Cytokines influence the overall cancer immune cycle by triggering tumor antigen expression, antigen presenting, immune cell priming and activation, effector immune cell recruitment and infiltration to cancer, and cancer killing in the tumor microenvironment (TME). Therefore, cytokines have been considered potential anti-cancer immunotherapy, and cytokine-based anti-cancer therapies continue to be an active area of research and development in the field of cancer immunotherapy, with ongoing clinical trials exploring new strategies to improve efficacy and safety. In this review, we examine past and present clinical developments for major anticancer cytokines, including interleukins (IL-2, IL-15, IL-12, IL-21), interferons, TGF-beta, and GM-CSF. We identify the current status and changes in the technology platform being applied to cytokine-based immune anti-cancer therapeutics. Through this, we discuss the opportunities and challenges of cytokine-based immune anti-cancer treatments in the current immunotherapy market and suggest development directions to enhance the clinical use of cytokines as immuno-anticancer drugs in the future.

본 연구는 콘텐츠 산업 대표 기업인 CJ E&M를 대상으로 기업 성장성 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 먼저 CJ E&M 성장 동력을 분석하고자 마이클 포터의 다이아몬드 모델을 활용하여 핵심요인을 검토하였으며, 이후 4P 모델을 기준하여 향후 기업 성장을 도모할 수 있는 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 기업 성장요인으로는 생산조건 측면에 다양한 장르에 기준한 미디어 콘텐츠와 스타급 인재 영입을 제시할 수 있으며, 수요조건 측면에서는 중국시장 수요조건을 충족 시켜왔다. 또한 관련 산업 측면에 K-Culture를 겨냥한 한류 산업을 뽑을 수 있으며 경영 여건 즉 전략, 구조, 경쟁 측면에 '투 트랙 전략인 글로벌·글로컬 전략, 미디어 커머스 전략이 유효하였다. 향후 발전 방향을 제시해 보면, 계열사 협업체계에 기초한 다양한 제품, 가격 측면에서 넷플릭스를 벤치마킹한 티빙을 제시하고자 하며, 유통경로 측면에서는 OTT 플랫폼의 글로벌 확장과 촉진 측면에서는 틱톡 플랫폼을 활용한 챌린지 마케팅을 활성화 시켜나갈 필요성이 있다.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to clarify the gender difference during standing balance in accordance with recruitment of abdominal muscles against sudden support surface translation. Methods: Twenty healthy males (n = 10, $26.50{\pm}3.54$ years, $170.60{\pm}6.30cm$, $72.80{\pm}5.69kg$) and females (n = 10, $24.40{\pm}2.63$ years, $163.00{\pm}4.97cm$, $52.10{\pm}4.41kg$) participated in the study. Each subject performed standing balance task on a platform, which moved in the anterior and posterior direction, with a total of 18 trials in three abdominal conditions (resting, hollowing, and bracing). We analyzed angular displacement of thoracic and lumbar spine and linear displacement of center of mass for evaluatione of spinal stability and standing balance, respectively. Results: Angular displacement of thoracic and lumbar spine and linear displacement of center of mass did not differ significantly between female and male in all conditions. Conclusion: Our results indicate that the ability to maintain spinal stability and standing balance were similar between male and female regardless of the abdominal contractile conditions and the direction of support surface translation.

Recently, online job websites have been activated as unemployment problems have emerged as social problems and demand for job openings has increased. However, while the online job platform market is growing, users have difficulty choosing their jobs. When users apply for a job on online job websites, they check various information such as job contents and recruitment conditions to understand the details of the job. When users choose a job, they focus on various details related to the job rather than simply viewing and supporting the job title. However, existing online job websites usually recommend jobs using only quantitative preference information such as ratings. However, if recommendation services are provided using only quantitative information, the recommendation performance is constantly deteriorating. Therefore, job recommendation services should provide personalized services using various information about the job. This study proposes a recommended methodology that improves recommendation performance by elaborating on qualitative preference information, such as details about the job. To this end, this study performs a topic modeling analysis on the job content of the user profile. Also, we apply LDA techniques to explore topics from job content and extract qualitative preferences. Experiments show that the proposed recommendation methodology has better recommendation performance compared to the traditional recommendation methodology.

