Objectives : The author has studied the effects of behavior of preventive treatment on job satisfaction in dental hygienist. Methods : The hygienists who had worked from June 27th to August 1st in 2011 were explained about this research objectives and only the hygienists who agreed with this research participation were conducted a self-administered Questionnaire survey and the results were collected immediately. The collected questionnaire was 297, but the final 250 questionnaire were decided as a target except for the trustless ones. This analysis was extracted using SPSS(SPSS 12.0 for windows, SPSS Inc, Chicago, USA). Results : 1. Preventive treatment of dental hygienist was shown as this order - Educational needs 4.25, Importance 4.12, Usefulness 4.09, Perform 3.42. Job satisfaction was reached the moderate level. 2. Analysis of preventive treatment of hygienist was shown as this order - Basic brushing education 4.72 was ranked the highest, Taking patient history and Incremental dental health care 4.58 was held the second place. Dental caries activity tests 3.30 was shown the lowest figures. Response of preventive treatment conducting was like this order - Taking patient history 4.30, Dental prophylaxis 4.28, Basic brushing education 4.11, Incremental dental health care 4.04. Dental caries activity tests 2.05 was shown the lowest figures. 3. General characteristics in behavior of preventive treatment was resulted in this case that the respondents who have worked for less one year in current job than the ones who have worked for more than five years was shown such a low level, this was taken as a meaningful difference.(p=0.008) 4. It was shown that the higher fulfillment of preventive treatment(${\beta}$=0.340, p<0.001) and the greater earnings(${\beta}$=0.194, p=0.001) and usefulness of preventive treatment(${\beta}$=0.130, p=0.042), the higher job satisfaction. Conclusions : Considering these results, environment where the hygienists can concentrate on preventive treatment which is their proper job should be built up as soon as possible. And through this environment, the atmosphere where hygienists, as oral health professionals, can play a role to improve the oral health of the people by boosting job satisfaction should be created. Also It is thought that an institutional, actual improvement-changing the social awareness towards hygienists and dentists, the recognition of scope of the hygienists' work - should be established urgently.
Localizing an object in image is a common task in the field of computer vision. As the existing methods provide a detection for the single object in an image, they have an utilization limit for the use of the application, due to similar objects are in the actual picture. This paper proposes an efficient method of object localization for image recognition. The new proposed method uses color correlation back-projection in the YCbCr chromaticity color space to deal with the object localization problem. Using the proposed algorithm enables users to detect and locate primary location of object within the image, as well as candidate regions can be detected accurately without any information about object counts. To evaluate performance of the proposed algorithm, we estimate success rate of locating object with common used image database. Experimental results reveal that improvement of 21% success ratio was observed. This study builds on spatially localized color features and correlation-based localization, and the main contribution of this paper is that a different way of using correlogram is applied in object localization.

This study was performed to determine health-related dietary and lifestyle of characteristic factors associated with sodium hyperingestion of korean adults by sexual difference. Study subjects were 30~69years (n=1,622) adults who participated in the 2010 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES V-1). Subjects were divided into the hyperingestion group (HG, n=1,494) and normal ingestion group (NG, n=128) by 'WHO growth standard sodium intakes(2,000mg/day)' and the relationships between Comparison of demographics and physical measurement, eating behaviors and health-related factors were analyzed. By logistic regression method, risk factors for sodium hyperingestion group revealed in this study were gender(female), number of family', 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner', 'nutrition labeling use'. and In case of male, risk factors for sodium hyperingestion group were 'lunch', 'dinner', 'self-rated body image' of eating behaviors. In case of female, Which were number of family' of demographics, 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner' of eating behaviors. In these results, according to different sexual aspect of sodium hyperingestion, we suggest that nutrition label use and proper nutrition intake criteria among sexual, recognition promotion campaign along with education program for repressed sodium hyperingestion related to hypertension prevention of korean adults should include eating habits improvement and demographics lifestyle modification.
