The recent air transportation market is rapidly changing in air and airport infrastructure such as efficiency of airports and airplanes, speeding up and enlargement, deregulation of airline industry, low cost airlines and regional airports. The purpose of this study is to conduct a direct questionnaire survey for airport users who have experienced in and out of airport IT service at Incheon International Airport, so that the airport self - service technology and airport support technology can be used for the trust. At this point, I would like to develop a tool to understand the airport user's perception of airport IT and to test the theoretical model that investigates the relationship between various types of airport IT, airport users' trust, enjoyment and intention to use IT. In conclusion, this study aims to establish directions and suggestions for how to develop IT services among airport service provision factors.

Globalization has significantly elevated the importance of the aviation sector in the global economy. However, despite the pivotal role airports play, some have struggled to maintain sustainability. Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to understand the effect of Regional airports' perceived critical success factors and its effect on the performance of airports. This paper surveyed personnel who worked at regional airport and conducted an empirical analysis based on survey results. The study validates hypotheses pertaining to the critical success factors within regional airports and its influences on management performance. The comprehensive analysis reveals that, central governments has a positive impact on the regional airports' team·process·organizational factors. Furthermore, the team and organizational factors exerts positive influence on the management performance. This paper offers empirical insights to regional airports's critical success factors and its impact on airports' performance.

지속적인 고속도로망 확충과 고속철도 개통 등에 따라fr개선 항공수요가 계속 감소하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 각 공항과 지방자치단체에서는 지방공항을 살리기 위한 대책 마련에 심혈을 기울이고 있다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는 고속철도의 등장으로 인한 대구국제공항의 현황을 분석하구 공항의 활성화를 위한 방안을 도출하고 대구공항개발에 대한 장 중단기간의 역할에 대한 로드맵을 제시하여 대구국제공항의 활성화를 통한 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있는 실질적인 이행방안을 제시하였다. 이런 관점에서, 대구시에 대구국제공항의 활성화를 위한 전담기구를 조직하여 일관적인 수요진작을 위한 지역 여행사지원, 대구국제공항을 주요항공 기지로 사용할 항공사의 지원, 일본의 지방도시에서 새롭게 개장하고 있는 공항에 대한 우선적 노선 개설, 중화권으로의 노선개설 및 확대 등을 적극적으로 추진할 것을 제안하였다. 건설교통부 차원에서는 인천국제공항의 허브화 지원만을 주요공항정책의 수단으로 삼고 있으나, 인천국제공항은 국가를 대표하는 공항으로 하되 수요의 흡수는 광역 수도권으로 하고, 향후 서해안권과 영남권의 거점 공항을 육성 할 필요가 있다. 국내 지방공항의 항공수요는지역인근의 자체 기종점 수요를 기반으로 하고 있어서 다거점 (1강 2중과 제주)으로 육성 할 필요가 있다는 견해를 제시하였다.

An indicator system is an effective way to monitor ongoing safety status. Current aviation safety measurements account for many qualitative technical and lagging indicators. Conversely, quantitative and leading indicators have only a tiny proportion. This research added more quantitative leading indicators and reviewed them to harmonize lagging and leading indicators to measure airport safety and provide an index. The South Korean national gate, Incheon International Airport's indicators, were applied as primary data to verify this research practically. Then, examples from International and national authorities were reviewed and extracted for use. Fifty-five safety specialists participated in the focus group discussion and three rounds of the Delphi survey. Finally, 51 sub-indicators were newly chosen. After this process, weights for each indicator could be assigned using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to provide an integrated index. The result of the simulation with newly added indicators in the past five years (2020-2022) reliable trend showed in indicators and integrated index. Moreover, this allows monitoring the status of the details of indicators and holistic insight. This study considered that it is more suitable for a single company or service provider to use it according to the exact situation than in a macro- and general-purpose at the country or regional level.

본 논문은 점차 국제경쟁력을 갖추어 가고 있는 광양항을 전남지역의 국제물류거점으로 하여 전남권의 목포항, 여수항, 완도항, 등의 항만물류, 무안국제공항의 항공물류, 그리고 장성의 복합화물터미널인 내륙화물기지의 연계를 통하여 효과적인 물류네트워크를 구축하여 이를 통해 전남지역의 물류산업을 활성화 방안을 살펴보았다. 전남의 물류거점인 광양항, 장성복합화물터미널, 목포항, 무안국제공항을 연계하여 체계적인 지역혁신계획을 수립하여 지역혁신주체 및 산업혁신의 역량을 강화하고 지역산업을 활성화하는 방안을 모색하여 전남 U-물류체계 구축을 위한 RFID/USN 기반의 종합물류관리시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 또한 3각 물류거점인을 연계하는 교통망의 추진과 관련하여 광주시내 및 인근에 산재해 있는 중소형 수출입 물류거점을 조기통합추진이 필요하며 국제공항인 무안공항을 중심공항으로 육성하기 위한 방안을 설정하고 항공화물 처리를 위한 화물터미널의 기능을 강화하여야 한다.

