우리나라는 급속한 경제발전 과정에서 양극화, 저출산, 고령화, 자원 문제, 환경문제 등 사회문제들이 복합적으로 발생하며 경제, 문화, 교육 등에서의 사회적 격차가 심화되고 있다. 이로 인한 사회문제 발생과 복지예산의 증가는 불가피한 실정이다. 이러한 전망에서 정부와 기업들은 기술 개발과 경제 활성화를 통한 사회문제 해결에 집중하고 있다. 하지만 사회문제 해결을 위한 기술은 단순한 현상이 아닌 본질적인 발생 원인과 이해관계자, 지역성과 문화에 대한 복합적 조사를 기반으로 개발되어야 한다. 본 연구는 디자인 사고 프로세스를 활용하여 효과적인 사회문제 해결형 아이디어 구체화 프로세스를 개발하기 위한 시사점 제안을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 미국의 혁신회사 IDEO, 스텐포드 d.school등의 디자인 사고 기반 문제 해결 프로세스를 비교 분석하고 아이디어 구체화 과정에서의 문제점과 고려 사항을 도출하였으며, 이를 기반으로 사회문제 해결을 위한 제품/서비스화를 위한 아이디어 구체화 프로세스를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 사회적기업, 소셜벤처, NGO, 공익활동가 등이 자신의 전문성을 활용하여 지역의 문제를 해결하기 위한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

The electronic trade(e-Trade) revolution is changing the international trade processes dramatically. It permits new kinds of interactions among exporting and importing firms as well as internally within the firms. Ever since the Internet became a popular communications medium in the 1990s, lawmakers have struggled to develop rules for determining which courts can hear disputes involving parties in different choice of law and jurisdictions. In conclusion, I suggest an ongoing research agenda for further refining and developing a more comprehensive cosmopolitan approach. Certainly, as these cases make clear, reconceptualizing the principles underlying court to-court relations is essential in a world where the idea of a transnational community of courts is fast becoming one of the dominant realities of twenty-first century law.

While the society becomes older, the quality growth on the service adequate to seniors is required. The service design is highlighted as a measure to improve the quality of service. And actually, success cases through the service design in various areas are globally introduced. In this study, a research is conducted to develop a service scenario to expand seniors' communication by applying the service design methodology. To analyze seniors' behaviors related to the communication, profiles are established by performing interviews with professionals and the qualitative survey to seniors. And based on the profiles, an idea workshop is conducted with multi-disciplinary experts to develop ideas for seniors' communication. The representative service is drawn by refining ideas. And the detailed service scenario and the video prototype are developed by concentrating one service scenario. The developed service scenario is anticipated to be utilized as a base material to develop services to expand seniors' communication in the future.

In this study, we employ the control patches, which have been created in previous photogrammetric projects, serving for the candidates of the control points that are likely to be found in the newly taken photos by utilizing image matching technique. Among others, the successful implementation of the above idea lies in the underlying factors: (1). Predicting the control patches and projecting them onto new photos; (2). Alignment of control patches with respect to the new photos; (3). Generating the equivalent ground elements of control patches versus the new photos for the purpose of correlation; (4). Developing effective matching methods and matching strategy; (5). Refining the exterior orientation parameters. What may show significance in this work comparing to traditional aerial-triangulation chain is that whenever at least three matched control patches succeed in a single photo, it follows that single photo orientation is applicable. The experiments suggest the potential efficiency of automatic control point measurement from control patch database and photo orientation by the proposed workflow.
