강수일과 그 연변화형에 의한 한국의 지역구분 (Regional Division of Korea by Precipitation Days and Annual Change Pattern)

  • An attempt was made to study the subdivision of Korea by the annual amount and the annual change pattern of monthly precipitation days(that is one of the important elements of the precipitation characteristics), using the mean values for the years 1961-1990 at the 68 stations. The amplitudes of annual change were normalized and using these values, the principal component analysis was applied to determine the annual change patterns. The results show that they are expressed by the combinations of the three change patterns in almost whole regions of Korea. As a result,the annual change pattern of precipitation days in Korea is classified into 8 types from A to e,in detail, 36 types from A0 to e$\circled2$.And regional division of precipitation days in Korea is divided into 13 regions from I a to IIIC,into detail, 41 regions from I no to IIICl.

소음지도를 활용한 환경소음 관리계획 수립 (Establishment on Management Plan of Environmental Noise with Noise Map)

  • The objective of this study is to prepare the effective management plan of environmental noise with a noise map, and the guideline on the management plan of environmental noise was suggested through the review of existing application examples. The management plan of environmental noise with a noise map includes the practical contents in the stages of subdivision of management areas, establishment of reduction measures, opinion collection, post investigation, and reformulation of management plan. First, the classification of management regions is performed considering the excess degree of noise standard and the facility type in the phase of subdivision of management areas. Second, the optimal management plan is established through the investigation of regional characteristics and various noise reduction measures in the phase of establishment of reduction measures, which includes the examination of noise reduction effects with a noise map and the budget planning with the costing of noise reduction measures. Third, the opinion survey with a local resident and a expert is carried out in order to prove the validity of the management plan in the phase of opinion collection, and the management plan is modified with gathered opinions. Fourth, the post examination plan with noise measurement is performed in order to verify the real effect of noise reduction measures according to the management plan in the phase of post investigation. Finally, the amendment of the management plan as well as the improvement of a noise map is carried out at a regular cycle in the phase of reformulation of management plan.

강화된 건물 외피 단열기준의 지역별 냉난방에너지 감소 효과 (Impact of Reinforced Standard for Envelope Insulation on the Regional Heating and Cooling Energy Consumption)

  • This study aimed at quantifying the impact of the reinforced standard for envelope insulation on heating and cooling energy consumption in a Korean detached house as well as at identifying the effect of regionally subdivided standards. For them, a series of simulations for application of the reinforced standard on respective walls, roof, floor, windows, and all envelopes were computationally conducted for a prototypical detached residential building. In addition, the subdivided standards were applied to each regions-central and southern regions, and the Jeju island. Analysis revealed that heat transfer through envelopes was the most significant source of building heat gain and loss; the reinforced standard effectively reduced heating energy consumptions, especially in central region; and the subdivided standards did not presented a clear difference in the amount of energy consumption for the southern region and the Jeju island, thus, a further study is required to investigate the necessity of regional subdivisions.

특허 분석을 통한 지역맞춤형 미래유망산업 발굴 및 도출에 관한 연구 : 부산 지역 사례를 중심으로 (Discovering locally customized and future promising industries using patent analysis : Centered on the Case of Busan city)

  • 본 연구에서는 지역자치단체의 관점에서 정부 정책, 지역 역량, 산업 유망성 등을 모두 고려한 지역 맞춤형 미래 유망 산업 발굴 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 정부의 '5개년 지역산업발전 종합계획(2014)'에 명시된 지역별 주력/협력산업 자료를 활용하였으며, 해당 산업군의 특허 데이터를 분석하여 지역별 과학기술 역량을 측정하였다. 또한 산업별로 연결된 IPC(: International Patent Classification)를 토대로 지식스톡(Knowledge Stock')과 연구활동지수(Activity Index) 등을 산출하여 세부산업별 유망성을 확인하였다. 부산 지역을 대상으로 사례분석을 실시한 결과, 한국표준산업분류 세세분류(5자리)를 기준으로 부산의 유망산업 예비 후보군 94개 분야 및 유망산업 핵심 산업군 7개 세세분야를 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론은 지방자치단체가 근거기반의 효율적이고 미래지향적인 지역 개발 로드맵을 수립하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

총선으로 본 지역주의 -영동.무주.김천 지역을 중심으로- (Political Regionalism in Korean Congressional Elections 1988$\sim$2004: A case study with provincial border regions Yeongdong, Muju and Kimcheon)

  • 한국 사회의 민주화와 소선거구제로의 변화로 또한 지역기반 정당의 출현으로 13대 총선 이후 전국적인 투표 행태가 종래 여촌야도에서 지역주의적인 양상으로 바뀌었다. 충북 전북 경북의 접경지역인 영동군, 무주군, 김천시를 대상으로 지역적 정당정체성의 변화를 검토하고, 각 후보자 선택 기준의 중요도를 비교하여 투표 행태를 규명해 보고자 하였다. 시군 단위로 볼 때, 타도와의 문화적 친화성으로 인해 영동군은 전면적으로 무주군은 부분적으로 지역당에 대한 지지가 약화되는 반면, 김천시는 지역당에 대한 지지가 확고한 것으로 나타났다. 읍면 단위로 본 이웃효과는 3 시군 모두에서 부분적으로만 확인되었다. 후보자의 정치적, 사회적 특성이 유권자의 투표행위라 할 수 있는 득표율에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지를 선형근사식을 통해 살펴 본 결과, 여러 설문조사와는 다르게 후보자의 소속 정당이나 출신지역 등 지역적인 선택 기준을 중시하고 있다. 지난 17대 총선을 기점으로 지역정당이 쇠퇴하고 있어 향후 정치적 지역주의에 어떠한 변화가 초래될지 주목된다.

