비전을 이용한 FPC 필름용 자동펀칭 시스템 (Automatic Punching System using Machine Vision for FPC)

  • This paper is about the development of automatic FPC(flexible printed circuit) punching instrument for the improvement of working condition and cost saving. FPC is used to detect the contact position of keyboard and button like a cellular phone. Depending on the quality of the printed ink and position of reference punching point to the FPC, the resistance and current are varied to the malfunctioning values. The size of reference punching point is 2mm and the above. Because the punching operation Is done manually, the accuracy of the punching degree is varied with operator's condition. To improve this manual punch ing operation to the FPC, automatic FPC punching system is introduced. Test algorithms and programs showed good results to the designed automatic punching system and led to the increasement of productivity and huge cost down to law material like FPC by avoiding bad quality.

방사능 존재확인과 정량분석시 최적화된 측정시간의 결정을 위한 계측전략 (Counting Strategies in Radioactivity Measurement for the Monitoring and Screening)

  • 저 준위방사능 계측에서 가장 기본적으로 요구되는 것이 최적 측정시간의 결정이다. 최적화된 계측전략으로 측정시간을 결정하기 위하여 측정시간을 고정하는 방법, 측정값을 고정하는 방법, 시료와 자연계수율 또는 기준준위를 비교하여 측정하는 방법을 비교 검토하는 결정식을 도출하였다. 이 계측전략에서 기기에 주어진 측정조건 즉, 검출기의 효율, 측정기의 용량, 측정기의 최대 및 평균 자연계수율과 관련기준 즉, 기준준위, 검출한계 등을 만족하는 측정시간이 결정된다. 계측전략은 측정시 주어진 조건에서 방사능 존재확인과 정량분석에 대한 시료의 최적 측정시간의 결정을 편리하게 함으로써 일상의 저준위방사능 측정에 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

Vulnerability assessment of strategic buildings based on ambient vibrations measurements

  • This paper presents a new method for seismic vulnerability assessment of buildings with reference to their operational limit state. The importance of this kind of evaluation arises from the civil protection necessity that some buildings, considered strategic for seismic emergency management, should retain their functionality also after a destructive earthquake. The method is based on the identification of experimental modal parameters from ambient vibrations measurements. The knowledge of the experimental modes allows to perform a linear spectral analysis computing the maximum structural drifts of the building caused by an assigned earthquake. Operational condition is then evaluated by comparing the maximum building drifts with the reference value assigned by the Italian Technical Code for the operational limit state. The uncertainty about the actual building seismic frequencies, typically significantly lower than the ambient ones, is explicitly taken into account through a probabilistic approach that allows to define for the building the Operational Index together with the Operational Probability Curve. The method is validated with experimental seismic data from a permanently monitored public building: by comparing the probabilistic prediction and the building experimental drifts, resulting from three weak earthquakes, the reliability of the method is confirmed. Finally an application of the method to a strategic building in Italy is presented: all the procedure, from ambient vibrations measurement, to seismic input definition, up to the computation of the Operational Probability Curve is illustrated.

운동 강도가 손 안정성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Exercise Intensity on Hand Steadiness)

  • This study is aimed to investigate the association between anaerobic-aerobic exercise intensity and hand steadiness. Hand steadiness is the decisive contributor to affecting the job performance just as in the rifle shooting and archery in sports and the microscope-related jobs requiring hand steadiness in industries. In anaerobic exercise condition hand steadiness is measured through hand steadiness tester having 9 different diameter holes after each subject exerts 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of maximum back strength. In aerobic exercise occasion it is evaluated at each time heart rate reaches 115%, 130%, and 145% of reference heart rate measured in no task condition after they do jumping jack. The results indicate that an increased intensity in both types of exercise reduces hand steadiness, but hand steadiness at 25% of maximum back strength and 115% of reference heart rate is rather greater than at no exercise. Just as the relation between cognitive stress and job performance has upside-down U form, so does the association of physical loading to hand steadiness, which means that a little exercise tends to improve hand steadiness in comparison with no exercise.

CORESTA 모니터링 담배의 비교 분석 (Comparative Smoke Analysis of CORESTA Monitoring Cigarettes)

  • This experiment was conducted as a part of Asia collaborative study on purpose of verifying the difference between CM6 and CM7 including 3R4F for reference. It carried out using various analytical categories for example, main stream, sidestream and Av. smoke. Additional analysis such as physical properties, blending ratio, combustibility and general leaf component analysis also implemented in order to investigate the difference. We complied with ISO standard and CORESTA recommended method during analytical operating procedures. In this study, we described that comparative analytical result for CM6 and CM7 known as reference or monitoring cigarettes including 3R4F for reference. All sample cigarettes were conditioned at $22^{\circ}C$, 60% relative humidity for 48 hours. Av. Smoke, MS and SS smoke analysis were performed over five times with two smoking condition, ISO and Health Canada with the exception of Av. smoke analysis. We complied with ISO standard method during analytical operating procedures. And, we conducted additional analysis, such as physical properties, blending ratio, combustibility and leaf component analysis also in order to investigate the difference. In conclusion, we found out some differences between CORESTA monitoring cigarette No. 6 and No 7. The smoke components such as total particulate matters, NFDPM, nicotine and carbon monoxide contents of CM7 were a little lower than CM6. And, these phenomena were the same as not only main stream smoke but also side stream smoke and Av. smoke. This tendency was consistent with ISO and Health Canada smoking condition. Besides, leaf constituents' color of CM7 was darker than CM6. In case of combustibility, it showed short combustion time approximately 30 seconds.

