  • This paper measures the effects of the quality of the technology entrepreneurship educating program over participants' satisfaction and referring will. The paper focus on developing the best techno-entrepreneurship educating program alternative at the national level through evaluating and improving the quality of TEC Program (developed in NC State University in U.S. and applied in Korea). This paper applies SERVQUAL model to evaluate the quality of TEC program in affecting the participant's satisfaction and referring will, with collecting questionnaire sheets from participants of TEC program since 2007. The result of research show and confirm the high level of satisfaction and referring will existing among TEC program participants basing upon strong (+) correlation result between core components of SERVQUAL; tangibles, assurance, reliability and participants' satisfaction with referring will.

  • Dynamic and fragmented characteristics are two of the most significant factors that distinguish the construction industry from other industries. Previous forecasting techniques have failed to solve the problems derived from the above characteristics, and do not provide considerable support This paper deals with providing a more precise forecasting by applying Case-based Reasoning (CBR). The newly developed model in this study enables project managers to forecast monthly expenditures with less time and effort by retrieving and referring only projects of a similar nature, while filtering out irrelevant cases included in database. For the purpose of accurate forecasting, the choice of the numbers of referring projects was investigated. It is concluded that selecting similar projects at $5{\~}6{\%}$ out of the whole database will produce a more precise forecasting. The new forecasting model, which suggests the predicted values based on previous projects, is more than just a forecasting methodology; it provides a bridge that enables current data collection techniques to be used within the context of the accumulated information. This will eventually help all the participants in the construction industry to build up the knowledge derived from invaluable experience.

  • In spite of enormous increase in data generation, its practical usage in the construction sector has not been prevalent enough compared to those of other industries. The author would explore the obstacles against efficient data application in the arena of expenditure forecasting, and suggest a forecasting method by applying Case-based Reasoning (CBR). The newly suggested method in the research, enables project managers to forecast monthly expenditures with less time and effort by retrieving and referring only projects of a similar nature, while filtering out irrelevant cases included in database. Among 99 projects collected, the cost data from 88 projects were processed to establish a new forecasting model. The remaining 10 projects were utilized for the validation of the model. From the comprehensive study, the choice of the numbers of referring projects was investigated in detail. It is concluded that selecting similar projects at 12~19 % out of the whole database will produce a more precise forecasting.

  • Purpose: This study seeks to discuss research ethics, not only the academic honesty and sincerity that researchers who study aviation services academically should have, but also the direction of the moral aspects that are fundamentally required as researchers. Additionally, this study seeks to examine the realistic problems of research related to the aviation service industry, a field of social science. Lastly, focusing on research ethics in the aviation service field, we will look at the theoretical background and the problems in the actual research field, and draw implications based on this. Research design, data and methodology: This study conducted an exploratory study through a selection process based on research ethics topics and research ethics related to the aviation service industry. Results: Efforts to systematize research ethics in research areas related to the aviation service industry, which is a field of social science, require efforts to expand the scope of systematization of research ethics related to the aviation service industry by referring to systemization efforts in other academic fields. In addition, specific systemization efforts will be needed through cooperation between universities, research institutes, and academic organizations. Also, concrete systematization efforts will be needed through cooperation between universities and academic organizations.

  • Audiometric calibration is a prerequisite for securing the reliability of audiometric test results by checking the internal consistency of the relevant instrument. The purpose of this review is to help instrument operators understand the calibration procedure of aural acoustic immittance instrument which is frequently used for objective assessment. By referring to the latest international standards and the national standards relevant to the aural acoustic immittance instrument, the following parameters will be reviewed: 1) introduction of performance characteristics, 2) detailed procedure of the calibration method. According to the newest international and national standards [IEC 60645-5 (2004), ANSI S3.39-1987 (R2012)], the aural acoustic immittance instrument basically includes six components: 1) calibration cavity, 2) acoustic immittance analysis system, 3) probe assembly/unit and signal, 4) pneumatic air-pressure pump system, 5) acoustic reflex activator system and 6) tympanogram and acoustic reflex plotting system, each of these components should meet set standards. The result of behavioral hearing tests is influenced by various complex factors including the examinee's cooperation, background noise of the examination room, measurement method, skill level of the audiologist and calibration status, but the objective hearing tests is more influenced by the calibration status of the instrument than any other factors. The audiologist should take full responsibility for the reliability of the hearing test result, so he/she should carry out the calibration check and adjustments of aural acoustic immittance instrument periodically and maintain the instrument continuously by referring to the newest standards and the manufacturer's instruction manual.

  • The intelligent home network system integrates various devices in the home into one communication network to provide information sharing, control, and operation environment between devices. This intelligent home network system operates around a home server. Home appliances in the era of the 4th industrial revolution will have numerous home servers in logical areas as the intelligent home network in the home accelerates. Therefore, the need for systematic management of home servers is emerging. We propose an agent system for efficient intelligent smart home server management. The agent system monitors the home server and operating environment for home server management of the intelligent smart home network. By referring to this monitored information, the service module of the home server is managed, and the home server is dealt with whether it is normal or not. In addition, by referring to the information collected by the service agent created in the group management server while migrating the home server, it is possible to deal with integrated meter reading, crime prevention, and topics. And when a new service is applied to the home server, it is registered in the management server and distributed to the home server through the agent, so that the intelligent smart home network can be efficiently managed.

  • The objective of this research is to explore a more precise forecasting method by applying Case-based Reasoning (CBR). The newly suggested method in this study enables project managers to forecast monthly expenditures with less time and effort by retrieving and referring only projects of a similar nature, while filtering out irrelevant cases included in database. For the purpose of accurate forecasting, 1) the choice of the numbers of referring projects and 2) the better selection among three levels ? which include a 20-work package level, a 7-major work package level, and a total sum level analysis, were investigated in detail. It is concluded that selecting similar projects at $12{\sim}19%$ out of the whole database will produce a more precise forecasting. The new forecasting model, which suggests the predicted values based on previous projects, is more than just a forecasting methodology; it provides a bridge that enables current data collection techniques to be used within the context of the accumulated information.
