본 연구는 리장의 대표적 문화자원인 <인상리장>이 장소브랜드와 글로컬 헤리티지로서 지역발전에 미치는 영향력을 논의할 것이다. 본 연구는 글로벌라이제이션에 따른 로컬 헤리티지의 변화와 영향력을 장소브랜딩의 주요 요소로 인식하고, <인상리장>콘텐츠가 장소브랜딩 전략을 위해 어떻게 활용되는지에 대해 살펴보려한다. 이를 위해, 문헌연구와 현지 관찰 조사를 바탕으로 리장시 웹사이트 및 <인상리장> 관련 언론보도를 포함한 기타 인터넷 자료와 유투브 동영상을 활용하였다. <인상리장>의 흥행은 경제적 효과 외에도 리장의 장소 아이덴티티의 매력을 높였다. 리장고성과 <인상리장>이 보존 및 활용되는 과정에서, 지역주민의 참여와 지역민과 글로벌 관광객 간의 끊임없는 문화적 교류는 리장의 장소브랜딩에 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 문화유산을 장소브랜딩에 활용하면서, 리장의 지역적 가치는 나시족 문화를 계승하는 공간뿐만 아니라 세계인이 함께 보존하며 교류하는 장소로 그 가치를 확대할 수 있을 것이다.

Carcinosarcoma is the group of neoplasms possessing both carcinomatous parenchyma and sarcomatous stroma. These tumors are relatively uncommon and may arise in variable organs. In this case, a 62-year-old male patient was admitted to our department due to left chest pain and general weakness of three months duration. The chest x-ray revealed egg-sized, relatively well defined lobulated soft tissue mass in left paracardiac area. Left lower lobectomy was performed under the preoperative impression of lung cancer. Pathologic examination of the resected lung revealed carcinosarcoma without regional lymph node metastasis. Patient is doing well at present without any chemotherapy.

디지털과 정보통신을 기반으로 한 사회 환경 변화는 동시대의 정보와 문화를 자유롭게 교환하고 소비함으로 인해 지역 간의 문화의 격차를 점차 해소하고 있다. 특히 1995년 지방자치단체가 출범한 후 각지방은 중앙정부 의존 방식에서 벗어나 지역의 자원과 인력, 문화를 가지고 지역을 개발하여 자립하려는 지역 간의 무한 경쟁체제에 처해있다. 이러한 경쟁체제하에 지자체는 각각의 문화와 지역성을 내세워 다른 지역과 차별하기 위한 개발전략과 더불어 다양한 이벤트와 홍보활동을 통해 지역의 브랜드화를 추구하고 있다. 지역 간의 브랜드화와 지역의 자생적 경쟁 구도하에 광고환경도 급 변화하고 있으며 이는 광고에 있어 크리에이티브의 변화를 의미한다. 광고의 크리에이티브와 완성도는 신뢰와 호감을 유도함으로 인해 광고의 설득적 기능을 효과적으로 행하게 하는 주요한 요인이 된다. 이러한 요구에 의해 먼저 정부광고가 빠른 속도로 변화하였고 지자체광고의 변화도 이미 시작되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 변화의 시기에 TV광고 현황을 비교분석 하여 효과적인 지자체 TV광고의 크리에이티브 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

A 45-year-old male was admitted to Department of Thoracic Surgery, Korea University Hospital with the chief complaints of cough and high fever of two months duration. His chest roentgenogram revealed homogenous ill-defined increased density in right lower lung, and bronchogram showed the abrupt cut-off sign of the proximal portion of the right intermediate bronchus. Preoperative evaluation of this patient revealed no contraindication of the pulmonary surgery. So Radical Right pneumonectomy was performed under the preoperative impression of lung cancer. And post-operative course was uneventful. Pathologic examination of the resected lung revealed Carcinosarcoma without regional lymphnode metastasis.

The Periplus of the Erythraean Sea is a Roman period guide to trade and navigation in the Indian Ocean. Justly famous for offering a contemporary and descriptive account of early Indian Ocean trade, the work has been subject to and a point of departure for numerous studies. Its extensive influence on scholarship is, however, also problematic, as it reflects the limited information and cultural and personal bias of its unknown author. Arguably this might have led scholars to overemphasise so-called western or Roman participation in early Indian Ocean trade. Network analysis allows us to map, visualize and measure interconnectedness in the Periplus Maris Erythraei. Many of these connections are not explicitly mentioned in the text, but by connecting not only places with places, but also products with places that export and import them, we get a partly different impression of Indian Ocean trade from that conventionally gathered from the Periplus. It allows us to ask questions about the relationship between coastal cabotage and transoceanic shipping, to identify regional trading circuits, and unexpected centres of long-distance exchange.