본 연구는 정확한 중소기업 일자리 정보를 알지 못하는 상황, 선호 기준에 맞는 일자리 파악이 어려운 현실을 브랜드 범주화 이론을 반영한 '고용주 브랜드(Employer Brand)' 관점에서 개선하고자 하였다 이를 위해 청년구직자 700명을 대상으로 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 5가지 가치 요인(Interest Value, Social Value, Economic Value, Development Value and Application Value) 중심의 취업의향 영향요인을 파악하였다. 분석결과 청년구직자는 인재육성이나 제품, 서비스, 경영진 등 기업 측면의 특성보다 구직자 개인에게 직접적 영향을 미치는 업무문화와 환경, 자신의 전공 활용 등에 보다 관심을 가지고 취업의향에 영향을 받는다는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 중소기업 일자리 정책이 기존 양적 지원 중심에서 플랫폼 중심의 일자리 정보 활용을 강화하는 질적 체질 개선으로 변화될 필요가 있음을 시사하고 있다.

Objectives : This trial aimed to determine if Wasong (Orostachys japonicus) extract can enhance immune system and is safe enough to be approved as a health functional food. Methods : Total 62 people, aged 45 and older, will be recruited to participate in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial. This study will compare Wasong extract and placebo. Wasong group will take 1g of Wasong extract, once a day, for 8 weeks. Placebo group will take 1g of crystalline cellulose as placebo, once a day, for 8 weeks. Outcomes will be measured at the baseline, the end of 4th week, and 8th week. Primary outcomes are the ratio of NK cells/total lymphocytes and the ratio of T-helper cells/T-suppressor cells. Secondary outcomes are total white blood cell count, the ratio of neutrophils, lymphocytes, and monocytes in total leukocytes, the ratio of total T cells, T-helper cells, T-suppressor cells, and B cells to lymphocytes, the amount of blood IgM, IgG, IgA, and cytomegalovirus (CMV) IgG, and blood metabolite target &global analysis. Results : This trial was approved by institutional review board of Pusan National University Korean Medicine Hospital (registry number: 2016006), and registered in Clinical Research information Service, one of WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (registry number: PRE20161006-002). Recruitment opened in February 2017 and is supposed to be completed by August 2017. The result is expected to be published by June 2018. Conclusion : This trial will provide clinical information to determine the efficacy and safety of Wasong in enhancing immune system of middle-aged and older people.

4차 산업혁명에 따라 AI, 데이터 분석가 등 AI·데이터 사이언스 분야의 일자리에 대한 수요와 관심이 증가하고 있다. 그에 발맞춰 효과적으로 해당 분야의 직무를 수행할 수 있는 인력을 적시에 공급하기 위해서 구직자는 회사가 요구하는 역량을 개발하고, 대학은 양성 교육을 담당하여야 한다. 하지만, 적절한 역량을 갖춘 인력 공급의 이해 당사자인 구직자, 회사 그리고 대학 차원에서 적절한 대응 전략 마련에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 필요충분한 직무 역량을 가진 인재 양성 및 공급을 위해 실무에서 요구되는 역량이 무엇인지 알아보고, 대학 차원에서의 역량 개발 방안을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 한다. AI·데이터 사이언스 분야에서의 필요 역량을 파악하고자 채용 플랫폼 링크드인(LinkedIn) 사이트의 채용공고 데이터를 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이후, 국제적인 AI·데이터 사이언스 분야 대학원 교육과정과 채용 담당자와의 인터뷰 결과를 각각 토픽 모델의 결과와 비교 및 검증하는 절차를 통해, 대학 차원에서의 활용할 수 있는 커리큘럼을 제안하는 것으로 연구를 진행하였다.