적층고무받침의 극한인장파괴 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Ultimate Tensile Failure Properties of Laminated Rubber Bearings)

  • 적층고무받침은 지진격리 교량에서 면진장치로 주로 사용되고 있으며, 지진격리 설계시 적층고무받침의 성능 및 거동특성을 파악하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 적층고무받침의 주요 평가요소로는 압축 및 전단특성 그리고 인장특성으로 구분된다. 이 요소 중 압축특성 및 전단특성에 대한 특성실험 결과는 많으나, 인장특성에 대한 자료는 충분하지 않다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 인장하중을 받는 적층형 고무받침의 특성에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 적층고무받침의 인장시험은 형상계수 및 전단변형 변화에 따른 기계적 특성에 대하여 검토하였다. 실험결과 인장변형이 증가 할수록 인장이력곡선은 비선형 특성을 보이며, 단순인장시험결과 300%이상 인장변형 후 파괴되었다. 반면에 전단변형된 상태에서 인장파괴는 약 40%이상의 인장변형 후 파괴되었다. 또한 형상계수가 낮을수록 극한인장 파괴성능이 저하되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 명확하지는 않지만 고무 층이 3축 인장 받을 경우 내부공극에 의해 균열이 확장되어 파괴가 발생하는 것으로 추측된다. 본 연구결과는 지진격리 구조물 설계시 인장하중에 대한 기초자료로 충분히 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

반송파 측정값 기반 GNSS 궤도력 고장 검출 알고리즘 성능 분석 (Performance Analysis of GNSS Ephemeris Fault Detection Algorithm Based on Carrier-Phase Measurement)

  • 본 논문에서는 위성항법시스템의 무결성 저해 요인 중, 항법메시지에 담겨 전송되는 궤도력 (Ephemeris) 정보의 고장 여부를 판단할 수 있는 알고리즘을 분석 및 성능 평가를 수행하였다. 알고리즘은 반송파 측정값과 두 지상 기준국간의 기저벡터 정보가 활용된다. 주요 특징으로 기준국 기저선과 위성이 이루는 기하학적 조건 기저선 길이에 따라 동일 궤도력 고장에 대해 알고리즘의 성능의 편차가 발생할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 알고리즘 적용이 적합한 GBAS의 지상 기준국 안테나 배치 방안 및 제주국제공항에 운용되었을 때의 한계치 및 성능 지표 (MDE : Minimum Detectable Error)를 계산하였다.

지적확정측량을 위한 예정지적좌표도 작성 현황 및 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Current Status and Improvement Plans of Expected Cadastral Coordinate Mapping for Cadastral Confirmation Surveying)

  • 본 연구에서는 지적확정측량의 지구계측량에 따른 유형별 예정지적좌표도 작성 현황과 주변 도해 필지와의 불부합 문제를 분석하고, 향후 이를 최소화하기 위한 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 현재 예정지적좌표도는 기준점 가감, 기준점 가감 및 현형법, 기준점 및 현형법 등 다양한 방법을 이용해 작성되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로 인하여 지적 확정측량 지구계 예정지적좌표도와 주변 개별 필지들에서 중첩이나 공백 등의 불부합 문제가 발생하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성과결정에 있어 불부합 문제 발생을 최소화하기 위한 구체적이고 세부적인 통일된 기준이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 분석된 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로서 연구에서는 지구계 주변 필지들에 대한 수치좌표의 취득 및 관리, 예정지적좌표도 작성을 위한 성과결정 표준 매뉴얼의 작성 및 보급, 성과결정에 관한 교육프로그램 마련을 제시하였다.

하수관로 결함 점수 및 상태 등급 판정 방법 제안 (Suggestion of the defect score and condition grading protocol about sewer pipe)

  • This study was performed to propose the sewer defect scoring, and grading protocols for sewer condition assessment. For this, sewer defect scoring methods were comparatively analyzed and reviewed for four international condition assessment protocols, which are established based on WRc manual. As a result, we proposed a new protocol for sewer condition assessment, in which characteristics of sewer pipes are considered by segment. In reference to the PIM-3, the extent of ground subsidence was adopted to be of importance, and renewal scores increased in accordance with weighting of defects causing structural backfill materials. Also, defect grades of 'Hole' were extended to 5 levels of the grading, and 'Surface Damage' was excluded in defect assessment. The addition of 'Buckling' resulted in reduction of weights in 'Surface Damage' and 'Lining Defects'.

주파수응답분석기를 이용한 전력용 변압기 열화상태 평가방법 연구 (Research on Assessment Method of Deterioration Condition for Power Transformer Using Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer)

  • This paper describes the assessment method of deterioration condition for a power transformer using SFRA. Frequency Response Analysis(FRA) is a method to evaluate the mechanical and geometrical integrity of the core and windings within a power transformer by measuring the electrical transfer functions over a wide frequency range. SFRA is sweep frequency response analyzer for power transformer winding diagnosis. The FRA is a comparative method, that evaluates the transformer condition by comparing the obtained set of FRA results to reference results on the same, or a similar, unit. FRA techniques were widely used and much more sensitive than the traditional and internationally accepted method of impedance measurements, but that work was required on standardization and interpretation. In order to analyze the deterioration condition for power transformer, overvoltage test and mechanical distortion test were carried out. The deterioration condition for power transformer was evaluated by SFRA. It is intended to present the elemental technology of assessment method for power transformer using SFRA.
