Safety of genetically modified foods (GM foods) in Korea is evaluated according to "Food Sanitation Act" and "Regulation on safety evaluation for GM foods" based on the concept of substantial equivalence. In which cases a person who imports, develops or manufactures GM foods for the purpose of eating imports GM foods for the first time, he/she shall undergo a safety evaluation of the relevant foods, etc. by Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS). And in which cases ten years have elapsed since GM foods underwent safety evaluation, they shall be re-evaluated for their safety. As of April 2019, a total of 199 events have been approved by MFDS and they are 169 events of GM crops including soybean (29), maize (87), cotton (29), canola (14), sugar beet (1), potato (4), alfalfa (5), 6 events of GM microorganisms (GMM) and 24 events of GM food additives originated from GMM.

This study aimed to clarify the difference between consumers and hands-on staff in evaluation of the attributes importance of asset evaluation attributes and the relationship between difference from consumers and hands-on staff in evaluation of the attributes and the performance. Subjects for the quantitative research, quota sampling was adopted in the areas where the subject brands were in place, and 452 questionnaires (141 of hands-on staff, 311 of consumers) were analyzed. The results were as follows; 1. The factors that hands-on staff and consumers regarded as most important as to asset evaluation attributes of department store-exclusive importation brands included preference and product quality in the order, and then image, recognition, reliability, and country of origin in the case of hands-on staff, and reliability, image, recognition, and country of origin in the case of consumers in the order. 2. As a result of examining the effect of the difference between hands-on staff and consumers regarding exclusive importation brands(GAP, ZARA) of certain department stores on business achievement and consumer attitude, it turned out that the smaller the difference between the two groups with regard to evaluation, the higher the business achievement and consumer attitude.

Objectives : This case series was conducted to report the efficacy of traditional Korean medicine treatments for Hwa-Byung. Methods : Patients were diagnosed with Hwa-byung through Hwa-Byung diagnostic interview schedule(HBDIS). instrument of pattern identification for Hwa-Byung was applied to develop an individualized traditional Korean medicine treatment plan. SCL-90-R, STAI, STAXI, BDI, and instrument of oriental medical evaluation for Hwa-Byung were measured. After 2 weeks of tradiational Korean medicine treatments and K-MBSR practice, STAI, STAXI, BDI, and instrument of oriental medical evaluation for Hwa-Byung were re-assessed to determine the progress of Hwa-Byung. Results : After treatments, chief complaints have improved. STAI, STAXI, BDI and instrument of oriental medical evaluation for Hwa-Byung score have decreased. Conclusions : According to the study, traditional Korean medicine treatments using instrument of pattern identification for Hwa-Byung have shown positive results in managing Hwa-Byung symptoms evaluated by instrument of oriental medical evaluation for Hwa-Byung.

This research study aims to analyze the process, you may encounter in the process of re-socialization through desocialization cause and the preparation of a study on private security agents desocialization and re-socialization of private security guards. In order to achieve the objectives of this study served as a private security agents who ride a moderator after desocialization to conduct in-depth interviews aimed at seven subjects experienced a re-evaluation of the socialization another chapter of the study, data analysis and content analysis coming from d derived through the following results: First, private security agents became the de-socialization due to various factors, different for each individual. In other words, the vision for the low-paid and insecure jobs, and excessive work environment and poor welfare was the main cause. Second, the preparation period of private security agents were called desocialization appropriate time before and after 40 business nature. That is, when considering the physical changes and their ability to work Mangan expenses that require expertise that can be interpreted in the context affordable. Third, private security agents were experiencing anxiety and duryeomum for the new job, rather than sinking feeling regret after retirement, showed that receive help for families and the surrounding communities to adapt and re-socialization through communication with people. There were also shown the safety and satisfaction of the new job and re-socialization experience to adapt to society looking for a new job.

