This research analyzes current pedestrian's safety zone choice standard problem and described about correct standard re-thesis at real. About problem of pedestrian traffic accidents to specific item statistical data to basis ramification of pedestrian traffic accidents, occurrence type of accident, action type etc. synthetically analyze and mark pedestrian's safety zone by countermeasure for decrease of pedestrian traffic accidents and utilize operating domestic outer garment reward and drew domestic Zone30 zone choice standard. Also, because analyzing effect that traffic discharge and speed through on-the-spot probe get in pedestrian thinking, presented quantitative standard, and analyze accident special quality of back pedestrian traffic accidents occurrence number of item and so on do accident type beside quantitative standard, road function, accident latitude and present standard. To develop indicators for soil health evaluation, biological characteristics of native soils from the different parent materials were studied. Survival rate of fluorescent Pseudomonas in soils was the lowest as 0.1% while those of thermophilic Bacillus and alkaliphilic bacteria were over the 90% by the soil drying stress. There was positive relationship between soil microbial biomass and organic carbon exudated from the microbial biomass by the treatment. The average air-drying effect of soils was 39.7% with ranges of 9.7~95.0%. The propagules of mesophilic Bacillus and Gram negative bacteria were increased by the re-wetting of dried soils. Soil pH affected positively to the recovering rate of microbial number. Average recovering rate of microbes was 65.3%, and there was positive relationship between microbial biomass recovery and fluorescent Pseudomonas population.

Background and Objectives: National cancer center institute reports that male patients of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) are annually increasing. This study aimed to analyze the features of the male patients with PTC. Materials and Method: We retrospectively reviewed and analyzed clinical records of 170 patients who were treated for PTC in male patients between 2000 and 2010. Clinical features, size, pathologic type, extrathyroidal extension, recurrence, multiplicity, extent of surgery, and lymph node metastasis were retrospectively evaluated.Univariate and multivariate analyses of various clinical factors were performed. Results: Total 4145 patients received surgery for papillary thyroid carcinoma. The number of male patients was 170 (4.1%) among them. Of170 male patients, only 16(9.4%) patients underwent the recurrence of PTC. The size of tumor, central neck node metastasis, lateral neck node metastasis, extrathyroidal extension and RAI ablation therapy were associated with recurrence(p< 0.05) in univariate analysis. However, only the extrathyroidal extension [p=0.03, Odds ratio=3.58(95% CI. 1.09~14.24)] was related to the recurrence in multivariate analysis. Conclusion: Re-estimation of clinical features in male PTC patients should be concerned. The recurrence of PTC in male patients was 16(9.4%) and nearly same as the other studies. The extrathyroidal extension was revealed as an associated factor for the recurrence. Evaluation of regional or distant metastasis should be considered in patients with the extrathyroidal extension in male PTC patients during long-term follow-up.
Responsible government can be achieved when social cleavages are institutionalized via political competition and social interests are represented by responsible parties. This paper aims to investigate the factors that determine welfare expenditures in Korean local governments by analyzing partisanship and political competition factors simultaneously in the same model. This paper also argues that the relationship between the political factors and welfare expenditures in local governments is not linearly increasing as the previous studies claim. This paper examines the welfare expenditures in Korean municipality-level local governments in 2007, 2011, and 2015. The primary findings are: 1) the partisanship of the head of local government and the party distribution of local assembly members have meaningful effect on the welfare expenditures and the divided governments do not show significantly different effect on welfare expenditures from unified governments, which is contrary to the extant studies, 2) the partisan effects of the head and the local assembly vary according to the levels of municipalities (Gu, Gun, and city), mainly due to the difference in types of revenues and expenditures and 3) the relationship between seats shares of progressive parties in local assembly and the welfare expenditure is not linearly increasing one. The effect of seats shares of progressive parties dramatically begins to increase when the seats shares are in 40%-60%. With these findings, this paper highlights the conservative nature of head of local governments with Hannara party (or Saenuri Party), the conservative leaning of independent candidates, and the conservative orientation of local assemblies in the regions dominated by Democratic Party (and its equivalents).

