퍼지-신경망 제어기를 이용한 2지역 계통의 부하주파수제어에 관한연구 (A Study on the Load Frequency Control of 2-Area Power System using Fuzzy-Neural Network Controller)

  • This paper proposes the structure and the algorithm of the Fuzzy-Neural Controller(FNNC) which is able to adapt itself to unknown plant and the change of circumstances at the Fuzzy Logic Controller(FLC) with the Neural Network. This Learning Fuzzy Logic Controller is made up of Fuzzy Logic controller in charge of a main role and Neural Network of an adaptation in variable circumstances. This construct optimal fuzzy controller applied to the 2-area load frequency control of power system, and then it would examine fitness about parameter variation of plant or variation of circumstances. And it proposes the optimal Scale factor method wsint three preformance functions( E, , U) of system dynamics of load frequency control with error back-propagation learning algorithm. Applying the controller to the model of load frequency control, it is shown that the FNNC method has better rapidity for load disturbance, reduces load frequency maximum deviation and tie line power flow deviation and minimizes reaching and settling time compared to the Optimal Fuzzy Logic Controller(OFLC) and the Optimal Control for optimzation of performance index in past control techniques.

녹차 중 카테킨류의 신속 분리 및 동정법 (Rapid Separation and Indentification Method of Tea Catechins)

  • 녹차 중 탄닌성분들인 에피갈로카테킨, 에피갈로카테킨 갈레이트는 세파덱스 LH-20 컬럼에서 물-아세톤의 혼합용리에 의하여 신속하게 분리되어 용출하였다. 용출액은 280nm에서 흡광도의 변화를 측정한 결과 4개의 분획으로 검출되었다. 각 분획을 그대로 고속원자충격 질량분석장치에 도입하여 탄닌성분들을 동정할 수 있었다. 에피갈로카테킨, 에피갈로카테민 갈레이트는 역상 HPLC에서 용출된 피크면적으로 계산한 결과, 70% 이상의 높은 수율로 얻을 수 있었다. 본 방법에 의하여 보고된 방법들보다 탄닌성분들을 신속하게 동정할 수 있고, 고순도로 얻을 수 있었다.

  • It is the most important subject to figure out characteristics of the wastewater inflows of sewerage treatment plant(STP) when situation models are applied to operation of the biological processes and in the automatic control based on ICA(Instrument, Control and Automation). For the purposes, real-time influent monitoring method has been applied by using on-line monitoring equipments for the process optimization in conventional STP. Since, the influent of STP is consist of complex components such as, COD, BOD, TN, $NH_4$-N, $NO_3$-N, TP and $PO_4$-P. MRA2(Microbial Respiration Analyzer 2), which is capable of real-time analyzing of wastewater characteristics is used to overcome the limitations and defects of conventional online monitoring equipments in this study. Rapidity, accuracy and stability of developed MRA2 are evaluated and compared with the results from on-line monitoring equipments for seven months after installation in Full-scale STP.

단체급식업체 구매관리의 인터넷 활용에 관한 연구 -구매업무 담당자의 인지도를 중심으로- (Internet Utilization of Purchasing Management in Food Service Industry -Based on the buyers' perceptions-)

  • The purposes of this research were to; (a) identify useful information source; (b) assess the usefulness of the Internet as an information source; and (c) assess the degree of Internet utilization for purchasing process in food service industry. The results were as follows; 1. 'personal experience and colleague recommendation' was perceived as the most useful information source, whereas the most frequently used source was 'Internet web site' for real purchasing practice. 2. the most frequently used purchasing activity through Internet was 'online ordering', followed by 'gathering product/component information', however e-marketplace or Internet bidding were less performed by Internet. 3. acquisition of real time information, rapidity, accuracy, and increasing effectiveness of purchasing process were reported the advantages of Internet utilization. 4. respondents somewhat or strongly agreed with the importance of Internet in terms of present and future purchasing management. The results of the research suggest that Internet should be able to improve purchasing process and enhance buyer-supplier relationship directly or indirectly, therefore food service industry should consider making attempt to new purchasing systems through Internet for strategic sourcing and effective procurement management.

