In the indirect optical bio-telemetry, high frequency response and low minimum detectable optical power can be achieved by using photodiode with small light receiving area which minimizes junction capacitance. But, on the other hand, S/N ratio becomes low because the optical signal current is small. To solve such a problem, we attach plato-convex lens in front of photo diode, The results of comput- er simulation and experiments suggest promotion of light receiving efficiency and possibility of multi- telemetry system through directivity of convex lens in one room.

MI LV1B images, geometric corrected data of COMS MI, has no time information per each line, but field of weather prediction using the MI LV1B images needs time information on it. This paper explains two calculation methods for receiving time on lines of MI LV1B images and analyzes difference between two calculation methods using simulated data.

The effects of intraperitoneal injection of cephradine in a dose of 75 mg/kg and netilmicin in dose of 50 mg/kg and their combination on creatinine and urea serum levels of rabbits were studied as well as the antipseudomonal activity against three multiresistant clinicial isolates. The antibacterial activity was investigated by two methods: Checkerboard titration method and time-kill studies. Finally, the antibacterial activity of the sera obtained from the rabbits receiving the used drugs in the previous regimen was studied using time-kill study method against Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates. Results obtained from this study indicated that both creatinine and urea serum levels of the rabbits receiving both drugs were not significantly different from those of the rabbits receiving either cephradine or netilmicin alone. At the same time the in vitro antibactrial activity (either of the prepared solutions of the used drugs and their combination or of the sera obtained from the rabbits receiving these drugs as mentioned before) showed a synergistic effect against the tested strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa

DA-125, a new anthracycline antitumor antibiotic, was administered to Sprague-Dawley rats intravenously for 4 weeks to investigate the repeated dose toxicity Focal alopecia was noted in three female rats receiving 1.0mg/kg/day. In rats receiving 1.0 mg/kg/day, weight gain decreased in both sexes after first or second week. Hematological examination revealed lower counts of total leukocyte and increased numbers of platelet after second week. At terminal necropsy, atrophy of thymus and spleen was observed. Lymphocytic depletion of thymus and atrophy of white pulp in spleen were observed microscopically. A decrease in the number of hematopoietic cells in the bone marrow and degeneration of germinal epithelia in testes were also observed. These treatment-related effects were mainly confined to rats receiving 1.0 mg/kg/day. And toxic effects with microscopic changes were not observed in rats receiving 0.2 mg/kg/day or 0.04 mg/kg/day.

This study measures the levels of various receiving points for reducing deviations the floor impact sound. According to the results, 63-125Hz band appeals the large deviations. Among the spacial points, the spot of 0.75m from the wall correspond with the average of all spots. The KS stipulates that the receiving point should be off the wall more than 0.5m But obeying the rules, the large deviation appears. So, this study shows that the adequate receiving point is 0.75m from the wall.

Receiving room's floor impact sound level is been influenced to various factor of slab thickness, room size, structure etc. This study examined the noise of upper part slab and room mode in receiving room to be importance factor that influence in receiving room level among this factors. According to this study, vibration mode in slab and room mode are concentrated on frequency that is high level relatively. This causes bad effect in floor impact sound level. Therefore, method to reduce floor impact sound level is to change vibration mode using slab upper part's resilient material or reduce room mode in receiving room.

in urban cross-roads with dense buildings, receiving power and delay spread were computed when doing these, we were able to develope codes to be executed in a very fast time by combining image method and algorithm for propagation paths compairing with ray launching technique. And receiving power and delay spread could be viewed in 3-dimensional picture by virtue of computing electric fields in arbitrary receiving point. For numerical computation, receiving power of wide and anrrow band and delay spread were computed, and extension method of ray numbers was facilitated for handling infinite number of rays.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence medication adherence in colorectal cancer patients receiving oral chemotherapy. Methods: One hundred and nine colorectal cancer patients receiving oral chemotherapy were recruited in the cross-sectional survey design. A survey including medication adherence, knowledge about chemotherapy, self-efficacy, depression and symptom experience were completed. Results: The level of medication adherence was $7.38{\pm}.80$. Medication adherence showed significant differences according to perceived health status and combination of IV chemotherapy. Medication adherence was significant correlated with self-efficacy, depression and symptom experience. On stepwise regression analysis, the most important factors related to the medication adherence were symptom experience, perceived health status and combination of IV chemotherapy. These variables explained 17% of medication adherence. Conclusion: The level of medication adherence in colorectal cancer patients receiving oral chemotherapy was relatively high. It is important to develop nursing intervention for medication adherence in colorectal cancer patients that focus on symptom experience and to consider about perceived health status and combination of IV chemotherapy.

This paper deals with the simulation model for A-Mart logistic center design and operations. In developed simulation model, receiving docks, conveyor sorter, conveyor system, shipping docks, material handling devices and manual sorting stations are considered. Three types of cargo such as transfer center cargo, distribution center cargo and supermarket cargo are considered. The simulation model and process animation are developed using the simulation package ARENA. Among various design and operation alternatives consisting of the number of workers of receiving dock, allocation of receiving docks by cargo types, conveyor sorter velocity, the number of folk-lift, the number of manual sorting operators and overall layout, the best alternatives of each subsystem are selected by simulation analysis. The major performance measures such as sorter throughput, utilization of operators at each station, receiving docks utilization and folk-lift utilization are considered for the alternative evaluation.

To investigate an effect of Gam-Roa tea on the free radical or alcohol detoxicating enzyme activities, the rats got a drink at the Gam-Roa tea instead of water for 3 months, and then the animals were sacrificed and obtained the following findings. The animals receiving Gam-Roa tea showed a decreasing tendency of hepatic xanthine oxithine oxidase activity and significantly incresed content of cytochrome P-450 compared with the control. Furthermore, hepatic superoxide dismutase and glutathione S-transferase activities were also more increased in rats received Gam-Roa tea than in the control group, those receiving water. On the other hand, alcohol or aldehyde dehydrogenase activities were more increased in rats receiving Gam-Roa tea than the control. In conclusion, it is likely that the liver of rats receiving Gam-Roa tea may have the oxygen free radical or alcohol detoxication potential.
