네트워크 기반 자동차용 충/방전 시스템 시뮬레이터 모델 개발 (Development of charge/discharge simulator model for network based vehicle)

  • We propose a charge/discharge model for network based vehicle. These model include motor, alternator, lamp, brake, window brush, air conditioner, etc.. Also, we simulate these models in Matlab. The simulation results show that error range is less than 3%. So, we can adopt these model to charge/discharge simulator for network based vehicle. If this error range can be shrunk within 2%, we can use this simulator for comertial use.

  • In this paper, we design the signal processing unit to effectively support the proposed algorithm for an automotive Frequency Modulation Continuous Wave(FMCW) radar. In the proposed method, we can obtain the distance and velocity with improved error depending on each range(long, middle, and short) of the target. Since a high computational capacity is required to obtain more accurate distance and velocity for target in near range, the proposed signal processing unit employs the time de-interleaving and the frequency interpolation method to overcome the limitation. Moreover, for real-time signal processing, the parallel architecture is used to extract simultaneously the distance and velocity in each range.

  • 본 논문에서는 우주감시레이다에 대한 지구 대기권 영향을 분석하기 위해 대기 굴절에 의한 고도 오차 및 주파수별 전리층 시간 지연에 의한 거리 오차를 레이다 고각에 따라 도출하였다. 이를 위해 국내 기상관측소 측정 데이터를 이용하여 지역별/계절별 특성을 고려한 전파 굴절도 프로파일을 모델링하고, 광선추적법을 이용하여 전파 굴절에 의한 고도 오차를 도출했으며, 주파수에 따른 전리층 거리 오차를 도출하였다. 또한, 해외 우주감시레이다 및 국내 제안된 우주감시 레이다를 토대로 레이다 오차 특성에 따른 레이다 설계 고려사항에 대해 알아보았다. 따라서 이러한 지구 대기권에 의한 우주감시레이다 오차 특성 분석은 향후 우주감시레이다 설계 시 레이다 위치, 레이다 조향 범위 및 주파수 선정에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Although laser interferometer measurement system has the advantage of range and accuracy, the traditional error measurement methods for geometric errors(two straightness and three angular errors) of a machine tool measures error components one at a time. It may also create an optical path difference and affect the measurement accuracy. In order to identify and compensate for geometric error of a moving body, an on-line measurement system for simultaneous detection of the five error components of a moving axis is required. An on-line measurement system with 5 degrees of freedom was developed for geometric error detection. Performance verification of the system was performed on an error generating mechanism. Experimental results show the feasibility of this system for identifying geometric errors of a side of machine tool.

해상표적의 변침과 대함유도탄의 중기유도 오차분석 연구 (Error Analysis Study on the Veering of Marine Target and the Midcourse Guidance of Anti-ship Missile)

  • This paper presents the results of new error analysis on the veering of marine target with the concept of frequency of occurrence, and shows how to apply the midcourse guidance errors of anti-ship missile. The veering error would be a dominant factor in the midcourse guidance errors with flight time increase. This study suggests the reasonable application method of the veering error based on the characteristics of abnormal error, and describes the tailoring method including trade-off between the midcourse guidance range of veering target and the value of frequency of occurrence on veering error.

6.0~18.0 GHz 주파수용 광대역 DFD 위상 상관기 설계 및 제작 (Design and Fabrication of Wideband DFD Phase Correlator for 6.0~18.0 GHz Frequency)

  • 본 논문은 6.0~18.0 GHz 대역에서 동작하는 광대역 디지털 주파수 변별기(DFD, digital frequency discriminator)의 위상 상관기(phase correlator)를 설계하고 제작하였으며, 제작된 DFD 위상 상관기의 I와 Q 신호를 측정하고, 주파수 변별 오차를 분석하였다. 믹서형 위상 상관기의 동작 특성에 대한 해석적 관계식을 유도하였으며, 위상 상관기에 포함되는 IQ 믹서(mixer)와 8-way 전력분배기(power divider)는 RF 시뮬레이션 툴(tool)을 이용하여 모델링하였다. 설계된 위상 상관기는 제작되어 측정하였다. 제작된 위상 상관기의 I와 Q 출력신호를 측정하여 제시하였으며, 측정된 I와 Q 출력신호를 이용하여 위상오차(phase error)와 주파수 변별오차(frequency discrimination error)를 나타내었다. 위상 상관기의 평균 위상오차(phase error)는 $4.81^{\circ}$, RMS(root mean square)이고, 주파수 변별 오차는 1.49 MHz, RMS 이다.

