많은 온라인 여행 대행사(OTA; online travel agencies)들은 고객 만족을 위해 호텔에 대하여 평균 평점과 함께 가장 최근에 게시된 리뷰 정보를 제공하고 있다. 이 두 가지 정보(평균 평점 및 최근 게시된 리뷰)가 행동 의사 결정 과정에 미치는 상대적 영향을 확인하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 두 가지 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째로, 실험 연구 설계를 사용하여 온라인 리뷰 소비에서 두 가지 정보의 상대적 영향을 조사하였고, 둘째로, 온라인 리뷰 생성에 대한 상대적 영향을 경험적 접근방식을 통해 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 리뷰 생성의 경우, 사람들은 평균 평점과 최근 리뷰의 불일치를 관찰할 때(일시적 이상현상이 있을 때), 방향에 관계없이 최근 리뷰에서 벗어나려는 경향(반응 행동)을 보였다. 한편, 리뷰소비자는 일시적 이상 현상에서 최근 게시된 리뷰의 의견에 순응하려는 경향(군집 행동)을 보였다. 그리고 두 경우 모두, 최근 게시된 리뷰가 부정적일 때 그 효과가 커짐을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구는 평균 평점과 최근 게시된 리뷰라는 두 가지 정보 사이의 상대적 영향과 이들이 온라인 리뷰 소비와 생성에 미치는 다른 영향에 대한 이론적 및 실제적 시사점을 제공하였다.

Enzymatic resolution is becoming increasingly important in the production of optically active pharmaceutical drugs and is now challenging the traditional synthetic methods for production of a variety of chiral intermediates and products. This article reviews the recent advances in chirotechnology using enzymes as a catalyst to resolve chiral compounds. The review focuses on the recent trends in chirotechnology and the application of enzymes to the production of industrially valuable pharmaceutical drugs.

Introduction: With recent higher awareness of the necessity of improving healthcare workers' wellbeing, we aimed to overview systematic reviews dealing with interventions on well-being, occupational health, and aging of healthcare workers. Methods: From three databases (PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science), a scoping review of systematic reviews was carried out to determine current knowledge on interventions focused on the well-being or aging of healthcare workers. Only systematic reviews were considered, with appropriate extraction and quality evaluation. Results: Of the total of 445 references identified, 10 systematic reviews were included, mostly published since 2019. Nurses were the most frequent targets of interventions, and mental health was the main outcome described. The overall level of quality was also heterogenous, with high to low-quality reviews. Conclusions: Workers' mental health well-being was the major outcome targeted by intervention, with varying level of evidence. Further studies are needed with integrative approaches on global health and life course perspectives, with a focus on the plurality of settings, worker types, and women.

Recent issues in the automotive industries are, improvement of fuel efficiency according to the worldwide $CO_2$ regulation, passenger safety through enhanced crashworthiness, superior design and cost reduction due to price fluctuation of raw material. To meet these demands, steelmaking companies are developing advanced high strength steel and new process technologies such as hydroforming, TWB(Tailor Welded Blank), hot stamping and so on. In addition, eco-friendly and high corrosion resistant coating technologies are getting more attention to comply with the environmental regulations. In this paper, reviews and prospects of recent coating technologies for automotive use are presented.

Videophone service was developed and marketed by AT&T in the late 1960s and early 1970s. The market did not respond to the service offering, and the service was withdrawn. However, Videophone returned in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Due to the technological advance, establishment of ITU standards and fall of videophone price, many analysts are very optimistic about videophone market. But on the other hand, some analysts anticipate that recent videophone will only replicate the past with the same results: namely, market failure. First, this article reviews the history of videophone service, the recent development trend and reasons for its market failure. Second, this article reviews prospects for videophone service. Finally authors examine some of the technological and service features that might shift the value of videophone service.

Unilateral neglect is a common behavioral syndrome in patients following stroke. Unilateral neglect is characterized by the failure to report or responds to people or object presented to the side opposite a brain lesion. The patients with unilateral neglect are severely disabled in all daily activities, have a poor rehabilitation outcome and therefore require professional assessment and treatment This article reviews recent efficacy of rehabilitation techniques includings; drug, cueing, scanning training, prism lense, eye patching, trunk rotation, neck vibration, TENS, limb activation, video feedback. The purpose of this reviews are: to clarify the different types of neglect, as a basis for understanding the tests and measures of unilateral neglect and give information about recent treatments.

Purpose Customer review is a major factor in choosing certain restaurants. This study investigates the key factors affecting customer's evaluation about restaurants. With the recent intensification of competition among restaurants in the service industry, the analysis results are expected to provide in-depth insights for enhancing customer experiences. Design/methodology/approach We collected information and reviews provided at the restaurants in the Kakao Map platform. The information collected is based on the information of 3,785 restaurants in Daegu registered on Kakao Map. Based on the information collected, seven independent variables, including number of rating registered, number of reviews, presence or absence of safe restaurants, presence or absence of a posting about holding facilities, presence or absence of a posting about business hours, presence or absence of a posting about hashtags, and presence or absence of break times, were used. Dependent variable is restaurant rating. Multiple regression between independent variables and restaurant rating was carried out. Findings The results of the study confirmed that number of rating registered, presence or absence of a posting about business hours, and presence or absence of a posting about hash tags have an positive effects on the restaurant rating. The number of reviews had a negative effect on the restaurant rating. In addition, in order to confirm the role of customer's reviews, we carried out LDA topic modeling. We divided the topics into the positive review and the negative reviews.

Although antiarrhythmic medication has been the main treatment modality for arrhythmia in children, in recent decades technological development and computerization have made great advances in nonpharmacological therapy. This article reviews the transcatheter radiofrequency ablation for tachycardia in children, recent advances of device therapy for bradycardia, antitachycardia pacing, implantable cardioverter defibrillator. As a new field of device therapy, cardiac resynchronization therapy for congestive heart failure is also mentioned.

Photosensitive amorphous materials are attractive for the formation of several optical elements by a specific laser beam irradiation. For example the optical fiber gratings prepared by UV laser irradiation are one of the key elements for the recent worldwide progress of wavelength division mutiplexing optical fiber network. This paper reviews the representative studies on the photosensitive materials and the origin of photosensitivity in amorphous oxide materials.
