In this study, the possibility of contents was explored by extracting materials that can be used as regional-specific contents. To this end, the possibility of local content specialization was examined for Eomuk, the representative food of Busan. First, it looked at the content process of Busan's regional-specific material and developed it as a character. Next, it looked at the story development and the process of incorporating it into animation. In the future, based on this study, we would like to present guidelines for the spread of Korean-style regional-specific content.

Korean agriculture now faces a historic challenge due to globalization and decentralization. Agricultural cooperatives should be reborn to lead regional agriculture by reorganizing the regional agri-business and strengthening the competitive power of regional agriculture. It also needs to establish an integrated agricultural development plan and to expand the vision for future agriculture. To pursue these objectives, Agricultural Cooperatives should work together with the regional government and develop an enterprise with a competitive advantage in the region.

The present paper deals with the mulberry cultivation technology with package of practices for successful sericulture in Indian sub-tropics. The information on leaf nutritional quality in trained and untrained trees is provided. Besides, the current status of sericultural practices is discussed based on the problems faced by the industry and intensive field surveys undertaken in different areas of one of the most potential sericultural provinces.

As economy and population have been growing, air pollution problems both in local and regional scale came to the surface in East Asia in last decades. In addition to urban problems, regional air pollution is also becoming a big issue international concern. Urban and regional air pollution issues are closely related and we have to tackle the problem by understanding underlying scientific reality and taking a strategic approach to mitigation. (omitted)

Acetabular and Pelvic ring fractures are major high-energy trauma injuries and are often combined with other injuries. In particular, cause of long duration of immobilization and combined injuries, venous thromboembolism is a common complication in trauma patients with pelvic or acetabular fractures. We report a case of a fatal pulmonary thromboembolism during the acetabulum fracture operation in a 62-year-old male patient.

A retrograde intravenous regional anesthesia was applied to the extremities of 30 cows, which was showed that mean value of induction time was 13.5 seconds, duration time 74.4 minutes, frequency of injection until to keep needle into the vein 1.27, and didn't observed local and systemic complications. Under the retrograde intravenous regional anesthesia, it was possible for surgical treatment of 20 cows with various foot disorders, to resect soft tissues of extremities and claw horns, to sexarticulate 2nd phalanx without pain reactions.

4대강 살리기 사업은 막대한 공적재원이 투입된 대규모 국책사업으로서 지역경제 활성화는 사업의 여러 가지 목적 중 하나임에 틀림없다. 이에 본 논문에서는 4대강 살리기 사업의 지역경제 파급효과를 추정하되, 지역고용 창출효과 및 지역소득 창출효과라는 두 가지 주제에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 지역고용 창출효과를 산정하기 위해 간접적 유발효과는 제외하고 직접적인 고용량을 조사하여 제시한다. 다음으로 대규모 전국 설문조사를 통해 가계소비, 가계소득, 지역내 소비율 등에 대한 정보를 수집하여 소비함수를 추정한 후 이로부터 한계소비성향을 추정하여, 거시경제학의 승수이론에 근거하여 지역소득 창출효과를 분석한다. 분석결과 2009년 초부터 2011년 8월 25일까지 4대강사업으로 인해 신규로 고용인원은 46,628명이었으며, 2009년 초부터 2011년 말까지의 4대강사업비 투입으로 인해 지역의 소득은 약 25조원이 새롭게 창출된 것으로 판단된다.

The regional centrality plays a very important role in national and regional planning and it is measured by data such as people, goods, and information flows among regions. The inter-regional flows are usually considered by only direct flows, yet indirect flows, which are generated accordingly from direct flows, are not critically considered. Most centrality studies have also hardly reflected the indirect flow in the network analysis. This study demonstrates the significance of the indirect flows to enhance accuracy of the regional centrality. The nationwide dataset of inter-regional commuter traffic matrix is used in this study and analysed into two groups; one to consider only direct flow and the other both direct and indirect flows. The results indicate remarkable differences of centrality raking between two groups such as Yeongam of Jeonnam Province(+60th), Eumseong of Chungbuk Province(+57th), Gwacheon of Gyeonggi Province (-35th), and Nowon of Seoul (-32nd). It clearly shows the significant influence of indirect flow for regional centrality study. This also reveals regional centrality ranking in Korea by considering direct and indirect flows of commuters. Jung, Gangnam, and Jongno of Seoul are categorized in the highest rank group and Ulleung of Gyeongbuk, Ongjin of Incheon, and Jindo of Jeonnam are in the lowest group. The top group includes seven districts of Seoul, two of Busan, and one of Gyeonggi Province. The bottom group includes mostly island and costal areas. As this study shows an accurate method of centrality measurement, it has a significant implication to lead an effective regional planning.
