The Korean government plans to introduce the building energy performance standard which regulates the annual energy consumption of buildings. This paper aimed to set up the reference building from database based on the building design trends for non-residential buildings. We surveyed the design data of 435 non-residential buildings which were granted building permission from 2007 to 2011. And we conducted estimation on the heating & cooling load and the energy consumption of the reference building using ECO2 program. From results, the reference building of non-residential buildings was office building which had a total 7 floors and $20,838m^2$ gross floor area. And it suggests the design reference data of building envelope, HAVC, heat source equipment and lighting system for the reference building. The total annual energy use of the reference building was $151.9kWh/m^2yr$.

Zero energy building was attended for energy consumption minimization by the energy saving technology about building heating and cooling energy consumption and the renewable energy production facility. So the government has supported the zero energy building supply for decreasing green gas emissions. The study about inventory of zero energy building has many proceeding. That inventory need the information of material and equipment. So information of material and equipment about zero energy building must be included for the zero energy building realization. Actually the database of zero energy building inventory construction through the inventory established studies has difficult because the database need many information. In this study, author proposed the test methods and performance reference for upload at inventory. It was constructed to material - module - package. Also the author analyzed the construction of the technical package for zero energy building. The author separated performance category to the energy performance for energy analysis and other performance for confirmed the durability, stability and etc. This performance category proposed the table. The test methods of material and equipment in the passive package and active package proposed to the international standard and korea standard basically korea standard. Also the performance reference was proposed to korea legal standard and various standard by this study results. And the authors proposed the table of performance value, test methods, performance reference. By result of this study, the test methods and performance reference will be used the basic data for inventory of zero energy building.

In this paper, a fundamental study for developing and introducing a new assessment method of the 'Energy Performance' in G-SEED that uses dynamic building energy simulations was conducted by comparing and analyzing the corresponding issues of domestic and foreign green building certification systems. The most significant part of the new assessment method to be developed was a development of a modeling guideline for a reference building using dynamic building energy simulations. In this paper, the composition and detailed contents of the guideline was created to comply with domestic energy codes. In addition, one of the most influential part of the result in the simulations, the 24-hour building operation schedule for a reference building, was created considering the equity with the ECO2 program that is the evaluation tool of one of the current assessment methods in the "Energy Performance". In order to improve the completeness of this guideline, it is necessary to continue the process of supplementation in the future, however, this paper is expected to be of great significance as the beginning of the research.

Natural vibration period is an important parameter for high-rise building, Based on 414 high-rise buildings completed or passed over-limit approval in China, the distribution law of natural vibration periods is analyzied. In order to satisfy the design requirements, such as global stability, story drift limit and minimum shear-gravity ratio, the reference ranges of fundamental periods $T_1$ are $0.3{\sqrt{H}}{\sim}0.4{\sqrt{H}}$ when the structural heights $H{\geq}250m$, when 150 m ${\leq}$ H < 250m, $T_1=0.25{\sqrt{H}}{\sim}0.4{\sqrt{H}}$, when 100 m ${\leq}$ H < 150 m, $T_1=0.2{\sqrt{H}}{\sim}0.35{\sqrt{H}}$, when 50 m $ {\leq}$ H < 100m, $T_1=0.15{\sqrt{H}}{\sim}0.3{\sqrt{H}}$. These can provide reference data for controlling mass and rigidity of high-rise buildings.

This study focused on the checking of design guideline using concept of reference plane as a promoting tool in order to apply to practical affair in relation to material standardization in housing build. For this purpose, we above all defined the role of reference plane. After establishing structural type can correspond to planning module of building components and coordination condition, we did exemplicated the sub-detail of building components which be to detach according to design method using the concept of reference plane that be complexed with spacial territory and replace cycle of building component or material.

Purpose: Medical center has consumed the energy about twice the average value of building types. So, many countries have tried sustainability and energy reduction for building types through eco friendly certificate. This study investigate the eco friendly building certificate and energy performance certificate focusing in UK and Korea, and search the characteristics of status and services of certificates. Methods: BREEAM openbook and EPC open data have been studied in UK, and green building performance certificate and EPC data in korea have been analyzed. Results: UK has eco friendly building certificate focusing on healthcare, and EPC shows the standard, benchmark reference value, so lead to the CO₂ emission reduction. Primary health center and hospital show the higher value due to the dwelling unit. like a patient bed. Korea doesn't have green building certificate yet on healthcare, and EPC shows not the reference data, but the primary energy consumption. Korean cases just like in UK, clinic, public health, and outpatient center show the lower value compared to medical center, nursing home and general hospital. Implications: In Korea, it is needed for energy efficiency to have reference data information like a standard and benchmarking value for new design and construction.

This Study developed library of parts, applied with 3-dimension character which has width, length and height and a reference plane, for the system development of BIM design on housing unit modular. The current BIM software has not the concept of a reference plane or work tolerance in modular, so the development of parts library applied to unit modular has not moved forward. So, we developed, in this study, parts library applied to windows, built-in-furniture, kitchen systems and knock down bathrooms, with a reference plane and work tolerance based on single roon prototype on urban-life-housings. BIM library can utilize changed size and work tolerance of parts, and fabricating reference plane will be created automatically when an engineer puts work tolerance in the BIM library with supplement of some category related to work reference. Through this BIM library development, we consider the part module can be used for housing complex planning, and architectural designers will be able to utilize the BIM library for housing complex design.

본 논문은 웹공간의 도서관 이용자들을 위한 하나의 서비스로서 디지털참고봉사를 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 공통선을 찾고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 웹에서 도서관의 참고봉사와 비슷한 기능을 수행하는 14개 벤처기업의 전문가서비스를 대상으로 사례조사를 하였다. 그 결과 각 인자별로 바람직한 요소를 발견하였지만 무엇보다 중요한 것은 참고봉사에 오랜 경험이 있는 사서로 하여금 디지털참고봉사를 전담하게 하는 것이 바람직하다.

A fast and accurate building-level visual place recognition method built on an image-retrieval scheme using street-view images is proposed. Reference images generated from street-view images usually depict multiple buildings and confusing regions, such as roads, sky, and vehicles, which degrades retrieval accuracy and causes matching ambiguity. The proposed practical database refinement method uses informative reference image and keypoint selection. For database refinement, the method uses a spatial layout of the buildings in the reference image, specifically a building-identification mask image, which is obtained from a prebuilt three-dimensional model of the site. A global-positioning-system-aware retrieval structure is incorporated in it. To evaluate the method, we constructed a dataset over an area of $0.26km^2$. It was comprised of 38,700 reference images and corresponding building-identification mask images. The proposed method removed 25% of the database images using informative reference image selection. It achieved 85.6% recall of the top five candidates in 1.25 s of full processing. The method thus achieved high accuracy at a low computational complexity.

As the number of Web reference resources are gradually increasing, reference librarians have to create a Web-based reference resources site. This site includes links to the Web reference resources of good quality, so that reference librarians and users will become accustomed to using these resources. This Study first explores the function of the Web-based reference resources site. Next, it carries out a survey of the current trends in america and Korea. Finally, a model Web-based reference resources site for academic libraries is developed.