하계강수량과 그 순변화형에 의한 호남지방의 지역 구분 (Regional Divisions of Honam Region by Summer Precipitation and Variation Patterns over a Period of 10 days)

  • 한반도의 남서부에 위치한 호남지방은 수리적, 지리적 요인에 의해 지역에 따라 하계의 강수현상 및 탁월일기의 다소와 그 계절변화가 크다. 본 논문은 AWS 63개 지점을 포함한 호남의 79개 기상관측지점의 하계강수량(1994$\sim$2003)과 그 순변화형(강수특성 표현의 중요한 한 요소임)에 대해 순별 강수량의 다소와 순장수량의 주성분벡터와 진폭계수(Rs)를 이용하여, 호남 각 지역에서의 하계강수량 순변화형을 수량적으로 추출하고, 그 공간스케일의 변동을 규명해, 그에 따른 호남지방의 강수지역 구분을 시도한 것이다. 그 결과 호남지방의 하계강수량 순변화의 전형적 특징은 상위 4개의 순변화형으로 표현되며 그 누적기여율은 78.0%이다. 또한 호남지방의 하계강수량의 순변화형은 A-K형까지 11개가 추출되었고, 강수지역은 18개형 지역으로 구분되었다.

도시내부 산업단지의 노후화 특성에 관한 연구 - 대구 제3산업단지를 사례로 - (A Study on Characteristics of Deterioration of Industrial Complex in Inner City - A Case Study on the Third Industrial Complex of Daegu -)

  • 전통적인 도시내부 산업단지는 최근 산업구조의 고도화와 도시공간구조의 변화 등으로 인해 침체와 노후화 과정을 겪고 있다. 사례지역인 제3산업단지의 경우도 업체 규모와 생산액의 영세화, 주요업종의 변화, 필지의 세분화, 지가 변화 등에서 노후화의 특성을 보인다. 따라서 대구시는 단지의 노후화에 대한 대응책으로 향후 도심형 첨단산업단지로의 정비를 추진하고 있다. 반면 직접적인 노후화를 겪고 있는 업체들은 단지 재정비 계획에 대해 인지하지도 못한 채 침체와 노후화에 대한 뚜렷한 대책을 마련하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 대구시가 계획하고 있는 재정비 방안은 입주업체와 충분한 협의과정을 거쳐야 할 것이며, 향후 입주업체와 대구시의 입장을 매개해 줄 수 있는 핵심주체가 필요할 것이다.

던저네스 게 성체와 유생의 역학: 지역 개체군 지표로서의 유생의 풍도 (Dynamics of Adult and Larval Dungeness Crabs: Larval Abundance as an Indicator of Adult Abundance in Regional Populations)

  • The relationship between adult abundance and zoea I (ZI) density of Dungeness crabs was investigated in southeastern Alaska. Commercial harvest data (catch per pot) for male crabs larger than 165 mm in carapace width were collected from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) management area, district 114 and a subdivision of district 114, 114C from 1996 to 2003. Commercial harvests of Dungeness crabs in the management area varied interannually. Commercial harvests decreased until 2000 but increased beginning in 2001. ZI density was obtained from zooplankton samples collected monthly from sampling stations within the same management district from 1997 to 2004. ZI occurred mostly in May and June, but as late as July in 1997 and 2002. ZI densities increased beginning in 1999. Total densities of ZI were significantly correlated with the commercial harvest data of adult male crabs within the management area, 114C (tens of square kilometers), containing the plankton sampling stations, but were not related to total commercial harvests within the larger geographic management area 114 (hundreds of square kilometers). We suggest that larval density may be an indicator of abundance of adult populations of Dungeness crabs.

지역사회 재가 암환자 관리 체계 구축 - 일 시 지역을 중심으로 - (Development of a Community-Based Management System of Home-Stay Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose : This study, as the first year project of setting up a community based management system, was attempted for the cancer patients and their family to improve their quality of life; investigating and managing the cancer patients, educating volunteers and connecting the patients with the volunteers were performed. Method and result : The education of managing cancer patients for the volunteers was done once in lune for 2 days to the 80 volunteers. Questions about education effect, volunteer motivation and so on were made up. The survey showed, generally, education satisfaction level was high and a longer education and an intensive course were needed and was suggested that organizing a volunteer community be needed for the continuous further education and systematic management. As the result, after the public health center and volunteers deliberated, a volunteer community consisting of 4 teams, 28 members was organized, launched in Oct. and operated for the cancer patients and their family. For investigating and enrolling the patients, advertising on a local information paper, recommending of local doctors, publicizing by educating the heads of a subdivision of the city, the heads of a neighborhood association and the people in charge of the related local communities such as women's society, and surveying the community by volunteers were performed and the total, 41 patients were registered. Management of cancer patients was carried out by volunteers in a community and in a nursing school. A regional volunteers' community is composed of 23 members and they have worked 87 times, that is 3.8 times per capita on an average. The content of duties is attending the education (41.1%) the most. A volunteers' community of nursing students composed of 12 members have worked 135 times, that is 11.3 times per capita on an average. The content of duties - consulting with patients and home visiting (37.8 %) were the most and survey for investigating the cancer patients was the second. Conclusion : This study has the meaning that this is the guiding attempt in building a community based management system, and especially the achievement of this study is that a regional society organized a volunteer community for the cancer patients by itself and went into action for the cancer patients and their family. Furthermore, to activate this volunteering, it is necessary to keep managing volunteers and running continuing education or the intensive course of the volunteers. Indeed we should let the patients have good impression on this program through publicity and education for the residents to keep track of more cancer patients. For that, systematic and powerful cooperation of a self-administrative organization is required.
