  • Currently analyzed the various real estate electronic transaction relation service present condition which is enforced from the government offices. And applied a real estate electronic transaction and enforces and the representative instance which selected analyzed. Analysis leads, groped the constituent unit by construction plan of real estate electronic transaction system of governmental leading and unit system construction investigated a priority. And delivered Real Estate Contents Information in DRM Serever for authentication, decoding, and license downloading for cases of charged contents.   • Recently, the proportion of housing lease has been increasing to an overwhelming level in line with the increase of single-person households and the change in the form of housing. In the normal case, the use of rental-type housing is subject to a housing lease agreement through a licensed real estate agent. In the event of a transaction conclusion, licensed real estate agent shall issue a contract containing the personal information of the lessee, the renter, and the licensed real estate agent to the transaction party. In this case, it is necessary for the lessee to provide the contract to a third party. This paper analyzes relevant laws and regulations and the status of housing transactions, focusing on personal information processed between offline housing lease agreements. And when issuing a contract through IRTS, we propose a way to protect personal information by providing a third party in three forms: information Data Subject-based, Purpose of usage-based De-identification, and Certificate of Contract.

  • Traditional intermediaries refer to service providers such as travel agents, real estate brokers, job agencies and insurance agents which matching services for buyers and suppliers in a traditional market. The introduction of Electronic commerce resulted in the automation of many tasks provided by intermediaries and seemed to eliminate the role of many traditional intermediaries, which is called disintermediation. However, depending on their market power, traditional intermediaries either will be disintermediated or fill new roles by providing added value and assistance, which is called reintermediation. According to the research of Alina M. Chircu et al. there are three conditions for reintermediation for traditional intermediaries. Three conditions are weak appropriability of EC innovations, ownership of co-specialized assets for both market intermediation and EC innovations and economies of scale. Besides these three reintermediation conditions, we hypothesize that leveraging BPO can be a suitable strategy for traditional intermediaries to be transformed into reintermediaries. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the leveraging of technology or specialist process vendors to provide and manage an organization's critical and/or non-critical enterprise processes and applications. This paper will investigate the relationship between above reintermediation conditions including BPO and reintermediation.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors for the successful implementation of e-business in the public sector. The paper reports on a case study of the 'Onbid' asset-management system developed by the Korean Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO). 'Onbid' system is an e-marketplace for trading in public assets, including the disposition by public sale of real estate. Through this case study, the paper: (i) explores the changes in organizational culture that are required for successful e-transformation in organizations of public sectors; and (ii) identifies the critical success factors for the implementation of e-business in the public sector.

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to subdivide trade transaction-centered structure in a logistics/distribution industry system to apply blockchain, to establish and resolve with which types of technology, and to provide policy direction of government institution and technology to apply blockchain in this kind of industry. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was conducted with previous researches centered on cases applied in various industry sectors on the basis of blockchain technology. Results - General fields of blockchain application include digital contents distribution, IoT platform, e-Commerce, real-estate transaction, decentralized app. development(storage), certification service, smart contract, P2P network infrastructure, publication/storage of public documents, smart voting, money exchange, payment/settlement, banking security platform, actual asset storage, stock transaction and crowd funding. Blockchain is being applied in various fields home and abroad and its application cases can be explained in the banking industry, public sector, e-Commerce, medical industry, distribution and supply chain management, copyright protection. As examined in the blockchain application cases, it is expected to establish blockchain that can secure safety through distributed ledger in trade transaction because blockchain is established and applied in various sectors of industries home and abroad. Parties concerned of trade transaction can secure visibility even in interrupted specific section when they provide it as a base for distributed ledger application in trade and establish trade transaction model by applying blockchain. In case of interrupted specific section by using distributed ledger, blockchain model of trade transaction needs to be formed to make it possible for parties concerned involved in trade transaction to secure visibility and real-time tracking. Additionally, management should be possible from the time of contract until payment, freight transfer to buyers through land, air and maritime transportation. Conclusions - In order to boost blockchain-based logistics/distribution industry, the government, institutionally, needs to back up adding legal plan of shipping, logistics and distribution, reviewing standardization of electronic switching system and coming up with blockchain-based industrial road maps. In addition, the government, technologically, has to support R&D for integration with other high technology, standardization of distribution industry's blockchain technology and manpower training to expand technology development.
