Since seasonal changes, blooming of a flower, etc., which take place in accordance with passage of time, transpire over an extended duration of time, one performs the Time-Lapse so that one can watch them quickly by compressing time. Because such a Time-Lapse records a wide range of conditions including the place, angle of view, and time found in a natural state in accordance with a precise interval of time and in the samestate, it is also referred to as Interval recording. The Time-Lapse technique is used widely in various fields such as education, science, documentary, and the media. In terms of acquiring a Time-Lapse image, by making it possible for one to treat an image by deleting and adjusting unnecessary backgrounds excluding the main subject for photography such as the flower unlike existing methods and by making it possible for one to apply extensively the real-life recorded image as a library or image data in 2D or 3D, the present study seeks to propose a technique for the background treatment of Time-Lapse image that allows for everyone to bestow creativity to image production easily and conveniently.

To organize and document the contents of meetings and discussions is very important in various tasks. However, in the past, people had to manually organize the contents themselves. In this paper, we describe the development of a system that generates the meeting minutes automatically using the TextRank algorithm. The proposed system records all the utterances of the speaker in real time and calculates the similarity based on the appearance frequency of the sentences. Then, to create the meeting minutes, it extracts important words or phrases through a non-supervised learning algorithm for finding the relation between the sentences in the document data. Especially, we improved the performance by introducing the keyword weighting technique for the TextRank algorithm which reconfigured the PageRank algorithm to fit words and sentences.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the severity, depression and to identify factors influencing quality of sleep in Restless Legs Syndrome(RLS) patients. A total of 303 consecutive RLS patients were assessed by self questionnaires and participant's medical records were reviewed for obtaining their clinical information. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression. The quality of sleep was positively correlated with symptoms(r=. 21, p<.001) and depression(r=. 37, p<.001). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that significant variables influencing the quality of sleep were depression(${\beta}=.35$, p<.001), age(${\beta}=.21$, p<.001), and severity(${\beta}=.15$, p=.005). The explanation power of this regression model was 21.0% and it was statistically significant. As a result, to improve their sleep quality, the nursing interventions are required for RLS patients who have the depression, age, and severity.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a next generation technology that will replace barcode. RFID can identify an object by reading ID inside a RFID tag using radio frequency. However, because a RFID tag replies its unique ID to the request of any reader through wireless communication, it is vulnerable to attacks on security or privacy through wiretapping or an illegal reader's request. The RFID authentication protocol has been studied actively in order to solve security and privacy problems, and is used also in tag search. Recently, as the number of tags is increasing in RFTD systems and the cost of data collection is also rising, the importance of effective tag search is increasing. This study proposed an efficient search method that solved through ta9 group the problem of large volume of database computation in Miyako Ohkubo's hash chain mechanism, which meets requirements for security and privacy protection. When we searched first the group of tags with access rate of 5 or higher in a database with 100,000 records, search time decreased by around 30%.

This study aims to provide basic resources for the construction of the archives on the official family service history in Korea. The study collected records of family policies and official family service from 1948 to 2019 and thereafter attempted to classify the official family service. In addition, experts were consulted to diagnose compliance with research contents and directions, investigate priorities of the family policies, and provide opinions on the elements of each process of archiving. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were five areas of concern to be considered in the process of establishing an archive of official family services: concept, scope, collection, arrangement, preservation, and utilization. Second, the findings suggest which processes are critical to developing a sustainable and systematic archive system for the official family service history. The construction of the archives will provide a platform for understanding the contents of integrated family policies and inform the direction of future family policies in Korea. In addition, these archives will be an important factor in building a solid Korean national identity.

Modern society has a tendency to raise fewer children. As a result, parents became more interested in their children's creative ways of thinking and began to look for new ways of teaching. The child care support center expects a positive effect by lending various toys and books to improve the physical, emotional and social characteristics of children and to help reduce household burden on parents. In this paper, we design and implement a rental return system to effectively utilize a toy library operated by the child care support center. The proposed system makes it easy for any user to search for items in any branch operated by the Child Care Support Center and to manage loan return records. The administrator can manage data such as loans, returns, and past due from the rental return processing system, and effectively operate the child care support center through statistics of data generated. Children are expected to be given a variety of entertainment cultures and cultural benefits to their families to ease the burden of parenting.

Why can't we be free from diverse crises threatening our lives in a high-tech future society? Disasters interrupt habitual and institutionalized patterns of behavior and bring about a kind of social shock to make people follow social and individual changes. An interesting fact revealed in the study finding is that the role of disaster management control tower was proper during the Great Flood ofthe Eulchuk Year(1925) and the unified disaster management system facilitated smooth cooperation with relevant authorities. Also, motivating disaster management organizations positively influenced organizational commitment. This implies that if we constantly ask to improve current institutions by introspecting and learning, based on historical records, we may be able to find insights for a safe society of the future.

Purpose: This study is a retrospective descriptive study to investigate the factors affecting sleep quality of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) patients. Methods: Data were collected from questionnaires and electronic medical records of 176 patients with obstructive sleep apnea were reviewed from 2017 to 2018. The collected data was analyzed into descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean age of the subjects was 49.37 years and 94.4%(n=166) had low sleep quality. The quality of sleep of the OSA patients had correlations with daytime sleepiness, and depression. The significant factors influencing quality of sleep were Gender(${\beta}=.18$, p<.004), depression(${\beta}=.50$, p<.001), dry mouth (${\beta}=.15$, p<.016), Headache(${\beta}=.17$, p<.008), explained 37.1% of the variance. Conclusion: To improve their sleep quality, required for OSA patients who have the depression, daytime sleepiness.

Storage snapshot technology allows to preserve data at a specific point in time, and recover and access data at a desired point in time. It is an essential technology for storage protection application. Existing snapshot methods have some problems in that they dependent on storage hardware vendor, file system or virtual block device. In this paper, we propose a new snapshot method for solving the problems and creating snapshots on-line. The proposed snapshot method uses a method of extracting the log records of update operations at the virtual file system layer to enable the snapshot method to operate independently on file systems, virtual block devices, and storage hardwares. In addition, the proposed snapshot mehod creates and manages snapshots for directories and files without interruption to the storage service. Finally, through experiments we measure the snapshot creation time and the performance degradation caused by the snapshot.

The 2020 Gwangju Media Art Festival (2020 GMAF) was held in the area of the National Asian Cultural Center. Under the slogan "The entire Gwangju shines under the theme of "Aesthetics of Light and Coexistence," the media festival demonstrated projection mapping to Jeonnam (former) Provincial Office at the DATA+ Research Institute of Chung-Ang University's Graduate School of Advanced Video. This paper focuses on explaining the overall production process and content development of projection mapping demonstrated in the Jeollanam-do Provincial Government, which is a symbol of Korean democratization and is located in the center of Gwangju, Jeolla-do. It was intended to faithfully express the history of the 2020 GMAF and Jeonnam (former) provincial government, Gwangju's history, and democratization records. It was intended to show images, background sounds, sound effects, and visual effects using various special effects and high-power laser devices using unique characteristics of projection mapping. To this end, about 5 minutes and 30 seconds of content were planned, and it was divided into parts and topics, and one individual story was developed for each chapter.
