The traffic policy of a city in Korea has brought to many traffic problems by putting emphasis on the only side of mobility in the past that the personal transportation was put first in importance more than the public transportation. As the result of this policy, in the process that the traffic policy of large cities in Korea changes into accessibility, it is shown for re-lighting up the development of the public transportation to be going to be able to get many suggestions in searching for the desirable developing direction of the new means of transportation that will arrive at Korea in the future. Especially, compared with the policy of U.S.A. on the traffic plan that has concentrated on the road and the vehicle, and that of Europe that has put first in the walking and the public transportation system, it is considered as an important thing that the lesson is given to us about what is important for the desirable city development. Transportation can be divided into four; a railroad transportation. a road transportation, a marine transportation, and an aerial transportation.

Processing and properties of high power piezoelectric transformer (PT) fabricated by PIM with nano-sized piezoelectric powders are demonstrated. The high power characteristics of a PMed dome-shaped PT were examined by the lighting test for a 55watt PL lamp. The 55watt PL lamp was successfully driven by the PIMed PT with sustaining efficiency higher than 98%. The transformer with ring/dot area ratio of 2.1 exhibited the maximum properties in terms of output power, efficiency and temperature stability.

Nowadays, the glare towards the light-emitting diode (LED) lighting source has much attention due to its eco-friendly nature, reduced energy consumption, and low CO2 emission. LEDs can show versatile colors by changing the composition ratio of semiconductors. Phosphors re-emit light by absorbing light from LED, which is the key factor for emission. The endeavor to make replica of natural white light is increasing day by day. Industrially, blue LED chip crowned with a yellow phosphor coated lens gives low quality white light. Newly, many researchers are introducing modern approaches, adding red phosphor to the yellow phosphor to increase the quality of white light. Here, we synthesized structurally and chemically stable europium doped oxyapatite Ca8Gd2(PO4)6O2 nano-crystalline structures by a hydrothermal method. The ultrafine structures were formed due to the effect of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, which is confirmed by the transmission electron microscope images. The structural properties were analyzed using the X-ray diffraction patterns.

As rapid increasing of domestic apartments, decline of the market value of the old apartment and to be announced policy by government are re-lighting to be insufficient growth than the past 15 years in market of apartment remodeling. In this study, research the conflicts on apartment remodeling project and analysis of importance and satisfaction by survey. Also, the survey was being progressed for every participant who are related in an apartment remodeling project. After this study, this study will propose basic data for effective way to improve on apartment remodeling project. For this purpose, generalize the project stage level by level. And analysis status of business progress to be felt from participants of project. According to the results by a survey, the each result of elements can be a reference value for a good way of apartment remodeling to proceed and improve.

Face recognition technology has been studied for decades and is being used in various areas such as security, entertainment, and mobile services. The main problem with face recognition technology is that the recognition rate is significantly reduced depending on the environmental factors such as brightness, illumination angle, and image rotation. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a robust face recognition against lighting variation using CNN which has been recently re-evaluated with the development of computer hardware and algorithms capable of processing a large amount of computation. For performance verification, PCA, LBP, and DCT algorithms were compared with the conventional face recognition algorithms. The recognition was improved by 9.82%, 11.6%, and 4.54%, respectively. Also, the recognition improvement of 5.24% was recorded in the comparison of the face recognition research result using the existing neural network, and the final recognition rate was 99.25%.

Specially, it is propose to use culture contents that creation and pick out of beauty, talent, social system and art school of Ki-saeng in Chosun age willing to use concept design, scenario of game, animation, drama and film etc.

Throughout history, daylight has been a primary source of lighting in buildings, supplemented originally with burned fuels and more recently with electrical energy. Before daylight was supplemented or replaced with electric light in the late 19th-century, consideration of good daylight strategies was essential. As we entered the mid-20th-century, electric light supplanted daylight in buildings in many cases. Fortunately, during the last quarter of the 20th-century and early years of this century, architects and designers have recognized the importance and value of introducing natural light into buildings. There are many simple strategies that can enhance daylighting and reduce the need for electric lights. Good quality daylight is always welcome, but remember that the electric lights must be dimmed or shut off in order for daylighting to save energy. We designed and built mirror systems and vertical daylighting devices to improve daylight condition of office buildings in bad condition because urban density is getting higher. This case study aims to analysis the principles and characteristics of mirror systems and vertical daylighting devices and selected the method that can improve constructability. The results of this study are going to use the back data to set-up the design standards. Hereafter we're going to progress the performance test and product the design manual to improve applicability of daylighting systems at design phase.

Recently, the assisted living facilities for the elderly are increasing due to the facts, such as rapid increasing ratio of old people, rising incomes and the changing concepts towards family relationship. For the elderly, there is a need to re-examine how environment can incorporate design concepts which enhance accessibility and adaptability. For this survey each seven cases in Korean & American facilities were examined and also 120 copies of a questionnaire for the elderly who are above 60 were analysed. This survey revealed that; 1. The consciousness of the majority elderly was favorably aware of the assisted living facilities for the elderly by a social phenomenon. 2. At a response of the scale for the living unit, majority subjects preferred to live in size of 16${\sim}$20 pyung. 3. Subjects preferred not only clean and modern atmosphere, but also medical area and fitness room, design considerations for these points are needed. 4. Enough spaces for their hobbies and social activities, which are important factors for smooth understanding, communication and psychological remedy effect for the elderly should be provided in the facilities for the elderly. 5.Korean facilities were lack of accessibility, safety and adaptability, thus it is very important to select the suitable materials for the safety and lighting plans with regard to their physical and mental qualities.

In order to cultivate vegetables in plastic greenhouse or housing facilities it was investigated properties of radiation and functions of LED lamp and proposed application possibility. Against presently existing method of obtaining blue and red colored wave lights needed to plants growing, it was used white LED and red LED to investigate growing conditions as well as brightness and color sense with working condition. And also it was presented lighting system of selective wave functions to promote plant growth.