This study was conducted from the time when discussion of improvement and keeping heavy taxation on multiple home owners was began, experts who may express professional opinion such as realtors, tax accountants and revenue officers were picked up besides the direct interested parties such as single and multiple home owners. This study collected their various opinions regarding whether keeping the heavy taxation system on multiple home owners or not and the effect of it. As a result of the survey, people living in Seoul who owned more houses showed higher awareness about heavy taxation on multiple home owners, and people agreed more about abolishing the heavy taxation when they own more homes. From this study, it was found out that different recognition about heavier transfer income tax on multiple home owners of each person concerned and necessity of rearranging this uncertain condition of temporary regulation in the future. The tax law should be improved to supply clear policy signals to the market for recovery of housing transactions and supply expansion of jeonsei to monthly rental housing and managing of taxation policy which reflects taxpayers' opinion may correspond to more effective and fair taxation principle.

This study conducted qualitative research to investigate the librarians' organizational commitment and relations between the commitment and their goal recognition in the university library context with several open-ended, deep interviews with university librarians in order to understand the relations from diverse perspectives. As a result, many participants showed low level of organizational commitment because of their hygiene factors, such as payment, incentives, relations with colleagues, and job conditions as well as motivators including characteristics of the work, sense of accomplishment, responsibility, promotion, and self-improvement. The two factors are considered to have direct impacts on their organizational commitment. Also, the research revealed that positive goal perception was related to motivators and, at the same time, hygiene factors. Accordingly, we concluded that librarians' perception of goals are closely related to both hygiene factors and motivators. We also identify that a need of a statistical study with a questionnaire survey to confirm the relations between the organizational commitment and goal perception for developing managerial measures for the organizational commitment, and further;for better library performance.
This study looks at the various alternative therapy methods used in day to day life by elderly, over 60 years of age. The elderly have come to know and practice these methods for the following reasons it is good for the health ; it is the method used in the of fen days when there wesn't modern medicine ; it has been passed down from generations ; it can be done at home without having the need to go to the hospital ; acupuncture or poulticing can be used ; it can be done at home, which was an important factor in rural areas where hospitals are few and far between ; and 〔herbal〕 medicine could be prepared at home at no cost ; it derives from experience ; it is impossible to ignore tradition passed down through the generations. Diet control and plants (herbs) are methods most often used. as they are easy to find and can be readily used in critical situations. Other methods include oriental medicine practices of moxibustion with moxa cone, negative therapy, hand and finger acupunture, finger press method. ordinary acupunture, manual healing methods of massage. diaphoretic therapy and meditation to reach a state of calm, and qigong dirigation. The reasons for its use are as follows ; it has been used before ; it is effective ; there is some improvement after the treatment ; it is not harmful to the body ; medicine cannot be obtained and it is the only thing available ; it is not good for an old person to go to the hospital everyday. the symptoms are not serious enough to go to a hospital : and acupuncture is for these things. The means that the elderly have come to practice these methods are : it has been used since the past ; it has been told by the elders ; they have been told by friends ; it was part of their knowledge ; and they have come to know by watching their mother. Further, to regain vitality lost through old age, the elderly have relied on hot soup. a hearty meal. brewed honey water, pumpkin, or ginseng. Humans, by instinct. would rub or massage the areas that caused pain. These actions, combined with a breathing technique have been recognized in Tong-Eui-Bo-Gam(the essential of eastern medicine), the complete work of early modern medicine, are a useful means to revive chi(기). This knowledge is thought to have greatly affected our heathy lifestyle. Furthermore, though the demand for medical services would increase with age, the elderly have not always been able to tend to their needs at the hospital for reasons economic or other. Hence, these alternative therapy methods seem to have been practiced as a temporary means of relief. The excellence of our traditional therapeutic custom has not received full recognition due to the argument relating to its scientific merits. As a result, it has become vital to prove their effectiveness through scientific and other experimental means. The potency of moxibustion with moxa cone and hand and finger acupunture have been proven scientifically. but diet and herbal methods appear to be practiced as a result of customs passed down from generations. In addition, it is submitted that the effectiveness of the traditional methods of disease control and our heathy lifestyle that are easily found in the nursing field must be verified.

A novel reference point detection method is proposed by exploiting tile gradient probabilistic model that captures the curvature information of fingerprint. The detection of reference point is accomplished through searching and locating the points of occurrence of the most evenly distributed gradient in a probabilistic sense. The uniformly distributed gradient texture represents either the core point itself or those of similar points that can be used to establish the rigid reference from which to map the features for recognition. Key benefits are reductions in preprocessing and consistency of locating the same points as the reference points even when processing arch type fingerprints. Moreover, the new feature extraction method is proposed by improving the existing feature extraction using filterbank method. Experimental results indicate the superiority of tile proposed scheme in terms of computational time in feature extraction and verification rate in various noisy environments. In particular, the proposed gradient probabilistic model achieved 49% improvement under ambient noise, 39.2% under brightness noise and 15.7% under a salt and pepper noise environment, respectively, in FAR for the arch type fingerprints. Moreover, a reduction of 0.07sec in reference point detection time of the GPM is shown possible compared to using the leading the poincare index method and a reduction of 0.06sec in code extraction time of the new filterbank mettled is shown possible compared to using the leading the existing filterbank method.