  • In this paper, the improvement of the control response by using the error compensator to improve the stability of the control in the power conversion system is verified. Typically a closed loop control method is used to improve the control response characteristics in a traditional power conversion system and this is accomplished by generating a PWM waveform. In this paper, the newly constructed Type3 compensator to overcome the existing such as PI controller or Type2 compensator has been developed to improve the control stability of these closed loop control systems and the effectiveness of the use of error compensation devices was verified by presenting technique to improve stability and select its parameters by expanding the range of phase gains. Stability improvements are shown by the extension of the phase gain range and parameter selection techniques and the effects of using the error compensation device are verified accordingly.

유정압안내면 운동오차보정용 능동제어모세관의 기본특성 (Basic Characteristics of an Active Controlled Capillary for Compensating the Error Motion of Hydrostatic Guideways)

  • For compensating the error motion of hydrostatic guideways, we introduce a way that the clearance of table is actively controlled corresponding to the amount of error with the variable capillary. The structure and the theoretical design method of active controlled capillary using piezo actuator, named ACC, are proposed in this paper. Basic characteristics such as the maximum controllable range, micro step response and available dynamic bandwidth are tested for confirmation of structural suitability of ACC, and these characteristics are also tested on the table mounted with ACC for verifying the availability. The experimental result showed that by the use of ACC, the error motion within 2.7 .mu. m of a hydrostatic guideway can be compensated with the resolution of 2.7nm, 1/100 contollable range, and the frequency bandwidth of 5.5 Hz. From these results, it is confirmed that the ACC is very effective to improve the motion accuracy of high or ultra precision hydrostatic guideways.

산업안전규제 순응 스트레스, 인적오류, 직무만족도간의 연관성 분석 (Correlation Analysis of Stress to Industrial Safety Regulatory Compliance, Human Error and Job Satisfaction)

  • This study aims to suggest a measure to reduce industrial accident and secure adaptation to the industrial safety regulation policies by empirically establishing the effects of stress from adaptation to the industrial safety regulation on the human error, one of direct causes of industrial accident to the target groups of the industrial safety regulation policies. This study as for content range examines the stress from adaptation to the industrial safety regulation, job satisfaction, human error, and as for spatial range, this study performed an empirical research on the workers of 24 companies located within Chungcheong region centers district among 153 companies nationwide that uses 7 chemicals by introducing PSM (process safety management) system of the Ministry of Employment & Labor as of January 2012. Based on these results and suggestions there are five(5) necessities to reduce industrial safety regulations adaptation stress and human error generation, first(1st) is the necessity of understanding influential factors to stress, second(2nd) is the necessity to customized vocational training, third(3rd) is improving enhance system of job satisfaction, forth(4th) is preparing stress-reduction program, and fifth(5th) is introducing on-site restrictive action of advanced country as politics items.

전치증폭시스템에서 에러확률에 따른 광 필터의 대역폭에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optical Filters Bandwidth with Error Probability in Preamplifier System)

  • 본 논문에서는 광통신시스템에서 사용되는 필터의 대역폭과 시스템의 에러 확률과의 상관관계에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 전치증폭시스템에서 발생하는 에러확률을 수신기의 감도에 관한 함수로 나타내었으며 수신기 감도를 다양한 에러 확률에 대해 계산을 수행하였다. 또한 다양한 에러확률에 대한 채널당 데이터 전송률의 함수의 변화에 대한 수신기 필터의 최적의 대역폭을 계산하였는데, 같이 최적 상태에서 동작하기 위해 필요한 필터의 대역폭 범위는 채널당 데이터 전송율이 1에서 10Gb/s의 범위일 때, 0.2에서 3.5nm 사이이다.
