration results for ten of parallel CCFLs with simultaneous ignition.

Pollutants from industry, mining, agriculture, and other sources have contaminated sediments in many surface water bodies. Sediment contamination poses a severe threat to human health and environment because many toxic contaminants that are barely detectable in the water body can accumulate in sediment at much higher levels, the purpose of this study was to make convenient sampling method and optimal treatment of sediment for water quality improvement in reservoir or stream based on an evaluation of degree of contamination. Results for analysis of S-reservoir sediments were observed that copper concentration of almost areas were higher than the regulation of soil pollution (50 mg/1) for the riverbed. S-stream sediments were observed that copper, arsenic and TPH concentration of almost areas were exceeded soil pollution concerning levels for factorial areas. We used Remscreen(version. 1.0) program which is contaminated soil recovery program to select optimal treatment method of contaminant sediments. The result was shown in the order of Thermal Calcination > Excavation, Retrieval and Off-site Disposal(comparative less then contaminant) > Low Temperature Thermal Desorption + Solidification/Stabilization.

This paper is a study on standard testing method for type approval of DSC which is the main structure of the terrestrial communication. As authority inspecting offices and producers have no experience for type approval of relative equipments as adapting GMDSS. In this paper, it is to be improved the understanding for type approval ; a system, standard of technic and testing methods, etc and make better quality of relative equipments. Additionally it could help quality and quantity improvement in all radiocommunication parts. Of course, the regulation for type approval had made but most makers didn't know it correctly, so the method of solution have been studied. By result of this study, with comparision and analysis of structure and a condition of efficiency with adapting GMDSS is could help some problems slove in the field and gave testing method of machinery and tools, electrical conditions, came out measurement and did ways standard efficiency.

To develop the comfortable pesticid-proof clothes, wearing trials for 7 types of existing pesticide-proof clothes were done measuring skin temperature, pulse rate, humidity and temperature of inside clothing and subjective feeling such as thermal, humid and comfort sensations at $28{\pm}1^{\circ}C$, $75{\pm}5\%$ RH, 2.3 m/sec wind speed. (Experiment 1). On the base of above results, wearing trials of 6 types of new pesticide-proof clothes and 3 types of pesticide-proof clothes as control group were done with the same method as experiment 1. (Experiment 2). The results obtained were as follows 1. Heat stress was lower in newly designed pesticide-proof clothes with mesh running shirts. 2. For the body temperature regulation, it was confirmed that 6 types of new pesticide-proof clothes made of microporous fabric were better than the others.

The need for an active exhaust moise controller has been growing as an reinforcement of exhaust noise regulation, high power output and improvement of average fuel economy. In this study, for development of this active exhaust noise controller, the implementation of a composition of realtime control algorithm for active exhaust noise control and the construction of simulator for realtime control algorithm for active exhaust noise control has been investigated. Also, in order to implement active exhaust noise control with this simulator, the feasibility model for control of vehicle exhaust noise control is suggested.

This study examined the equivocalness of the standard legislation regarding the present situation of the sunshine-related law to reduce the trespass of the right of sunshine. In order to make more specific standard about that law, it was intended to suggest the distance ratio between apartment houses by the regional groups, the angle of building's direction and the gradient of the ground with the process of subdividing the existing regulation.

This paper investigated the errect of the right-half-plane zero on stability in the buck-boost DC-DC converter which is one type of the switching regulator and the stability region for the variation of the output current is obtained by evaluating the feedback gain. And it is clarified that the damping ratio decreases gradually by increase of the feedback loop gain and the regulation system of the converter becomes unstable, and from the transient response analysis we obtainedthe stability region about this converter. From above result it is known that the stability decreases by the existence of the right-half-plane zero. For the improvement of stability, we carried out one pole compensation in feedback circuit and obtained the avaliable stability region in relation to the gain bandwidth product from the stability and transient response analysis. These results were established experiment.

This study investigates the delay declaration of the traffic insurance accident which is focused on a business truck causing the traffic insurance accident. The type of the delay declaration is classified as 15 types and it differs in level of payment of insurance money. It is most important that the support policy of government and the self-help of related business to reduce the delay declaration and pursue progressive solution. Moreover, it is essential not only introducing the strict regulation system but also adapting the various victim protection system.

This article presents practical advice regarding the implementation and management of an impeccable Building Management System. The BMS was introduced to the series of computerized systems including manufacturing, storage, distribution, and quality control. Recently revised GMP regulation is requesting an improvement in drug product quality regulatory system by computer system validation. Quality is critical to guarantee the efficacy and the safety of drugs and is approved in the evaluation process after the audit trail application. HVAC parameter monitoring system will record the identity of operators entering or confirming critical data. Authority to amend entered data should be restricted to nominated persons. Any alteration to an entry of critical data should be authorized in advance and recorded with the reason for the change.

정보화가 발달할수록 데이터량은 증가한다. 21세기 정보화 시대가 말그대로 정보의 홍수속에 살게 될 것이다. 지금은 영상미디어 시대이다. 초고속인터넷시대는 향후 처리해야 할 정보가 단순 텍스트 데이터가 아니라 정보의 관리에 어려움을 가져왔다. 또한 인터넷이란 새로운 실시간 데이터 관리가 필요한 상황에서 고객의 어려움도 커져가고 있다. SAN(Storage Area Network)과 NAS(Network Attached Storage)는 가상화스토리지 전문기업 뿐만 아니라 이종 업체에서의 제안이다. 즉 NAS를 정의하는 방향도 다르다. 우선 서버 어플라이언스로 보는 업체로는 컴팩, IBM의 x시리즈, 마이크로테스트, 액시스 등이 있으며, IBM, 씬, EMC, 네트워크 어플리이언스, 히타치데이터시스템 등 전통적인 가상화스토리지 업체는 이를 가상화스토리지 네트워크의 한 아키텍처로 보고 있다. 이외에 맥스터, 퀸텀 등의 HDD업체들은 이를 네트워크에 연결할 수 있는 하드디스크로 보고 있다. 또한 네트워크 장비 업체인 3Com, 넷기어 등의 NAS제품을 보이는데 국내업체는 전무한 편이다. 예전에 우리가 포기한 고부가가 가치제품인 서버 스토리지 분야를 놓치면, 결코 국민소득 $2{\sim}3$만불 타령을 해야 아무런 소용도 없고 선진국에 기술 종속만 될 뿐이다. 그러므로 우리가 IT강국이라고 하는 데는 반성을 하여야 한다.
