Background: The objective of this study was to compare dysmenorrhea with pelvic alignment, hip joint range of motion about 20's female university students. Sixty two female students participated in this study. To investigate the measure of dysmenorrhea, we used modified menstrual distress questionnaire (MMDQ) and numerric rating scale (NRS). The pelvic alignment was assessed by using the palpation meter. The active range of motion (ROM) were assessed by measuring the flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, internal rotation and external rotation. Each measurement was assessed by goniometer. The data were analyzed by calculating independent T-test. Consequently, As the increase of dysmenorrhea, we observed significantly the increase of pelvic anterior tilt in right and left pelvic (p<.05). Otherwise, as the increase of dysmenorrhea, range of motion of hip joint was significantly limited in right and left external rotation (p<.05). Thus, this study provides young female with valuable information about dysmenorrhea.

Background: Many people are suffering from neck and shoulder pain due to muscle weakness, muscle fatigue, lack of exercise and accidents during exercise. In this study we compared the effects of McKenzie method and Mulligan technique method. Method: we randomly selected men(10) and women(10) and they are the 20s students of Busan material K college. We divided for McKenzie exercise group and Mulligan exercise group. McKenzie exercise and mulligan exercise applied cervical area three times a week for three weeks. We compared with pre-experiment and after 1~3 week through measuring the electromyography (EMG) change and neck range of motion (ROM). Results: The changes in the EMG at each exercise group, there was a statistically significant difference in each week. Although there was a significant difference after 1 week between the exercise group, the changes in the neck ROM at each exercise group there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion: After experiment, EMG and neck ROM were increased in McKenzie exercise group and Mulligan exercise group. But Mulligan exercise group showed the change better than McKenzie exercise group in early stage. We suggest the Mulligan exercise method for recovering in early stage of neck ROM.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the therapeutic effect of oriental medical treatment on Hemophilic arthropathy. Methods: The patient was treated by Herb medicine, Acupuncture, Moxibustion, and Cupping. As a result, improvement in the ROM of joints was shown. ROM(Range of motion), Lequesne's functional index(LFI), WOMAC index and Visual analogue scale(VAS) were used to measure the progression. Results The ROM, LFI, WOMAC index and VAS were evaluated during admission. All scales improved; ROM of knee joint : $60^{\circ}$($105^{\circ}$ to $165^{\circ}$), ROM of ankle joint : $40^{\circ}$($20^{\circ}$ to $60^{\circ}$), LFI : 15 to 4, WOMAC index : 55 to 12 and VAS : 5.0 to 1.0. We also improved the patient's symptoms with oriental medical treatment. Conclusions: According to the results, oriental medical treatment is considered to be effective on Hemophilic arthropathy and further study is needed.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effect of acupotomy for patients with chronic arthritis of ankle. Methods : We treated Two patients who have chronic arthritis of ankle with acupotomy. To check the effect and satisfaction of acupotomy we used visual analog scale(VAS) and Five-point Likert scale. At the same time, we measured Change of ankle range of motion(ROM). Results : As a result of evaluation by using VAS, after treatment VAS score decreased(VAS3, VAS5). ROM of ankle widened. And the Likert scale point were checked 3 and 4. Conclusions : This study shows acupotomy has useful effect on chronic arthritis of ankle. An acupotomy is an alternative effective treatment modality for chronic arthritis of ankle.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to find the effect of Korean medicine treatments on pain reduction and range of motion recovery in patients with proximal tibia fractures. Methods We studied 15 patients who had been diagnosed as proximal tibia fracture. This study was conducted as retrospective observational study which analyzed patient's medical records with IBM SPSS statistics 25 program. We used numeric rating scale to evaluate pain reduction and range of motion to observe the patient's recovery. Results The average of numeric rating scale reduced statistically significantly from 5.26±1.38 to 2.73±1.17 (p<0.001). The average of knee flexion range of motion increased statistically significantly from 81.11±34.34 to 117.66±19.01 (p<0.01). Conclusions We found that Korean medicine treatments have a positive effect on pain reduction and knee rom improvement in patients with proximal tibia fractures.

Objects : This study was to report a clinical effect of Chuna Treatment for Cervical Myelopathy due to disc herniation. Methods : The patient was diagnosed as Cervical Myelopathy due to disc herniation through Cervical spine MRI and treated by cervical traction technique of Chuna Treatment with conservative management. JOA score(Japanese Orthopedic Association score), Recovery rate of Hirabayashi, VAS(Visual Analogue Scale), Dynamometer score, ROM(Range of Motion) and Motor weakness Grade were used. Results and Conclusion : JOA score, VAS, Dynamometer score, ROM and Motor weakness Grade were improved and Recovery rate was 100%.

Objectives : To evaluate the effectiveness of oriental complex therapy with $Dokhwalgisaeng-tang$($Duhuojisheng-tang$) $Gamibang$ on the lumbago patient. Methods : 13 lumbago patients were treated with $Dokhwalgisaeng-tang$($Duhuojisheng-tang$) $Gamibang$, acupunture, moxibustion, pharmacopuncture, cupping, oriental physical therapy and exercise for lumbago. ODI(Oswestry diability index), ROM(range of motion), pain self assessment were checked to evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment. Results : ODI, pain self assessment and ROM were all improved but there were no statistical significance except pain self assessment($p$<0.001). Coclusions : Oriental complex therapy with $Dokhwalgisaeng-tang$($Duhuojisheng-tang$) $Gamibang$ might improve low back pain.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effect of hominis placenta pharmacopuncture and chuna manual therapy in patients with frozen shoulder. Methods: Frozen shoulder was treated with hominis placenta pharmacopuncture and chuna manual therapy, and the overall shoulder pain was measured by visual analog scale (VAS), and the range of motion (ROM) of shoulder movement was evaluated by measuring passive abduction and external rotation and active hand to shoulder blade test. Results: After the treatment, overall shoulder pain was reduced, and ROM of passive abduction and external rotation was increased. Conclusions: The above results show that hominis placenta pharmacopuncture and chuna manual therapy can be used as an effective treatment for frozen shoulder.

Recently, optical disk drives are increasingly demanded to have higher speed as well as high information density, especially for applications like CD-ROM drives. To this end, improvement of their optical pick-up structure and control is recognized the very challenging issue. In this paper, the 2-D motion of the pick-up is first analytically modelled to identify the cause and effect of the troublesome cross coupling between auto-focusing and tracking directions. Subsequently, the overall system equations are derived to include the dynamics of the related components in the auto-focusing servo system. While its unmeasurable parameters being estimated by the least square error method, a simple but decent linear model can be obtained within its operating frequency range. To design the high speed and robust positional servo controller, the design specifications are detailed and H$\sub$.inf./ control method is employed based on the simple model. Using the pickup in a commercial 8 fold speed CD-ROM drive as an example, performance of the designed controller is verified by realtime experiments.

Purpose : This study was aimed to examine the Influence of PNF indirect treatment for frozen shoulder patient Methods : Frozen shoulder patient was measured range of motion test of shoulder joint, visual analog scale(VAS) for pain and clean up the mirror activity at pre intervention and post-intervention in 2 weeks. Results : The ROM, activities of shoulder were increased and decreased VAS point for pain after treatments. Conclusion : We found that PNF indirect treatment could improve ROM and functions of shoulder and pain for frozen shoulder patient.
