This research chose 135 environmental cleaners in Busan Metropolitan City as subjects. First, the reality of wearing their safety jackets was investigated. Next, visual evaluation of the reflexive function of the current safety jackets was made. Then, based on the above results and the subsequent improvement proposal, the final product, the research costume, was made. 1. Based on the investigation of the wearing reality of safety jackets and the visual evaluation results of the reflexive function, an improvement proposal was made. As cleaners are usually seen sidewise on the roads and lateral luminosity is rather low, this aspect was compensated on the part of a jacket. Also, the reflexive belt used the diagram of ${\Delta}$ to improve visual effects. 2. As the lower body held the accident frequency of 45.0%, the sides of pants had the reflexive belt to increase visibility. 3. In consideration of the mutual effects between the background cloth and general reflexive width, the same width (5cm) of the reflexive belt as that of Type A was adopted.

Let $\cal{B}$ be a reflexive Banach space of functions analytic on the open unit disc and M be an invariant subspace of the multiplication operator by the independent variable, $M_z$. Suppose that $\varphi\;\in\;\cal{H}^{\infty}$ and $M_{\varphi}$ : M ${\rightarrow}$ M, defined by $M_{\varphi}f={\varphi}f$, is the operator of multiplication by ${\varphi}$. We would like to investigate the spectrum and the essential spectrum of $M_{\varphi}$ and we are looking for the necessary and sufficient conditions for $M_{\varphi}$ to be a Fredholm operator. Also we give a sufficient condition for a sequence $\{w_n\}$ to be an interpolating sequence for $\cal{B}$. At last the commutant of $M_{\varphi}$ under certain conditions on M and ${\varphi}$ is determined.

When enjoying sports activities with friends or others, sportswear has symbolic meanings to express and expect self-concept. Sports players sometimes have trouble when they feel embarrassed by their low skills or care about other people too much. Therefore, researchers tried to find out which feature of sports players affects dependence on brand sportswear along with the effect of wearing conspicuous sportswear on wearer when sports players have a conflict based on Solomon's symbolic interactionism. We proposed that role knowledge and attention to social comparison information (ATSCI) influenced people to depend on and use brand sportswear that influences a reflexive evaluation. Finally, we suggested that a changed self-concept would exert influence commitment to sports. A quantitative study was conducted employing an online survey of 121 people by convenient sampling. In this process, Google Docs was to create the online survey and to collect responses by participants. In data processing, via SPSS 21.0 version for Windows, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, ANOVA, t-test, discriminant and regression analysis were conducted to study the relationship between variables. The finding provided evidence that low role knowledge and high ATSCI create high dependence on brand sportswear and influence people to buy sportswear. When people bought and wore a brand sportswear, they evaluated themselves as professional sports players who were more committed to sports. This study confirmed that brand sportswear was useful for sport players to change self-evaluation and enjoy sports.

We can expect reduction of the sunlight absorption quantity to a structure and an earth surface, a decline of the surface temperature and a decline of the heat transport volume in what there is a method I give the sunlight reflectance in the aspect to the surface of the building by painting sunlight high reflectance paint, and to reduce the sunlight absorption quantity to a structure and an earth surface and does so, and, in addition, a method high water retentivity of tree planting and the road surface of the city space uses evaporation latent heat of the water by making it, and to restrain a rise in temperature is thought about. and It is thought that I reduce the sunlight absorption quantity to not only the structure but also other structures and attention gathers to the reflexive reflector reflecting in the direction again and it is wide as a marker of a board and the clothing of the traffic sign and is used the incidence energy from a source of light for this reflexive reflector now by there is it and devises surface structure again, and controlling reflection directivity for the sunlight for the purpose of raising night visibility.

The purpose of this article is twofold; first, investigates the relations between the cyber deviant behaviors and the reasons it causes in details and second discuss the measure to prevent cyber deviant behaviors and its recurrence. The findings of the study are; First, the factors which influence more to the cyber deviant behaviors are subjective norm, social identity, and self-control in a row. Second, identified such factors, anonymity (+), consciousness on public order (+), learning experience on information norms (-), and social identity have influences on the subjective norm that both factors of internet addiction (+) and anonymity (+) have significant impacts on self-control in negative perspectives. In conclusion, to prevent cyber deviant behaviors will provide a lot of opportunities to develop self-reflections and critical thinking and the ethics of accountability, and ability of sympathy. This study suggests the so-called reflexive practice-oriented process of education on Information as a strategic teaching-learning procedure. The process framework consists of four stages including problem identification, risk analysis, self-reflexive, and practice & evaluation that have a spiral structure, repeats a life-cycle.

This article provides how to implement the use of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) in a teaching a function at a school to improve the equity based on the gender in students' mathematization for their mathematical thinking using technology. This study was planed to get research results using the mixed methodology with qualitative and quantitative methodologies. 120 middle school students participated in the study to bring us data about their mathematical achievement. Through the data analysis used by ANCOVA for the qualitative method, the students with the experiment of the mathematization based on technology excelled the other groups of students who were not provided with technology or both of them. Through the data analysis used by the constant comparative method for the qualitative data, the technology environment had helped the female students manipulate learning trends easily, strong construction on horizontal mathematization, depending on discussion with peers, and more reflexive thinking using a calculator. This means that teachers can put careful assignment on each category of mathematization regarding the gender. The study results in a lot of resources for teachers to use into their teaching mathematics for improving students' equity in interactive technology environment.

This study aims at the evaluation of procedural changes and policy outcome caused by the Open Method of Coordination(OMC) on Social Inclusion in the European Union. The policy instruments of the OMC introduced by the Lisbon Council can be divided into two groups: the outcome-oriented New Public Management(NPM) and the process-oriented Directly Deliberative Polyarchy(DDP). By considering the adoption process of the NPM instruments, it can be said that OMC could not be effective due to the vagueness of its objectives, the institutional barriers in decentralized decision-making, and the rejection of benchmarking by the Member States. The intended learning by deliberation and peer review as indicated by the normative DDP, is hard to achieve because they are not so reflexive due to relatively restricted and closed participation. We also cannot find any significant reduction of poverty after the long implementation of the OMC. Considering the higher recognition of poverty problem and expanding NGOs concerned with it, however, we may see some significant impact in the future.

Ethnography is concerned about specifically-based behavior and belief and the learned pattern of language and aims to describe and interpret them. Therefore, it is a classical form of qualitative research that was developed by anthropologists who spent for long time in conducting fieldworks within the cultural group. The results of analyzing ethnographic research methods of doctoral dissertations in Korea are as follows. First, the number of research participants in data collection methods was 1-10(32 dissertations, 44.4%), 11-20(18, 25%), 21-30(13, 18.1%), 31-40(2, 2.7%), and others(7, 9.8%). Second, data collection methods were in-depth interview(71, 98.6%), participant observation(70, 97.2%), document data(38, 52.7%), engineering device(12, 16.6%), and others(8, 11.1%). Data collection periods were 3-5 months(7 dissertation, 9.8%), 6-8 months(15, 20.8%), 9-11 months(14, 19.6%), 12-14 months(13, 18.1%), more than 15 months(17, 23.6%), and unpresented(4, 5.4%). Third, trustworthiness criteria were triangulation(46 dissertation, 63.9%), research participants' evaluation of study results 44(61.1%), peer researchers' advice and indication(33, 45.8%), follow-up(25, 34.7%), use of reference(20, 27.8%), reflexive subjectivity(17, 23.6%), intensive observation for a sufficient period(10, 13.9%), in-depth description(7, 9.8%), and others(7, 9.8%).
