  • Physical therapists use assumptions about motor control in every aspect of their work in treating stroke patients. An understanding of the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery and therapeutic model is critical factor for physical therapist to evaluate and obtain a higher final stage of recovery. The purpose of this article was to review the recovery process after stroke, some neural mechanism of recovery, the role of rehabilitation in the process of recovery, therapeutic model and its limitation. This article will help understanding of recovery process. evaluation, and treatment of the stroke patients. Each therapeutic method consists of a different set of assumptions and they are not completely independent of one another. Therefore specializing in any techniques of physical therapy will not be enough to treat stroke, so we are in need of integrated approach and objective measurement instrument to adequately evaluate and treat stroke patients.

심근경색 환자의 회복과정에 대한 근거이론 접근 (Grounded Theory Approach on the Recovery Process of Myocardial Infarction Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to discover the recovery process of those having had myocardial infarction. Methods: 15 participants with myocardial infarction were recruited by theoretical sampling methods. The data were retrieved through in depth interview, participant observation, and medical records of the patients. Collected data were analyzed through grounded theory approach of Strauss and Corbin(1998). Results: 63 concepts, 27 subcategories, and 11 categories were deduced from the open coding process. The recovery process of myocardial infarction showed to be a process of 'Controling healthy track', and chronological recovery process was a four-step process of recognizing disruption of healthy track, making efforts for controlling the disrupted healthy track, reconstructing the new healthy track, and adapting to the new healthy track phase. 'Controling healthy track' had three types of self-initiation, contention of reality, and fateful acceptance. Conclusion: The results provided basic information for nursing intervention strategies depending on 'Controling healthy track' process by each phase and different types.

아스펜 플러스를 이용한 폭발성 가스 건식 연소 처리공정의 열회수 모델링 및 엑서지 분석 (Heat Recovery Modeling and Exergy Analysis of Dry Combustion Process for Explosive Gas Treatment Using Aspen Plus)

  • In the combustion treatment of explosive gases with a high heating value such as $H_2$ and $NH_3$ used in semiconductor and chemical processes, the heat recovery modeling and exergy analysis of the process using the Aspen Plus simulator and its thermodynamic data were performed to examine the recovery of high temperature thermal energy. The heat recovery process was analyzed through this process modeling while the exergy results clearly confirmed that the rigorous reaction mainly occurs in the condenser and the chamber. In addition, the process modeling demonstrated that approximately 95% of the exergy is destructed on the basis of the exergies injected and the exergy being exhausted. Using the exergy technique, which can quantitatively analyze the energy, we could understand the energy flow in the process and confirm that our heat recovery process was efficiently designed.

  • This paper presents an application of Dividing Wall Column(DWC) to the recovery of the waste solvent from the film making processes. The waste solvent feed contains MEK(Methyl-Ethyl-Ketone), Toluene, Cyclohexanone, and water. The commercial software $HYSYS^{TM}$ was used for rigorous simulation and analysis. Sensitivity analysis for several major design variables were carried out to achieve the optimal design of the process. Distribution of the internal vapor and liquid flows to the prefractionator and main sections is shown to be the most dominant design factor for energy saving efficiency in the DWC process. The simulation results also show that the solvent recovery process using the DWC significantly improves both the energy efficiency and the compactness of the solvent recovery process.

  • This research addresses examining the service recovery process in Airline service. A service recovery framework is suggested and tested empirically. The framework includes several factors such as service recovery expectations, service recovery achievements, recovery performance, post-recovery satisfaction, and post-recovery behavioral intents. The relationships among these factors are hypothesized and proved empirically. Consequently the results suggest that recovery expectation impacts on recovery performance significantly. Also the higher the recovery performance, the higher post-recovery satisfaction, then it increases customers' purchase intent and words of mouth. Finally, this paper suggests the need for new service recovery strategies.