Ever since the permission of overseas travel by the Chinese government in 1983, the Chinese outbound travel market has been growing at an expanding rate. The Republic of Korea has been able to reap great benefits from this growth, and this has been noticeable especially in the aviation market. Chinese passengers count for 23.9% of the total passengers at Incheon International Airport (IIA), and it is no doubt Chinese passengers will remain important customers for IIA. Given the fact that China has such a huge territory and possesses a population of more than 1.3 billion, there rises the need to divide China into smaller regions. By doing so, the different thoughts Chinese passengers have, and the actions they show in terms of travel and airport service consumption according to differing regions can be figured out. With knowledge of the differences, IIA can provide different services to fit Chinese passengers from differing regions, hence increasing the total consumer value and satisfaction rate of IIA. This study has divided China into 5 different regions according to official regional recognition of China, and difference of economical, social factors, etc... With the results obtained from this study, different strategies can be implemented for the 5 regions.

To minimize the occurrence of aviation accidents in the post-COVID, continuous flight training is crucial. However, the current infrastructure of domestic airports and airfields is insufficient to prepare for and respond to accidents, and there is a need for sufficient facility capacity. Therefore, this study examines the construction of a regional airport to minimize aviation accidents and selects factors necessary for determining the site location. Among the 11 selected factors, six were considered the most important site selection factors, including noise issues, weather conditions, obstacle limitations, environmental issues, airspace conditions, and facility usability. Applying these factors, an analysis was conducted on the Songpo area of Sacheon City, Gyeongsangnam-do. Based on a comprehensive review, it can be concluded that the Songpo area is a suitable choice for a regional airport due to its excellent transportation environment, consideration of noise and environmental issues with the residential population, and other factors. Furthermore, the development of the aviation industry is expected to bring about an increase in tourism and economic benefits, and it is anticipated to make a significant contribution to the domestic aviation industry along with the construction of the currently under-construction Ulleung Airport.

국책사업의 하나로 추진되는 대규모 공공시설을 둘러싼 갈등은 우리나라가 겪는 많은 갈등에서 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 공공시설의 건설로 인한 환경파괴와 지역공동체의 해체 등에 대한 부정적인 인식이 증가하였고, 일자리와 기업의 투자를 기대할 수 있는 사업의 경우 지역 간 경쟁이 심화되었다. 이러한 이유로 지역 간 경쟁과 갈등은 기존 연구에서 자주 다루어져 왔다. 이를테면, 갈등을 최소화할 수 있는 행정적 절차 및 거버넌스, 이슈를 만들어내는 언론의 역할 등에 대한 다수의 연구가 존재한다. 본 연구는 갈등이 구성되는 공간적 방식을 분석한다. 동남권 신공항을 둘러싼 갈등의 공간적 스케일을 분석한 결과, 실제 신공항 입지에 따른 이익과 손해의 공간적 범역과 갈등의 주체가 되는 공간적 단위는 상이하였다. 또한, 사업의 진행 과정에서 갈등의 주체들은 이합집산을 통해 자신들의 이해관계를 관철시킬 수 있는 공간적 단위를 구성해가는 다양한 스케일의 정치를 보여주고 있다. 이는 지역개발을 둘러싼 갈등은 단순히 지역개발이라는 정책의 집행과 실천의 필연적 부산물이 아닌 지역정치의 역동성과 결합하는 과정으로 바라볼 필요가 있음을 보여준다.

세계화의 진전에 따라 항만위주의 국제무역 관행이 공항으로 전이되고 있으며, 공항에서 물류기능의 비중은 이전보다 훨씬 커지고 있다. 공항은 한 국가의 경제수준과 과학기술수준을 총체적으로 나타내주는 사회간접자본의 역할과 다국적 기업들의 생산, 판매, 운송 과정을 통합적으로 관리해주는 물류중심지로서 기능이 확대되고 있다. 공항의 경쟁력은 국제물류거점으로서 배후단지 기능과 해당 공항의 경쟁 우위 요소에 대한 지속적인 관리에서 나온다. 이 논문에서는 국제물류거점으로서 허브공항이 되기 위한 요인과 인천, 나리타, 간사이, 나고야, 창이, 타이페이 공항으로 허브공항으로서의 경쟁력을 연구하였다.