Experimental study on the strength behavior of cement-stabilized sand with recovered carbon black

  • Soil-cement stabilization is a type of ground improvement method which has been used to improve the engineering properties of soil. The unconfined compression test is the commonly used method to evaluate the quality of the stabilized soil due to its simplicity, reliability, rapidity and cost-effectiveness. The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of recovered carbon black (rCB) on the strength characteristic of cement-stabilized sand. Various rCB contents and water to cement ratios (w/c) were examined. The unconfined compression test on stabilized sand with different curing times was also conducted for a reconstituted specimen. From the test result, it was found that the compressive strength of cement-stabilized sand increased with the increase of the rCB content up to 3% and the curing time and with the decrease of the w/c ratio, showing that the optimum rCB concentration of the tested stabilized sand was around 3%. In addition, a prediction equation was suggested in this study for cement-stabilized sand with rCB as a function of the w/c ratio and rCB concentration at 14 and 28 days of curing.

  • 인구의 도시집중화, 건축물의 고층화 밀집화 지하심층화로 재난 발생시 그 피해가 더욱 커지면서 재난에 대한 대응책 마련은 정부의 중요한 과제 중 하나로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 긴급구조정보 시스템의 사용자 측면, 시스템 측면, 조직적 측면에 관한 사항을 평가하고, 운영상 나타난 문제점을 바탕으로 긴급구조정보시스템의 활성화 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 사용자 측면에서는 긴급구조정보 시스템의 접근과 조작 방안, 시스템 측면에서는 신속성과 안정성 제고 방안, 조직적 측면에서는 의사결정 및 조직성과 기여 방안 등을 제시하였다.

  • Tungstate 이온 감응에 대하여 세가지 성분인 $Ag_2S-PbS-PbWO_4$로된 전극이 제조되어 평가 되었다. 성분비(w/w%)가 51.71 : 16.64 : 31.65인 전극이 전위차 감응, 안정도, 감응속도, 감응속도, 재현성이 우수 하였다. $0.1F-NH_4Ac-NH_4OH$ 완충용액 속에서 일정한 이온강도와 pH 8.00로 조정된 $10^{-1}~10^{-4}M WO_4^{2-}$ 농도범위에서 실험하였고 감응성은 phosphate 감응 전극과 비슷하였다. 많은 이온들이 방해를 하였다.

Simple Assay Method for Determination of Capsaicinoid Synthetase Activity

  • A new method to assay the capsaicinoid synthetase (CS) activity was developed by utilizing NADHcoupled enzyme systems involving pyruvate kinase and lactate dehydrogenase. CS activities in Capsicum placenta, depending upon the kinetics of the NADH oxidation, revealed almost the same profile as compared with those shown using an HPLC-based method. When the substrates, 8-methyl nonanoic acid and vanillylamine, for the CS enzyme were employed separately or simultaneously, it appeared that the two-step reaction, acyl-CoA formation and condensation with vanillyla~ne, of the CS enzyme was a coupled reaction. Thus, this assay method of the CS enzyme can be considered as an alternative to the HPLC-based method, since it has the advantages of rapidity and simplicity as well as reliability when compared with the existing method.

  • The portion of air logistics is getting growing in the global logistics and customer need the rapidity and accuracy for freight delivery. But, the process of air logistics is so complicated because there are too many stakeholders involved in the process. So we suggest the way to make simple the process for improving ability of handling air freights. First, we analyze the AS-IS process and problems by studying previous documents and researching the field. Also we offer how to adopt the ways that are solutions concerning AS-IS process. Second, we suggest integrated information system that will make it simple the air logistics process and mitigate the intensive work load of air cargo. Also we show the reliance about our suggestion by simulation comparing TO-BE process to AS-IS process. We result in that this study will contribute to improve air logistics process by making simple the process.

Highly Sensitive and Naked Eye Dual-readout Method for ʟ-Cysteine Detection Based on the NSET of Fluorophore Functionalized Gold Nanoparticles

  • A simple, highly sensitive and selective method based on the rhodamine B-covered gold nanoparticle with dual-readout (colorimetric and fluorometric) detection for $\small{L}$-cysteine is proposed. A mechanism is that citrate-stabilized AuNPs were modified with RB by electrostatic interaction, which enables the nanometal surface energy transfer (NSET) from the RB to the AuNPs, quenching the fluorescence. In the presence of $\small{L}$-cysteine, it was used as a competitor in the NSET by the strongly Au-S bonding to release RB from the Au surface and recover the fluorescence, and the red-to-purple color change quickly, which was monitored simply by the naked eye. Under the optimum conditions, the detection limit is as low as 10 nM. The method possessed the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity at the same time. The method was also successfully applied to the determination of $\small{L}$-cysteine in human urine samples, and the results were satisfying.