The purpose of this study was to develop a hand rehabilitation training system for hemiplegic patients. We also tried to find out five hand postures (WF: Wrist Flexion, WE: Wrist Extension, BG: Ball Grip, HG: Hook Grip, RE: Rest) in real-time using multi-channel EMG-based deep learning. We performed a pre-processing method that converts to Spider Chart image data for the classification of hand movement from five test subjects (total 1,500 data sets) using Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) deep learning with an 8-channel armband. As a result of this study, the recognition accuracy was 92% for WF, 94% for WE, 76% for BG, 82% for HG, and 88% for RE. Also, ten physical therapists participated for the usability evaluation. The questionnaire consisted of 7 items of acceptance, interest, and satisfaction, and the mean and standard deviation were calculated by dividing each into a 5-point scale. As a result, high scores were obtained in immersion and interest in game (4.6±0.43), convenience of the device (4.9±0.30), and satisfaction after treatment (4.1±0.48). On the other hand, Conformity of intention for treatment (3.90±0.49) was relatively low. This is thought to be because the game play may be difficult depending on the degree of spasticity of the hemiplegic patient, and compensation may occur in patient with weakened target muscles. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a rehabilitation program suitable for the degree of disability of the patient.

ECG(electrocardiogram) is a test used to measure the rate and regularity of heartbeats, as well as the size and position of the chambers, the presence of any damage to the heart, and the cause of all heart diseases can be found. Because the ECG signal obtained using the ECG-KIT includes noise in the ECG signal, noise must be removed from the ECG signal to apply to the deep learning. In this paper, the noise of the ECG signal was removed using the digital IIR Butterworth low-pass filter. When the performance evaluation of the three activation functions, sigmoid(), ReLU(), and tanh() functions, was compared using the deep learning model of LSTM, it was confirmed that the activation function with the smallest error was the tanh() function. Also, When the performance evaluation and elapsed time were compared for LSTM and GRU models, it was confirmed that the GRU model was superior to the LSTM model.

The purposes of this study were to consider the aesthetic side in the clothing positively, search the relationships of the preferance and the aesthetic factors in the general costume of body form, analyze consumer's characters against the value evaluation factors. Stimuli and questionaries were used in this study. The stimuli were twelve color photographs on clothed bodies differing in the degree of beauty and function. The scales were chosen to measure variables refering to sundry records, prediminary exam-ination. The following null-hypothese were estabilished for this study. Ⅰ. Viewer's preferance for the general 4 costumes of body forms will haved significant relationship with aesthetic factors of clothing Ⅱ. Value evaluation factors of clothing will be significantly different according to the vari-ous viewer's characters. Data were abtained from 160 females stu-dents. The data were analyzed by using spsspc+ program-correlation coefficient, one-way ANOVA and scheffe-test. The results were as follows. Ⅰ. The viewer's preferance for general 4 costumes of body forms has significant re-lationship with aesthetic factors of clothing Ⅱ. Value evaluation factors of clothing are significantly different according to the various viewer's characters.

Loss of human lives and properties including environmental damage due to large scale accidents requires change of our perception to marine safety. IMO is trying to re-establish overall marine safety system through long term plan such as GBS. Along this line, current regulation based safety evaluation is in process of changing into performance based methods, and for this transition, simulation based safety evaluation during design stage considering damage is highly necessary. In this paper, first, damage scenario is developed from IMO regulations and accident case studies. Then an integrated and simulation based safety evaluation prototype system considering both damage stability and structural safety is developed for the use during ship design process.

This study is about the satisfaction and the usage of users' manual for mobile phones with multi-functions. The users' manual is redesigned by including ergonomic factors verified through survey. This paper is to propose a redesigned users' manual which is more readable and understandable than original users' manuals. The degree of improvement is measured by the usability evaluation. There are significant differences(p<0.05) in the number of functional description original users' manuals. And the degree of users' satisfaction with the description of Crystal Display) are significant diffenences among the original users' manuals. In the as of description, the significant differences are partially found. The users' manual is re arranging the explanations of functions compactly in a table form, and reducing the cl has also $3cm^*2cm$ LCD figures to facilitate the understanding. The usability evaluation users' satisfaction and understanding for the redesigned users' manual are higher than original users' manuals.

A study for the structural strength analysis on the doubler plate subjected biaxial in-plane compression and shear load has been performed through the systematic evaluation process. In order to estimate the proper static strength of the doubler plate, non-linear elasto-plastic analysis is introduced. Gap element modeling for contact effect between the main plate and the doubler is prepared and nonlinear analysis procedures are illustrated based on MSC/N4W. In addition, some design guides are suggested through the consideration of several important effects such as corrosion of main plate, doubler width, doubler length and doubler thickness. Finally, theses result are compared with a developed design formula based on the buckling strength and general trends. The design guides, according to the variation of design parameters are discussed.
