Representation of an entity starts with recognition of its existence, and recording is mutually circular in that it acts as a means to enable the recognition of the existence. No record is left on an unrecognized entity, record is distorted if any, and the distorted reproduction represents the entity, reinforcing its invisibility. Spivak describes those who cannot speak on their own and cannot be represented as subaltern. This paper examines public record, the media and research records of female restaurant workers, identifies the subaltern characteristics and limitations of their records, and suggests the points to be considered and specific roles required for recording the subalterns. If it is possible to increase the possibility of representation by completely recording a person as an entity that contains the times and society, the accountability of the record to provide an account will extend beyond institutions to the times and society, and individuals and community will be established as political subjects.

This paper improves the possibility of recognizing fast-moving objects through the YOLO (You Only Look Once) deep learning recognition model in an application environment for object recognition in images. The purpose was to study the method of collecting semantic data through processing. In the recognition model, the moving object recognition error was identified as unrecognized because of the difference between the frame rate of the camera and the moving speed of the object and a misrecognition due to the existence of a similar object in an environment adjacent to the object. To minimize the recognition errors by compensating for errors, such as unrecognized and misrecognized objects through the proposed data collection method, and applying vision processing technology for the causes of errors that may occur in images acquired for sports (tennis games) that can represent real similar environments. The effectiveness of effective secondary data collection was improved by research on methods and processing structures. Therefore, by applying the data collection method proposed in this study, ordinary people can collect and manage data to improve their health and athletic performance in the sports and health industry through the simple shooting of a smart-phone camera.
The static design approach in the current code implies that the inherent torsional moment represents the state of zero inertial torsional moments at the center of mass (CM). However, both experimental and analytical results prove the existence of a large amount of the inertial torsional moment at the CM. Also, the definition of eccentricity by engineers, which is referred to as the resistance eccentricity, is defined as the distance between the center of mass and the center of resistance, which is conceptually different from the static eccentricity in the current codes, defined as the arm length about the center of rotation. The difference in the definitions of eccentricity should be made clear to avoid confusion about the torsion design. This study proposed prediction equations as a function of resistance eccentricity based on a resistance eccentricity model with advantages of (1) the recognition of the existence of torsional moment at the CM, (2) the avoidance of the confusion by using resistance eccentricity instead of the design eccentricity, and (3) a clear relationship of applied inertial forces at the CM and resisting forces. These predictions are compared with the seismic responses obtained from time-history analyses of a five-story building structure under moderate and severe earthquakes. Then, the trend of the resistance eccentricity corresponding to the maximum edge drift is investigated for elastic and inelastic responses. The comparison given in this study shows that these prediction equations can serve as a useful reference for the prediction in both the elastic and the inelastic ranges.
Space and figure are formed not by themselves but by the existence of light. It is important that plays a role as an intermediary of cognition which enables the formation of space and figure through Human's recognition in the process of design. Human perceive space and identity every basic form by the contrast of light and dark. The existence of light is very inclusive concept in the space, so space and form are completed by light. The change of based on time, place, and its amount acts as an important element Which can change the form of Space. In Space light doesn't work simply as light itself, but have a very close relation with Space, Form, Structure, Material, Color elements, Space is limited by physical form but human perceive space relatively by many other conditions, So same space can be experienced differently by the characters of light. Human can recognized and observe an object in the space as he processes information collected through light. In this process light make it possible for human to see the shape in space. therefore, the shape of space can get meanings when light exists. the space recognized by light is the mean that activates human activates in space.
Sounds based machine fault diagnosis recovers all the studies that aim to detect automatically faults or damages on machines using the sounds emitted by these machines. Conventional methods that use mathematical models have been found inaccurate because of the complexity of the industry machinery systems and the obvious existence of nonlinear factors such as noises. Therefore, any fault diagnosis issue can be treated as a pattern recognition problem. We present here an automatic fault diagnosis system of hand drills using discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and pattern recognition techniques such as principal component analysis (PCA) and artificial neural networks (ANN). The diagnosis system consists of three steps. Because of the presence of many noisy patterns in our signals, we first conduct a filtering analysis based on DWT. Second, the wavelet coefficients of the filtered signals are extracted as our features for the pattern recognition part. Third, PCA is performed over the wavelet coefficients in order to reduce the dimensionality of the feature vectors. Finally, the very first principal components are used as the inputs of an ANN based classifier to detect the wear on the drills. The results show that the proposed DWT-PCA-ANN method can be used for the sounds based automated diagnosis system.