This study examines the modern succession, transformation and significance of enjoyment methods of classical literature (art) with a focus on the characteristics of those methods that appeared when the performances of the traditional era began to be displayed on the stage of the theaters in modern Seoul. The clues to the reasons for this type of enjoyment can be found in newspapers, magazine articles, and advertisements from the early 20th century. The emergence of stage theaters at the beginning of the modern era caused a sweeping change in the performance environment, including the fact that it was possible for all kinds of people to enjoy art beyond the existing socioeconomic hierarchies or barriers of status, that the performers were given employment through the theater, and that the audience had the tendency of the general public of an unspecified number because the audience was able to see the performances only by paying the viewing fee. The way of enjoying traditional performances also changed based on these new adaptations: the performances were sequential, show-oriented, and re-contextualized as public performances. It is significant that in the traditional era, performers and audiences had been segregated according to their status and a strict hierarchy; now, such cultural norms were breaking down in favor of a kind of equality. In addition, it was possible for the audience to experience sensory enjoyment, and theater brought about a new kind of popular consumer enjoyment of an artistic product. Of course, though, it is possible to look back and find problems related to the contemporary context, but the traditional performances, which were the main performances for the lower class, took the first place on the modern theater stage, and as a result, no one can deny that it became possible to move forward in the first phase of an era of public performance.
I try to elucidate the essence of cinematic art in terms of Nietzsche's physiological philosophy of art. According to Nietzsche, the mise-en-$sc{\grave{e}}nes$ in the film are expressions of willingness to the power of the author, the director. These are not re-imitations of the imitations with Platonic measure, sinker, number, but framing the elan vital Erde, die $urspr{\ddot{u}}ngliche$ Vorstellung with the director's body-camera. In this context, the film is essentially die Kunst des Lebens, in which the body and the earth are mediated by cameras. Therefore, it is not the eyes or the head, but the body that is necessary to appreciate film art. But the body at this time does not mean the heavy body of Hollywood standard audiences manipulated, controlled, or transformed by capital. We should stand in front of the film work with body shaking between trauma and Rausch, a dancing body, and a light and fresh body. Only by watching film with the body, can we achieve the small revolutions in everyday life. For example, if we watch $B{\acute{e}}la$ Tarr's film The Turin Horse in such a way, we can no longer be the dwarfed human beings, der Herde-Mensch. Also, $B{\acute{e}}la$ Tarr's mise-en-scene will make us realize why Nietzsche had said that there is art to us not to be destroyed by the platonic truth.
In order to manufacture the alcoholic drinks using cultured wild ginseng roots(CWGR) of 5 and $10\%$ (w/v), sugar content of fermentation media was adjusted to 24-25 $^{\circ}$Brix with white sugar and glucose. And 3 kinds of yeast (S. cerevisiae(KCCM 50757), S. cerevisiae (KCCM 50583) and S. bayanus(ATCC 10601) were used and then the quality of alcoholic drinks was analyzed by physical, chemical and sensory evaluation. Alcohol content was highest value of $15.8\%$ in $10\%$ of CWGR, white sugar, and S. bayanus(ATCC 10601). Major alcohols were ethanol and 1-propanol. Number of yeast cells increased to 5 days fermentation and slightly decreased afterwards. The pH was decreased abruptly from 5.0 in initial fermentation to 3.1-4.1 in 5 days fermentation. Total sugar contents were decreased continuously with fermentation periods and showed 7.0-10.5 $^{\circ}$Brix in 20 days fermentation. Saponin patterns and contents were various and higher in wine treated with S. bayanus(ATCC 10601). From the sensory evaluation, the highest score of overall quality was observed in the alcoholic beverage of $10\%$(w/v) of CWGR, glucose, and S. cerevisiae(KCCM 50583).

