Recently, service quality must reflect several demands of customers who show rapid and various changes so as to be compared with the past. So, objective and rapid methods for them are necessary more. For them, first of all, service company must calculate their standard of service quality accurately by measuring service quality exactly. To measure service quality accurately, this researcher collected and analyzed data by survey for customers who are customers of logistics services, grasped potential satisfaction standard(P) by 5 point Likert scale and one survey for accurate classification of quality attributes through weighted customer satisfaction coefficient changing quality attributes by developing the study on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, and suggested Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index(PCSI) for examining the improvement of customer satisfaction so as to utilize them as an index of differentiated and concrete measurement of service quality.

One of the important roles of worflow is color management. In general, color management technique, which is called CMS(color management system), is a method to solve problems that show different characteristics of color regeneration in output devices, and the characteristics of output devices is created in data file called ICC(International Color Consortium) profile. In addition, ICC profile is used to manage color in workflow, and includes other functions, process management and printing quality management. In domestic printing market, workflow is in the pipeline at rapid speed along with CTP, and use of ICC profile required for color management is also in rapid progress. Therefore, this paper produced optimal ICC profile through experiment from the work of linearizing devices used in each field to color conversion work. Moreover, the paper confirmed how ICC profile will be used in printing field. In the profiling experiment based on hardcopy proofing, photographed copy and chrominance were compared by printing out in proof the image created through application and color conversion with the use of camera profile and proof profile produced in colorimetric method. By evaluating if color is expressed accurately from input to output through colorimetric color conversion experiment as above, the paper intended to propose color management method using optimal profile in printing process.

This study presents a systematic framework to derive the best values of design and planning parameters for low impact development (LID) practices. LID was developed to rehabilitate the distorted hydrological cycle due to the rapid urbanization. This study uses Water Management Analysis Module (WMAM) to perform sensitivity analysis and multiple scenario analysis for LID design and planning parameters of Storm Water Management Model (SWMM). This procedure was applied to an urban watershed which have experienced rapid urbanization in recent years. As a result, the design and planning scenario derived by WMAM shows lower total flows and peak flow, and larger infiltration than arbitrary scenarios for LID design and planning parameters. In the future, economic analysis can be added for this application in the field.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the key aspects of Agile management as the basis of a management system in the context of globalization. The research methodology includes several scientific and theoretical methods that have achieved this goal. Adaptation of enterprises engaged in the development, production, and sale of innovative products to constant and rapid changes in the external environment requires managers to apply appropriate management methods. The use of Agile management in the management of innovation processes can speed up their implementation, minimize and optimize the use of resources, time, and effort of staff, can increase customer and customer satisfaction with the end result and, consequently, improve the company's competitive position in the market. The results of the study identified key aspects of the application of Agile management in the management system in the context of globalization.

With rapid changes in technology and global competition, the success of many companies has become progressively more dependent on their ability to bring unique products, services, and business models to market. Therefore, many companies have tried to use creativity to all over the management activities and the concept of creative management is emerging. Creative management is a new but rapidly growing research area. But there have been few studies on this topic. In this paper, we developed the framework for measuring Creative Management levels of a company. The contribution of this paper is the following. First, we suggested a systematic measurement tool for creative management level focused on the management capability, business process and outcomes. Secondly, the creative measurement system developed in this paper can support companies to implement creative management as a guideline for adopting creative management.

Rapid globalization of production and marketing functions makes choice of international transportation mode of great importance. In this paper, transportation mode is characterized by two factors, mean and variability of transportation lead time. We developed a simple mathematical model to estimate the relative impact of mean lead time, lead time variance and demand variance on the required average inventory level under specified service rates.

An approach based on the combined use of a 2D shallow water model and analytical 1D long wave run-up theory is proposed which facilitates the forecasting of tsunami run-up heights in a more rapid way, compared with the statistical or empirical run-up ratio method or resorting to complicated coastal inundation models. Its application is advantageous for long-term tsunami predictions based on the modeling of many prognostic tsunami scenarios. The modeling of the Chilean tsunami on February 27, 2010 has been performed, and the estimations of run-up heights are found to be in good agreement with available observations.

Background: The understanding of ecosystem services can be quantified and qualitative to assess the impacts of changes in the ecosystem to support human well-being. In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sustainable use of ecosystem services has attracted the interest of a range of decision-makers. However, although there is a concern for biodiversity, natural ecosystem, and their services, linking ecosystems with conservation planning remains challenging. Results: This study assessed the first qualitative ecosystem services provided by the Mundok wetland with decision makers of the West/Yellow Sea region. Furthermore, this study applied the Rapid Assessment Wetland Ecosystem method to support natural resources management, improving living conditions. We identified that cultural and supporting services index are highly provided, but preparing a plan to increase the provisioning and regulating services in Mundok wetland is necessary. Conclusions: The assessment results can provide helpful information for ecosystem services assessment, habitat conservation, conservation planning, and decision-making at local level.

Breakthrough pain is transitory pain that occurs despite the use of opioids for background pain control. Breakthrough pain occurs in 40% to 80% of patients with cancer pain. Despite effective analgesic therapy, patients and their caregivers often feel that their pain is not sufficiently controlled. Therefore, an improved understanding of breakthrough pain and its management is essential for all physicians caring for patients with cancer. This article reviews the definition, clinical manifestations, accurate diagnostic strategies, and optimal treatment options for breakthrough pain in patients with cancer. This review focuses on the efficacy and safety of rapid-onset opioids, which are the primary rescue drugs for breakthrough pain.