본 연구의 목적은 도시민의 일상체험의 장인 가로공간을 대상으로 대상지역 가로경관의 역사적, 문화적 특성을 제고한 상징 이미지를 추출하고 이것을 바탕으로 한 지역의 정체성을 명확히 하는데 있다. 이를 통해 지역 이미지의 상징성과 미래지향적 가로의 이미지를 가로환경시설물에 적용함으로써 지역의 상징성을 표현하고 개성 있는 거리로 새롭게 인식시켜 활력 있는 가로환경을 조성하고자 한다. 또한 이 연구를 통해 상징가로 환경조성의 기초자료를 제시하고 실제적인 디자인 사례를 제시함으로써 특성화된 지역문화를 활성화하는데도 그 목적 이 있다. 상징가로의 디자인 접근방법으로 역사적 요소가 상실되고 도시화(신도시)가 이루어진 가로를 대상으로 지역의 상징적 이미지를 현재의 지역이미지와 미래지향적 이미지로 추출하였다. 이미지 평가실험을 통해 추출된 상징적 이미지를 바탕으로 미래지향적인 가로의 상징도구로 가로환경시설물을 이용하여 지역의 가로를 특성화하였다. 가로환경시설물의 디자인에 상징이미지를 적용하여 타 지역과 차별화된 가로를 형성하고 지역의 아이덴티티(Identity)를 확립함으로써 지역민의 소속감, 자부심과 애향심을 심어주는데 도움을 주고, 공공기관에서 지금까지의 연구내용과 연관된 계획을 수립하고 시행하고자 할 때, 본 연구가 상징성 추출에 있어서 하나의 방향성을 제시하였음에 그 의의를 둔다.

경화성 혈관종으로 흔히 부르는 폐세포종(pneumocytoma)은 간혹 다발성으로 발생한 예가 보고되나 림 프절로 전이된 예는 문헌상 세계적으로 1예만이 보고되었다. 연세의대 흉부외과에서는 29세의 남자에서 우연히 발견된 우측 폐문부 폐종괴를 수술전 폐암(선암) 진 단하에 우상엽폐절제술 및 림프절박리술을 시행한 결과, 조직병리검사상 림프절 전이를 동반한 폐세포종 을 경험하였다. 폐세포종은 양성 종양으로 알려져 있으나 매우 드문 경우에서 전이할 수 있음을 보였다.

Luis Barragan's Architecture has creative feature that Mexican environment and traditional culture were complete by color. Thus the color of his work makes our emotions rich and colorful. He said "My architecture is autobiographical..." at speech in Pritz price. As we can see in his architectural philosophy that sentimental architecture is important than theorical system, his works are impression of empirical factor with intuition. "Color is a complement to the architecture. It serve to enlarge or reduce a space. It's also useful for adding that touch of magic a place needs", stated Barragan. During his process of shaping space, Barragan drew on color in the same way as an architectural component, according it a spatial funtion and expressive vale. he allied it with light, deeming it a crucial vehical for conveying the emotive attributes a site. The capacity of color to express sensitivity and sensuality within an architecture space is liked to its psycho-physiological qualities. In this kind of view, color featyre in Barragan's work is one of the most important tools to realize sentimental architecture, not only is result of the Mexican regional color. As a result, make focus on analyzing various meaning of the color in Barragan's architecture like poetic and habitable structure.

오늘날 특히 여성의 높은 사회진출로 양성평등화 사회에 돌입한 이래 남성의 메이크업 행위가 갖는 의미는 점차 변화되었다. 사회에서 성(gender)의 역할이 분명히 구분되지 않고, 여성과 남성이기 보다는 '인간'으로서 삶의 가치를 추구하고, 그 과정에서 권리와 책임이 양분되지 않고 양성평등화 사회 속에서 메이크업의 의미 역시 여성의 미적 본능만을 위한 것이 아닌 남성의 아름다움을 추구하려는 본능을 부각시켰다. 급변하는 남성들의 메이크업의 트랜드를 파악하고 좀더 구체적인 미래지향적 남성 뷰티 이미지 형성의 실질적인 기초 자료로 활용되리라 본다.

Objectives: Executive dysfunction including working memory deficit has been suggested to be one of the major neuropsychological etiologies of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The purpose of this study was to investigate the augmentative effects of Cogmed working memory training on the symptoms and neurocognitive functions in medicated children and adolescents with ADHD. Methods: Twenty-five children with ADHD, aged 7 to 19 years, taking ADHD medication participated in this study. The participants were trained for 5 weeks with a commercially available and computerized working memory program ($Cogmed^{(R)}$) without any changes to their medication. The Korean version of the ADHD Rating Scale, Clinical Global Impression Scale, and Comprehensive Attention Test were administered before training and 4 weeks and 7 months after training, respectively. Results: After completing the training, the clinical symptoms and function, rated by the parents and clinician, were improved. In addition, the level of commission errors was significantly reduced in the selective attention (visual/auditory) task, sustained attention to response task, and flanker task. The untrained visuospatial short-term memory and working memory were also improved. These effects were still observed 7 months after the training. Conclusion: Cogmed working memory training can be a promising training option for the additional improvement of the symptoms and deficits in working memory and response inhibition in medicated children with ADHD.