This study developed a scale to measure college students' perceived stress levels for adverse life events that may occur in their daily lives and confirmed its validity and reliability. The scale was developed in accordance with DeVellis' scale development guidelines. Data were collected from 1,242 students of a local university in 2020. The collected samples were randomly separated into two groups (A, B). Group A (N=620) was tested for an initial examination of the performance, exploratory factor analysis, multitrait-multimethod matrix, criterion-related validity, and reliability of each item; and verified with group B (N=622) for confirmatory factor analysis and reliability re-test. As a result, the final scale of 33 items and eight factors were developed. The KMO values were 0.92, and Bartlett's spherical test was significant (χ2=12532.42, p<.001); the number of factors with initial eigenvalues of 1.0 or higher was eight; the cumulative factor loadings of 71.5% and the commonality of each item was 0.56 or higher. The reliability of the scale was Cronbach's alpha 0.94; sub-factors' Cronbach's alpha was 0.78 to 0.90. Therefore, these findings suggest that the scale developed in this study would be useful for measuring the stress levels of daily life for college students.
Objectives: According to the central limit theorem, the samples in population might be considered to follow normal distribution if a large number of samples are available. Once we assume that toxicity dataset follow normal distribution, we can treat and process data statistically to calculate genus or species mean value with standard deviation. However, little is known and only limited studies are conducted to investigate whether toxicity dataset follows normal distribution or not. Therefore, the purpose of study is to evaluate the generally accepted normality hypothesis of aquatic toxicity dataset Methods: We selected the 8 chemicals, which consist of 4 organic and 4 inorganic chemical compounds considering data availability for the development of species sensitivity distribution. Toxicity data were collected at the US EPA ECOTOX Knowledgebase by simple search with target chemicals. Toxicity data were re-arranged to a proper format based on the endpoint and test duration, where we conducted normality test according to the Shapiro-Wilk test. Also we investigated the degree of normality by simple log transformation of toxicity data Results: Despite of the central limit theorem, only one large dataset (n>25) follow normal distribution out of 25 large dataset. By log transforming, more 7 large dataset show normality. As a result of normality test on small dataset (n<25), log transformation of toxicity value generally increases normality. Both organic and inorganic chemicals show normality growth for 26 species and 30 species, respectively. Those 56 species shows normality growth by log transformation in the taxonomic groups such as amphibian (1), crustacean (21), fish (22), insect (5), rotifer (2), and worm (5). In contrast, mollusca shows normality decrease at 1 species out of 23 that originally show normality. Conclusions: The normality of large toxicity dataset was not always satisfactory to the central limit theorem. Normality of those data could be improved through log transformation. Therefore, care should be taken when using toxicity data to induce, for example, mean value for risk assessment.
Shin Gwang-su (申光洙, 1712~1775), also known as Seokbuk (石北), is a well-known poet and author of the song poetry (詩唱) "Gwanseo-akbu (Poems of the Gwanseo Region, 關西樂府)" in the late Joseon Dynasty. "Gwanseo-akbu" was popular among the Joseon Dynasty musicians. This fact confirms that the tradition of adding a melody to Shin Gwang-su's "hansi (Korean poetry recorded in Chinese characters, 漢詩)" already existed in the Joseon Dynasty. It is also a proof that the hansi poem was used in songs. Besides Seokbuk, other literary figures in the Joseon Dynasty wrote and sang hansi. In that case, the place of communication for songs was a poet's personal study, or "sarangbang." But when, like the works by Seokbuk, poems were sung by musicians, they became available to the public to communicate through music. This study is one of the attempts to re-make Seokbuk Shin Gwang-su's poems and songs, once popular among the Joseon Dynasty people, into the contemporary music that can be performed on stage. By adding a certain melody to his poems, this study introduces a case of musical work and offers an opportunity to consider hansi as performance art. There is a number of hansi works by Shin Gwang-su, and each poem includes material which can help survey Shin Gwang-su's musical life. And, working on his hansi works makes it possible to narrate major events that took place in Shin's life. Thus, this study attempts to focus Shin Gwang-su's musical life and introduces methods and contents to stage his hansi poems as performance art.