Sounds based machine fault diagnosis recovers all the studies that aim to detect automatically abnormal sound on machines using the acoustic emission by these machines. Conventional methods that use mathematical models have been found inaccurate because of the complexity of the industry machinery systems and the obvious existence of nonlinear factors such as noises. Therefore, any fault diagnosis issue can be treated as a pattern recognition problem. We propose here an automatic fault diagnosis method of hand drills using discrete wavelet transform(DWT) and pattern recognition techniques such as artificial neural networks(ANN). We first conduct a filtering analysis based on DWT. The power spectral density(PSD) is performed on the wavelet subband except for the highest and lowest low frequency subband. The PSD of the wavelet coefficients are extracted as our features for classifier based on ANN the pattern recognition part. The results show that the proposed method can be effectively used not only to detect defects but also to various automatic diagnosis system based on sound.
If the existence and effect of the arbitration agreement becomes an issue in international business transactions, it is the key point how we shall determine the applicable law by national rules for the conflict of laws, or by other methods. The argument in determination of the applicable law to the existence and effect of the arbitration agreement is related to regal nature of the arbitration agreement. As there are foreign factors in international arbitration, therefore we must consider such an aspect. Besides, we have to examine whether the general theory of contract is universally applicable to the arbitration agreement. Currently, it is the general trend that the party's autonomy principle is applicable in determining the applicable law for the arbitration agreement. However, it is a difficult problem to recognize the applicable law chosen by the parties, whether it is based on any regal standard(for example New York Convention or the private international law or the essential quality of the arbitration agreement). In the light of the actual transactions, when the parties don't make a choice of the applicable law expressly, it will finally come down to presuming the party's implied intent. Nevertheless, finding the implied intent is a difficult problem. Some argue that we shall presume the choice of applicable law by an objective standard such as a place of arbitration, to prevent too much expansion of the scope of the recognition. But we need to review that this interpretation harmonizes with the principle of party autonomy. Especially, if we desire to detect the vital point where it is most closely linked to the arbitration agreement, we have to inquire how we will decide such a relation by means of any standard. However, as the existing Arbitration Act doesn't offer the solution to these issues, therefore we have to settle these problems through the development of adjudications and theories.
In this paper, we propose a hybrid image processing and deep learning-based method for detecting the presence of power lines in infrared images. Deep learning-based methods can learn feature vectors from a large number of data without much effort, resulting in outstanding performances in various fields. However, it is difficult to apply human intuition to the deep learning-based methods while image processing techniques can be used to apply human intuition. Based on these, we propose a method that exploits both advantages to detect the existence of power lines in infrared images. To this end, five methods have been applied and compared to find the most effective image processing technique for detecting the presence of power lines. As a result, the proposed method achieves 99.48% of accuracy which is higher than those of methods based on either image processing or deep learning.
Dental personnels faced risks of infection in the clinic. For infection control, recognition and practice of dental personnels are important factor. This study was performed to investigate the recognition and practice of dental hygiene for infection control and infection waste control. A stratified convenience sample of dental hygienists in dental health-care settings. The major finding of the present study are as follows: 1. The existence of education about Standard Precaution and low of infection waste storage was higher dental hospital than dental clinic. 2. The degree of practice in the storage of dental wastes was low in absorbent cotton and body tissue exclude damage waste. And the degree of practice in the disposal of dental wastes was high in all three. 3. Practice in the storage of dental waste was higher dental hospital than dental clinic. 4. At the conclusion of this investigation, systematic refresher training of infection control should be prepared by campaign an various media, Dental health care workers should be encouraged to practice those action items from training. For successful implementation of infection control in every dental health-care settings, it is highly demanded as well that development of effective safe-guard tools, stategic support, and standardized action items against infection problems.
This study examines the scientific concept development of young children in terms of the day-night cycle. The subjects consisted of 180 three-, four-, and five-year-old children from two kindergartens and one children's center located in Seoul and Jeju. Individual interviews were conducted to collect verbal and pictorial responses on the day-night cycle. The scientific concepts on the day-night cycle are classified five stages including : no recognition, egocentric concept, initial mental models, synthetic mental models, and scientific mental models. Using two-way ANOVA, scores for the types of concept on the day-night cycles were then analyzed according to both the ages and genders of the children. The results reveal the existence of significant differences in terms of the types of concept of young children according to age. Most three-year-olds children had no recognition. Most three, four, and five-year-old children revealed egocentric concepts. Four-year-old children revealed that were in the initial stages of experiencing the mental models and synthetic mental models of the day-night cycle. Five-year-old children revealed that they were in the early stages of experiencing the initial, synthetic, scientific mental models of the day-night cycle. The results suggest appropriate ways of science education for young children based on the development of scientific concepts of the day-night cycle.