This study examined the status of apartment housing based on the problems of noise and smoking between floors and tried to reflective reconsideration to practice the etiquette of apartment buildings by analyzing their perceptions with big data. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that laws and systems were in place to prevent and solve problems of noise between floors and smoking between floors. Second, local governments and apartments are seeking to solve problems through various activities, but we could see that the problems mentioned above continue to increase. The third, big data analysis results showed that people were divided into four groups of awareness of noise and smoking. Fourth, we could see that the etiquette of apartment housing to solve these problems should presuppose improvement of perception and practicality. We proposed three categories to solve the problem. First, we should practice decorum following changes in the living environment. Therefore, I suggest that continuous research and etiquette book should be published. Second, I think the spirit of mutual respect and consideration is necessary, and suggest the autonomous attention and effort of residents living in apartments. Third, I hope that the etiquette education of apartments will be made in apartments or various educational sites and spread to the culture of living.

Objectives: The present study was conducted to investigate farm work environments among farmers and examine the level of management of safety and health, and to subsequently produce study result to serve as foundational data for the development of guidelines on safety and health as part of the improvement of farming work environments among farmers raising Korean native cattle. Methods: The present study conducted a survey on farm work environments and the management of safety and health with 407 farmers engaged in Korean native cattle farming in selected regions in eight provinces. It also visited 10 farmers to verify the current status of farm work. Results: The survey results showed that 16.4% of the respondents experienced safety-related accidents due to farm work. The locations of the accidents were inside the cattle shed (71.4%) and facilities outside the cattle shed (19.6%). The types of accident showed collision with animals (35.7%), collision or contact with obstacles (27.1%), and musculoskeletal accidents due to heavy object handling (12.9%). The causes of the accidents were cattle (38.3%), cultivators and tractors (25.4%), facility tools in cattle sheds (9.0%), and slippery floors (6.0%). The damaged areas were hand (21.0%), spine (19.8%), lower limb (18.5%), and foot (17.3%). A self-diagnostic survey on respiratory diseases showed that 11.5% of the respondents experienced respiratory-related symptoms. The survey on safety and health during farm work showed that wearing personal protective equipment and response to emergency situations, which were needed to prevent safety-related accidents, were relatively low compared to the level of recognition of the need and awareness of safety issues. Furthermore, the field survey identified the current status of safety and health issues such as prevention management of collision accidents with cattle, how to handle heavy objects, and wearing of personal protective equipment. Conclusions: The present study identified safety-related accidents and problems in the management of safety and health among Korean native cattle farmers. In order to address the problem, it is necessary to not only provide guidelines on safety and health management which are appropriate to the characteristics of Korean native cattle farming work, but also to study the development of personal protective equipment.
The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with medical care utilization, the level of recognition, satisfaction, revisit and recommendation after implementing the expanded health insurance coverage of dental scaling. A questionnaire survey was conducted and analyzed among 608 adults living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do April 1st to 30th, 2014. The results of the survey are as follows: 76.9% of the respondents know the expanded health insurance coverage, which is influenced by educational background and monthly income. The level of satisfaction, revisit and recommendation intention is affected meaningfully by educational background. Two factors, high school graduate or less and dental hygienist, meaningfully affect patients' satisfaction with scaling, and recommendation from others and Internet searching contribute to revisit. High school graduate or less is also one of the factors affecting the intention of recommendation, along with recommendation from others, Internet searching, scaling by a dental hygienist, and oral hygiene education before scaling. Summing up the results, patient's satisfaction and intention to recommend are high when dental hygienists provide oral hygiene instruction prior to scaling. This study suggests that dental hygienists help patients feel comfortable before treatment by building rapport with them. In addition, it is required that consistent efforts for quality improvement in scaling be sustained, that the patient's needs be identified to increase their satisfaction with scaling, and that studies to verify relevant factors be conducted.
