The purpose of this study is to investigate the necessity, selection, organization and management of Must Books List in middle schools. A great book can change a person's life and future. Especially, reading in the juvenile period is important because of their intellectual curiosity and sensitivity. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The necessity of Must Books can be considered in two perspectives : One is the cultivation of emotion and sense of value and the other is the development of information abilities. 2. The general criteria for the selection of Must Books are whether a book is su n.0, pportive of learning activities, of extracurricular activities, and of activities for school festivals. And whether a book is contributing to the building of good characters of students or not should be considered, too. 3. The special attention should be given to such matters as the organizational and distributional ratio among subjects of the Must Books, the degree of difficulties, the ratio of books for both male and female students, the ratio of foreign books to domestics, the possibilities of further reading and the bibliographical matters. 4. The points to be duly considered for the management of Must Books List are the educational considerations, clearness of objectives, the elimination of commercialism and authoritarianism in the book selection. The Must Books List should be managed autonomously, depending on the characteristics of each school and be updated annually. However, the most important thing is that the teacher should be a good reader himself. 5. It is better to include short stories than the long one in the Must Book List. Students should be guided to read explanatory text first and then to move to the original text. And they should be exposed to books in various subjects and not to be too dependent on the Must Books List. They should be able to develop the problem solving ability through the reading of the Must Books. 6. Finally, the Must Books selection committee should be composed of both teacher librarian and subject teachers. It is desirable that books for the cultivation of emotion, for the establishment of sense of value, and for the development of information ability should be selected by consulting the various reading lists compiled by the Ministry of Education, the Board of Local Education and other authorities concerned.

This study explores the effectiveness and applications of event collection programs, which are integrated programs with event experience and collection experience as a cooperation model that combines school education and library resources as course-related materials. For the purpose, a triangulated analysis with both quantitative and qualitative data was conducted. As a result, This study examined an event collection program's effectiveness which were positive effects on the participated students' reading and perceptions on the roles of their school libraries. The event collection supported the students to self-construct their knowledge by exploring information with the provision of a collection with various materials on a topic, which would be hardly provided within the traditional library subject classification, and that the event collection program could be a useful tool for self-directed reading due to its promotion of interaction, sharing, and participation among materials and the participated students by functional factors of experiential marketing.

It was examined that library-related ordinances enacted by local governments in nationwide were all 321 cases. Among them, the library management ordinance(185 cases, 57.6%) is the most common, small library ordinance(54 cases, 16.8%), Saemaeul mobile library ordinance(24 cases, 7.5%), reading promotion ordinance(29 cases, 9.0%), other ordinances(29 cases, 9.0%), such as the order was followed. Since 1996, the local government system was carried out in earnest, library ordinances each year continues to increase. Saemaeul mobile library ordinances was enacted primarily in the 1990s, small library ordinances and reading promotion ordinances have been increasing rapidly since 2009. In order to clarify the purpose of the ordinances, the term 'library' should be included in the title. It is suggested that the library-related ordinances in a local government, such as public library ordinance, small library ordinance, Saemaeul mobile library ordinance, and reading promotion ordinance, are better be integrated for consistent implementations of library policies.

More efforts are required to efficiently operate and manage measured data in AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) and manual meter reading that have not become com:[m yet. As customer complaints increase the most appropriate way of finding solutions is precise and reliable metering of data which should be able to maximize customer satisfactions. In this parer, we designed a data mining technique that recommended the reliability of measured data on manual meter reading and a mCRM(Mobile CRM) system that expanded CRM(Customer Relationship Management). We will propose a mCRM in which the system compares the patterns of customer's using data. W the measured data gathered is outside of a similarity measure(maximum and minimum), it enhances the reliability of measured data by managing this fact in mobile for each customers. We will proposed a system where the mCRM provides customers with reliability and efficiency when related enterprises cannot establish AMR because of the burden of extra costs.