축대칭 단조공정에서 최종제품의 탄성회복에 관한 해석 (Determination of Elastic Recovery for Axi-Symmetric Forged Products)

  • The dimensional accuracy of a final product is mainly affected by elastic die deformation during the forging and elastic recovery after the ejection in cold forging process. The investigations on elastic recovery are not so much as those of elastic die deformation. The elastic recovery can be determined by using the elastic-plalstic finite element analysis, but, this method has some limits such as poor conver- gence and long computational time, etc. In this paper, a theoretical analysis for predicting the elastic recovery of a final product in axi-symmetric forging process by using the rigid-plastic finite element method is presented. The rigid-plastic finite element analysis of a cold forward extrusion process involving loading, ejecting process is accomplished by rigid-plastic FE code, DEFORM. The effect of elastic die deformation on the final product dimenmsion is also considered. The calculated elastic recovery is compared is compared with the analysis result of elastic-plastic FE code.   • WS-BPMS(web service driven business process management system)은 기업 내 또는 비즈니스 파트너들 간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 체계적으로 통합, 관리하여 프로세스를 개선하고 자동화한다. 이는 비즈니스 프로세스를 검색한 후 BPEL4WS, BPML 등의 프로세스 메타모델을 이용하여 새 프로세스를 디자인하고 BPMS위에 전개 실행하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 디자인된 프로세스는 복잡하여 그 실행에 있어 체계적이고 확고한 기반을 바탕으로 운영되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 BPMS의 운영에 있어 pi-calculus를 기반으로 한 structured exception handling 방법론과 transaction 모니터링을 통한 backward recovery 방법을 제시한다.

주석 함유 폐자원의 공정부산물 전처리 기술 (Development of Pre-treatment for Tin Recovery from Waste Resources)

  • Fundamental experiences have been studied for development of pre-treatment process of Sn by-products such as solders. Dry and wet separation/recovery processes were considered by the differences of physical properties. The by-products, which are analyzed by solder metal and oxides. The metal and oxide were simply separated by dry ball-milling process for 12 hours, after that recovery metal powder might be reusable as lead or lead-free solders. In terms of wet separation process, samples were dissolved in $HNO_3+H_2O_2$ and the precipitation were analyzed by $SnO_2$. Overall efficiency of recovery might be increasing via developing simple pre-treatment process.

EAF 분전의 화학적처리에 와한 금속아연의 제조에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Recovery Process of Zinc Metal from EAF Dust by Chemical Treatment)

  • EAF dust which is contained around 30% of zinc, 15% of iron and 3% of lead individually, is chemically treated by ammonium chloride, ammonia water, ammonia gas and carbon dioxide, and also tested and identified the ratios of the recovery of In by applied the variations of particle size, pH and heating temperature as well, in order to getting optimized recovery of the In metal after performing all of those processes. Experimental results showed that the rate of Zn recovery is 97% when the mixture of 1.3 of $NH_4Cl$/EAF is heated to the temperature of $400^{\circ}C$ and leached by water, and 95% recovery of In when ammonia gas and carbon dioxide is added simultaneously and adjust the 9.5 of pH to the same mixture above. For the purpose of remove the impurities in the mixed sample, which is prepared by the two samples, indicated above showing as the ratio of 95% and 97% recovery, in case of applied the cementation process to it, and also by electrolytic process, produced the In plate of 95~97%, and acquired 99-99.5% of In metal ingot finally by applied the heating process at $470{\sim}500^{\circ}C$.

서비스 실패 후 회복과정에서 정(情)의 조절 역할 (The moderating effect of 'Jung' in service recovery process)

  • 현재까지 국내에서 진행되어 온 서비스 실패와 회복 관련 연구들은 한국인의 정서적인 측면을 많이 고려하지 않았다. 한국인의 특성 상 이러한 감정적인 측면이 서비스 회복과정에서 작용할 수 있음에도 불구하고 대부분의 선행연구들은 기존에 해외문헌에서 주로 다루어진 변수들만으로 연구를 진행하였다. 그러나 실제 국내의 서비스 상황에서 발생하는 서비스 회복 과정에서는 소비자가 지각하는 정이라는 개념이 작용하는 경우가 많다. 이에, 관련 연구의 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 정이라는 개념을 실무에 적용하기 위해서는 추가적인 연구결과가 필요하다고 판단하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존연구의 한계점을 고려하여 서비스 회복상황에서 지각된 공정성과 고객이 지각하는 서비스제공자에 대한 정의 역할을 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 국내 고객관점에서의 서비스 실패 상황에 적합한 서비스 회복모형에 대해서 고찰할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 단순히 서비스 회복 노력의 공정성뿐만 아니라 서비스 실패 후 회복과정에서 고객이 지각하는 정이라는 한국인 고유의 감정의 조절효과를 살펴봄으로써 고객의 이해심을 구할 수 있는 진심어린 회복노력의 중요성을 확인할 수 있다.