코로나19로 인해 원격 수업, 원격 근무, 원격 의료 등 비대면 문화가 확산되고 있다. 이러한 비대면 사회로의 정착의 일등 공신은 SW중소기업과 SW인력이다. 그러나 최근 대형 플랫폼 업체 및 해외 빅테크 기업들이 수천명의 SW인력을 채용함으로 인해 SW중소기업들은 심각한 인력난을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 중소 SW기업들이 SW 인력을 안정적으로 확보하고 지속적인 사업 영위를 지원하기 위한 정책 대안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적 달성을 위해 본 연구는 SW산업 및 인력 현황을 살펴 본 후, 산업계 전문가 등을 대상으로 설문조사 및 FGI(전문가 집중 인터뷰) 등을 통해 SW기업기술인력을 안정적으로 확보 할 수 있는 방안을 도출하여 SW인력확보의 애로사항 및 개선방안을 제안하였다. 그 정책들은 내일채움공제제도, 청년주택조합 구성 등과 같은 인력 유지 지원 인센티브 강화, 병역특례제도, 채용조건형 계약학기제 등에 의한 인력 채용, SW인력 양성 바우처 제도 보완 등을 통한 맞춤형 교육 강화, SW 분야 Skill 표준화, SW 인력 양성 거버넌스 체계 구축, 대기업 등으로의 인력 유출에 대한 대응책 마련 및 대·중소 SW 인력 상생협력 프로그램 등이다.

우리나라는 눈부신 경제발전을 바탕으로 아시아를 넘어 세계 곳곳에 영향력을 미치는 위상을 보유하게 되었다. 이러한 발전이 가능할 수 있었던 배경에는 우리나라가 과거 위기의 상황 속에서 국가의 존립을 지킬 수 있도록 귀중한 생명을 바치고 공헌한 분들의 존재가 있었기 때문이다. 매년 우리나라는 국가유공자, 6.25 참전용사와 유가족들과 함께 기념행사를 개최하며 대내외에 희생과 공헌에 대하여 감사의 뜻을 전하고, 경제적인 지원도 해오고 있다. 6.25 전쟁의 비극, 민주화 운동 등 지난 반세기 동안 우리나라에서 발생한 일들이 시간이 흐르면서 먼 옛날의 과거와 같은 역사로 변해 잊혀지게 될 것이다. 세대가 여러 차례 바뀌고, 지역별로 이루어지는 교류의 기회나 방법에 변화가 생겨나면서 과거에 발생한 비극적인 사태와 국가를 위해 희생한 분들을 기리는 방식도 이전과는 다른 모습이 될 것으로 보인다. 특히, 6.25 전쟁의 참전용사와 유가족들은 현재 고령의 나이로서 그 수가 점점 줄어들고 있다. 또한 코로나19와 같이 전 세계적인 전염병의 발생으로 왕래가 이전처럼 자유롭지 못하게 되면서 인적 교류나 행사 등을 기획하고 실시하는데 어려움이 발생하기도 한다. 현재 우리나라의 디지털 기술은 우리들의 삶을 크게 변화시키고 있다. 5G 통신망, 스마트 폰, 태플릿 PC, 가상현실을 체험할 수 있는 스마트 기기 등이 실생활에서 흔히 사용되고 있다. 메타버스 환경에서 비즈니스 미팅이 이루어지기도 하며, 유명 가수의 콘서트가 온라인 동영상 플랫폼 환경에서 개최되기도 한다. 인력 채용, 고객 대응 서비스 영역에도 인공지능 기술이 도입되어 기업들의 업무 효율도 향상되고 있다. 이러한 기술은 지금까지 우리가 해오던 보훈 분야에서도 활용될 수 있다. 디지털 기술 방식을 온라인 플랫폼에서 실현시켜 보훈외교 방식을 다양화한다면, 지구 반대편에 있는 보훈 대상 유공자와 가족들도 행사 참여는 더욱 편리해질 것이다. 그리고 6.25 전쟁 중의 상황을 생생히 보여줄 수 있는 메타버스 기술, 현재 생존하고 있는 참전용사들의 목소리와 표정을 디지털화하여 장기적으로 미래 세대에게 그 경험과 교훈을 공유해줄 수 있을 것이다.
