Design and Implementation of a realtime Auction System using information providing agent (정보 제공 에이전트를 이용한 실시간 경매 시스템 설계 및 구현)

  • Along with the rapid emergence of the Internet and e-commerce, online auctions are hitting the spotlights. The inconveniences found in off-line auctions, such as time and place restriction and limited number of items, are solved in the online auction. However, not so many auction sites have integrated auction information systems, which monitor the present status of auctions, resulting in greater inconvenience for the online auction users. Moreover, there is no auction site that suggests the appropriate starting or closing price that is useful for users when they make, their bids, What the online auction users need is an auction system that can solve such problems. This study is purported for solving the problems by designing and implementing a real time auction system that applies the comparison search functions and the agent functions. In other words, an integrated database system using a bidder-oriented agent for providing information is built so that the users can search and compare the information on the item they are interested in and make a faster and more accurate purchase. Also the appropriate starting and closing prices are offered to the sellers and bidders through the integrated system for a closer and more accurate comparison and analysis of the prices. For future work, the product recommendation service, which accurately reflects the bidding patterns, and the methods for studying the multi bidding pattern will be applied to the suggested system to realize a real time auction information system that supports CRM(Customer Relationship Management) .

  • Real Estate Auction Information System purposes on providing high quality information of auction customized to consumer's situation and preference. Especially, ever-changing real time information such as the number of hits and advanced analysis for expecting the winning bid are requiring of mobile information system based on context awareness. Therefore, this paper studies on Real Estate Auction Information System based on context awareness under a smart phone environment providing auction information such as consumer's current position, the number of hits to a specific real estate, and the number of bidder to anticipate the winning bid.

  • Recently, real time auction system is increasingly required as internet grows up. According to this social requirement change, this paper designed and implemented a real time auction system. The system registers the goods for auction which customers add to their interested list in their point of view, automatically responds their information and gives a chance to the customer to apply to auction immediately via internet, and performs registration such as customer's information, goods, interested goods, etc. And, the customers on the system can purchase their interested goods rapidly and easily by check-up service of their interested and auctioned products without regarding to place or time through a mobile terminal.

Chaos analysis of real estate auction sale price rate time series (부동산 경매 낙찰가율 시계열의 Chaos 분석)

  • There has never been research on Chaos analysis using real estate auction sale price rate in Korea. In this study, three Chaos analysis methodologies - Hurst exponent, correlation dimension, and maximum Lyapunov exponent - in order to capture the nonlinear deterministic dynamic system characteristics. High level of Hurst exponent and the extremely low maximum Lyapunov exponent provide the tendency and the persistence of the data. The empirical results give two meaningful facts. First, monthly time lags of the correlation dimension are coincident with the time period from the approval auction start day to the sale price fixing day. Second, its weekly time lags correspond to the time period from the last day of request for sale price allocation to the sale price fixing day. Then, this study potentially examines the predictability of the real estate auction price rate time series.

  • This paper presents a development of court auction information system using time series forecasting. The system forecast a highest bid price for claim analysis, and it is designed to offer an quota information by the bid price. For this realization, we implemented input interface of object data and web interface of information support. Input interface can be input, update and delete function and web interface is support some information of court auction object. We propose a forecasting method of a highest bid price for auto-claim analysis with real time information support and the results are verified the feasibility of the proposed method by experiment.

  • To access massive and various HTML documents that are in the web using wireless Internet equipments, another WML document that is equal to the HTML document must be written. In the case Web documents written by HTML are massive, the construction of a WML site with the same information needs much cost of space and time. This paper designs and implements the HTML-XML converter that alleviates such a problem. The HTML-XML converter translates the Web document written by HTML to the WML document for portable wireless equipments. The HTML-XML converter has advantages that it reconstructs WML document dynamically according to portable wireless equipments and processes various image formats such as GIF, JPG, BMP, and so on. The HTML-WML converter can be used as not only a utility of the WML editor but also a real time converter on wireless internet.

  • In this paper, after defining the requirements to improve the processing of Internet auction, we design and implement Internet Auction Agent System (IAAS) based on the requirements. IAAS consists of a multi - agent system with buying/selling/negotiation agents for auction processing in accordance with the given price strategy, a graphic interface for supporting price strategies, an information agent for supplying real time information and remote control of agents, and DB. For the mobility, scalability, functionality and communication efficiency of agents, IAAS is implemented by using Java JDK1.3, Servlet, RMI and socket. Through the comparative analysis, we show that IAAS fulfills the requirements defined. IAAS can improve the convenience of users and the efficiency of auction processing, and thus increase the utilization of Internet auction.

  • In this paper, we propose a virtual action system based on information agents, We call the system the MultiHammer, MultiHammer can be used for studying and analyzing online actions. MuiltiHammer provides functions of implement-ing a meta online action site and an experiment environ-ment. We have been using MultiHammer as an experiment as an experiment environment for BiddinBot. BiddingBot aims at assisting users to bid simultaneously in multiple online auctions. In order to bid simultaneously in multiple online auctions. In order to analyze the behavior of BiddngBot, we need to pur-chase a lot of items. It is hard for us to prepare a lot of fund to show usability and advantage of BiddingBot. MultiHam-mer enables us to effectively analyze the behavior of BiddingBot. MultiHammer consists of three types of agents for information collecting data storing and auctioning. Agents for information wrappers. To make agent work as wrarp-pers, we heed to realize software modules for each online action site. Implementing these modules reguires a lot of time and patience. To address this problem, we designed a support mechanism for developing the modules. Agents for data storing record the data gathered by agents for informa-tion collecting. Agents for auctioning provide online services using data recorded by agents for data storing. By recording the activities in auction sites. MultiHammer can recreate any situation and trace auction for experimentation, Users can participate in virtual using the same information in real online auctions. Users also participate in real auc-tions via wrapper agents for information collecting

  • Blockchain technology is also actively studied in the real estate transaction field, and real estate transactions have various ways. In this paper, we propose a model that simplifies the authentication procedure of auction systems using Ethereum's Ether to solve the problem of offline court auctions. The proposed model is written in Ethereum's Solidity language, the court registers the sale date and the sale date with the DApp browser, and the bidder accesses the address of the individual's wallet created through Metamask's private key. The bidder then selects the desired sale and enters the bid price amount to participate in the auction. The bidder's record of the highest bid price for the sale he wants is written on the Ethereum test network as a smart contract. and creates a block. Finally, smart contracts written on the network are distributed by the court auction manager to all nodes in the blockchain network, and each node in the blockchain network can be viewed and contract verified. As a result of analyzing the smart contracts of the proposed model and the performance of the system, there are fees incurred due to the creation and use of Ether on platforms using Ethereum, and participation. Ether's changes in value affect the price of the sale, resulting in inconsistent fees in smart contracts each time. However, in future work, we issue our own tokens to solve the market volatility problem and commission problem with the value change of Ether, and refine complex court auction systems.
