In this study, We investigated the effect of foot cooling on the reduction of body temperature after hard exercise at the high temperature of $40^{\circ}C$. We performed a total of 30 subjects, and the subjects performed treadmill exercise for 30 minutes. We produced the cooling device to cool the foot using Peltier module. After the end of the exercise, We performed normal recovery method and cooling recovery method(one foot, both feet) for 1 hour on the same indoor environmental conditions and confirmed the change of body temperature of subjects. The results of deep body temperature measurement showed average $38.78{\pm}0.22^{\circ}C$ to $38.54{\pm}0.15^{\circ}C$ when the normal recovery method was performed. Cooling recovery method on one foot showed average $38.69{\pm}0.14^{\circ}C$ to average $38.06{\pm}0.17^{\circ}C$ and Cooling recovery method on both feet showed average $38.69{\pm}0.15^{\circ}C$ to average $37.84{\pm}0.21^{\circ}C$. There was a significant difference between the normal recovery method and the one foot cooling recovery method(p < .05), there was a significant difference between the normal recovery method and the both feet cooling recovery method(p < .05) and there was a significant difference between the one foot cooling recovery method and the both feet cooling recovery method(p < .05). Body temperature showed the lowest decrease rate when the normal recovery method was performed, and body temperature showed the highest decrease rate when the both feet cooling recovery method was performed. Therefore, recovery of cooling on the foot after hard exercise have decreased body temperature, delay fatigue in the body, and will be contributed to improvement of athlete performance.
This research is conducted to develop predictable method of real scale nanofiltration treatability with small scale nanofiltration experiments. As a result of comparing calculated values with measured values, they are in a good agreement for the concentrations in filtered water and concentrated water. The results of that are not affected by change of system recovery from 20% to 95%. The proposed method is produced using constant recovery of elements, that is, no considering the pressure change. we can predict filtrated flux and contaminant concentrations with the method. The method has the following steps. (1) Calculate recovery of each element with water quality level after fixing recovery elements, (2) Predict system recovery with recovery of elements in 1, 2, 3, and 4 banks, (3) Run small scale nanofiltration experiments in predicted water quality and (4) Simulate large scale nanofiltration system for forecasting actual water quality. As the cost for nanofiltration pretest will reduced if we use the proposed method, it will be a promising method for introducing nanofiltration to supply safe drinking water.

In the event of a disaster, it is essential to establish a disaster recovery plan and disaster recovery system to minimize disruption to major IT infrastructure and provide continuous business services. In the process of building a disaster recovery system, data replication is a key element of data recovery to provide uninterrupted and continuous business services in the event of a disaster. The data replication method can be determined depending on the system configuration environment and disaster recovery goal level. In this paper, we present a method for determining a data replication method suitable for the configuration environment and disaster recovery target level when building a disaster recovery system. In addition, the replication method decision procedure is applied to build a disaster recovery system and analyze the construction results. After establishing the disaster recovery system, a test was conducted to determine whether the service was transferred to the disaster recovery center in a disaster situation and normal service was provided, and the results were analyzed. As a result, it was possible to systematically select the optimal data replication method during the disaster recovery system construction phase. The established disaster recovery system has an RTO of 3.7 hours for service conversion to the disaster recovery center to provide continuous business services, and the disaster recovery level, which was Tier 2, has been improved to the target level within 4 hours of RTO and RPO=0.

NAND flash memory has been widely used for embedded systems as storage device and the flash memory file systems such as JFFS2, YAFFS/YAFFS2 have been adopted by these embedded systems. The flash memory file systems provide the high performance and overcome the limitations of flash memory. However, these file systems don't solve the slow mount time problem when a sudden power failure happens. In this paper, we proposed a flash memory management method for enhancing the recovery performance. The proposed method manages the flash memory block type and stores the block type information at recovery image block. When file operations are occurred, our method stores the file information at the metadata block before and after the file operation. When mounting the flash memory, our method only scans the recovery image blocks and metadata blocks. The proposed method reduces the mount time by seeking the metadata block locations fast by using the recovery image blocks. We implemented the proposed method and evaluation results show that our method reduces the mount time 13 ~ 46 % compared with YAFFS2.
It was convinced that with a relatively small capital investment and with a low operating cost, appreciable amounts of cement copper could be produced from low-grade minerals by the application of a bacterial leaching method. For the recovery of cement copper from the impure pregnant solution, direct precipitation of copper with tin plates by a bacterial leaching method was feasible. The results obtained were as follows: 1)In order to remove the cement copper from the reducing metal, aeration and agitation method were more effective and economic than shaking method. 2)The rate of copper recovery from the pregnant solution was accerelated according to increasing quantities of reducing metal. However, the excess of reducing metal reduced the grade of cement copper. 3)Among the comparative experiments of copper recovery at each reaction temperature of $10^{\circ}C$, $20^{\circ}C$, and $30^{\circ}C$, the recovery rate of copper at $30^{\circ}C$from the pregnant solution was highest. 4)Direct cementation method on iron-containing metal was an excellent method for the recovery of cement copper in bacterial leaching.