This study aimed to investigate the difference in response to reading as shown in book reports by personality type and interest type. For this purpose, personality type analysis data, interest type analysis data, and book report data written in subject reading activities were collected from 81 third graders at D Science High School in Daejeon. Topic analysis was conducted on the collected book reports, and the probability of a topic being mentioned was statistically tested according to personality type (thinking type, feeling type) and interest type (investigative type, types other than investigative). Subsequently, the conceptual connection structure of words was measured by keyword network analysis, and the analysis results of topic modeling were complemented by the centrality index. As a result of the study, the topic regression analysis showed statistically significant differences between thinking type (T) and feeling type (F) in topic 2 (understanding and studying) and topic 3 (reading and thinking), and statistically significant differences between investigative type and non-investigative type in topic 2 (understanding and studying). The results of this study can be used as a basis for tailored book recommendations and personalized reading education.

This paper proposes a DRMS(Distribution Remote Management System) which can enhance highly the economics of automatic metering system and the power quality supplied to the electric customer improving the efficiency of the meter reading, voltage management and load management work by realizing the remote meter reading, the remote voltage management and the remote load management based on the ADWHM(Advanced Digital Watt Hour Meter). The DRMS is designed so that the voltage management and load management work in remote site can be processed by collecting the voltage pattern and current pattern as well as watt hour data from all ADWHMs one time every month regularly or from special ADWHMS several time irregularly, A new on-line voltage and load management strategy based on the ADWHM is designed by analyzing the existing voltage management and load management process. Also, DRMS is designed so that watt-hour data, voltage pattern data, load pattern data and power factor data can be collected selectively according to the selection of user to assist effectively the methodology. Remote management program and database of the DRMS are implemented based on Visual C++, MFC and database library of MS. Also, DRMS is designed so as to communicate with the ADWHM using RS232C-TCP/IP converter and ADSL. The effectiveness of the remote metering function is proven by collecting and analyzing the data after ADWHMs installed in any site. The developed strategy and program also is verified through the simulation of voltage management and load management.

Competitive bidding in construction is concerned with contractors making strategic decisions in respect of determination of bid price if contractors opt to bid. This study presents a strategy model for deciding optimum tender price with reflecting appropriate profit in competitive bidding using Bayesian regression analysis (BRA). The purpose of the developed model is to help contractors to secure suitable profitability by predicting the actual profit based on key variables. They may affect construction cost at bidding phase, ultimately which help contractors to secure high quality output. The model was tested empirically by application to a bidding dataset collected from a large South Korea contractor. BRA allows contractors to estimate more accurate actual profit by reflecting not only objective information but also subjective experiences and judgments. Consequently, the model can contribute to improvement of decision-making process for setting an optimum tender price.

전력선 통신기반 기술이 발전됨에 따라 원격검침시스템의 설치 및 유지관리에 필요한 망관리시스템기술도 함께 개발되어 운영되고 있으나 통합검침서비스를 제공하기 위해서 추가되는 무선통신노드의 관리에 대해서는 아직 적용된 바가 없다. 국내 구축된 전력선통신망의 셀 중심에는 칩 셋 벤더가 제공하는 망 관리유닛으로 망관리 정보를 모으고 SNMP기반으로 서버로 전송하는 Proxy agent 망관리구조를 가진다. 본 논문에서는 통합검침을 위한 주요 무선통신 노드인 댁내집속장치와 무선계량미터기관리를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This research presents a strategy and information system to manage the logistics of delivery ready mixed concrete (RMC) under the integrated environment of PMIS+RFID. PMIS is system tool and technique used in construction sectors to delivery information. Information that can be extracted electronically in real time is more valuable than data gathered and maintained manually. RFID technology can help to improve data accuracy through supply chains and by identifying products and objects at specific points through automatic identification. The objectives of these two implementations can be able to improve the efficiency of logistics management for RMC truck process, and to verify the technical and practical feasibility of PMIS+RFID application in construction industry. This may be realistic given the dynamics of daily activities on construction sites. This research is focused on examples on real world case study, applications and research theme related and connected to PMIS+RFID technology. It demonstrated that PMIS+RFID technology has been automatically implemented and has shown process information about the RMC truck and the overall status information about it, both quickly and accurately. As a result, the construction site where needs 300 $m^3$ pouring (50 RMC trucks) per day can be reduced total 250 minutes. Moreover, this time saving is related to the labour cost saving. From the case studies, RFID+PMIS system was proven in terms of effectiveness rather than current method.