In this paper we propose a method to distinguish damaged electronic records and an electronic record recovery method according to damage type. The proposed classification engine and recovery engine classify damaged electronic records based on the form and structure of electronic records and increase the probability of recovery according to the damaged form. Through this process, we propose a method to minimize the electronic records that are destroyed and verify them through experiments.
Storage system often applies erasure codes to protect against disk failure and ensure system reliability and availability. Liberation code that is a type of coding scheme has been widely used in many storage systems because its encoding and modifying operations are efficient. However, it cannot effectively achieve fast recovery from single disk failure in storage systems, and has great influence on recovery performance as well as response time of client requests. To solve this problem, in this paper, we present HRSF, a Hybrid Recovery method for solving Single disk Failure. We present the optimal algorithm to accelerate failure recovery process. Theoretical analysis proves that our scheme consumes approximately 25% less amount of data read than the conventional method. In the evaluation, we perform extensive experiments by setting different number of disks and chunk sizes. The results show that HRSF outperforms conventional method in terms of the amount of data read and failure recovery time.
This study analyzes the physiological changes that occur after free diving and studies peroxidants and antioxidants according to the recovery method. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to provide proper rest methods after free diving and provide basic data for free diving research. Eight male college students recovered for 30 minutes after 20 free injections at a 5-meter diving site, 20 free injections after a week's car wash, and recovered for 30 minutes after collecting blood during recovery to analyze the effects of peroxidants and antioxidants. Comparison of changes in peroxidants and antioxidants in recovery methods after free-diving iterations showed that SOD tended to decrease immediately after free-diving, increasing MDA to 10 minutes after recovery, but no significant difference was found. The purpose of this study is to observe physiological changes according to the recovery method after free diving and to propose an appropriate recovery method after free diving. However, there was no significant difference in all the restoration methods, and 20 freediving was not high kinetic intensity for the subjects, which is believed to have resulted in the following results. Therefore, it was discussed that the repetitive diving strength should be higher to confirm a significant difference in the recovery method after free diving.

Self-recovery is a tamper-detection and image recovery methods based on data hiding. It generates two types of data and embeds them into the original image: authentication data for tamper detection and reference data for image recovery. In this paper, a region-based scalable self-recovery (RSS) method is proposed for salient-object images. As the images consist of two main regions, the region of interest (ROI) and the region of non-interest (RONI), the proposed method is aimed at achieving higher reconstruction quality for the ROI. Moreover, tamper tolerability is improved by using scalable recovery. In the RSS method, separate reference data are generated for the ROI and RONI. Initially, two compressed bitstreams at different rates are generated using the embedded zero-block coding source encoder. Subsequently, each bitstream is divided into several parts, which are protected through various redundancy rates, using the Reed-Solomon channel encoder. The proposed method is tested on 10 000 salient-object images from the MSRA database. The results show that the RSS method, compared to related methods, improves reconstruction quality and tamper tolerability by approximately 30% and 15%, respectively.
This study was conducted to evaluate the extraction methods for the determination of antioxidants in soybean oil. Recovery rates of various antioxidants in soybean oil showed similar rates as 80.4~102.1% by solvent/solvent extraction method and 89.9~106.4% by sweep co-distillation method except 46.6~61.2% of PG at corresponding spiked concentractions. The maximun recovery rates of antioxidnts were obtained when extraction time and extraction temperature used in UNITREX were 20min and 21$0^{\circ}C$ respectively. In the recovery rates with the activation of florisil when 2% ofwater was added to florisil the highest recovery rates for TBHQ, BHA, BHT were obtained by sweep co-distillation met-hod. Therefore sweep co-distillation method showed less solvent simple operation and high recovery rate compared with solvent/solvent extraction method.
