SP기법을 이용한 철도물류서비스의 고객 선호도 분석 (Customer Stated Preference Analysis On Railroad Logistics Service by SP Method)

  • The success of road transportation, in dominating the surface movement of freight, is now threatened by increased traffic congestion, falling average motorway speed and rising in logistics costs, oil price. Due to the necessity for an effective transport system, we need to improve domestic transport infrastructure to reduce logistics cost by shifting to rail system. To analysis the demand characteristics in advance against these hypothetical circumstances, Stated Preference, which is called SP, approaches have been adopted to analysis the shipper's mode choice behaviors as RP(Revealed Preference) approaches are not appropriate. The results also indicate that the most effective policy to divert the freight volume from road to railway is to reduce freight rates for the railway with improved reliability.

  • The objectives of this study are to analyze the railway traffic conditions of Korea, China and Japan, and to appropriate the railway network planning for international logistics in Northeast Asia. Korea is located geographically on the main trunk route in Northeast Asia. Considering the geographical advantage and the overall potential of the economic and trade in Northeast Asia region, this area is required to connect the railway network. Recently, the scale of economic in Northeast Asia, including Korea, China and Japan, is increasing, also Northeast Asia's gross domestic product(GDP) is 22 percent of global and containers trade come up to 36 percent. Each country intend about integration of economic region for activity of mutual economic cooperation, for steady development and prosperity of each country economic all over the world, and Northeast Asia countries are in debate. There is a quite possibility of integration by a single economic region in Korea, China and Japan. Accordingly these countries should have expansion of traffic infrastructure, when the economic region is going to integration.

  • Prior to the service evaluation, many kinds of its attributes must be identified on the basis of rational decision owing to complexity and ambiguity inherent in logistics service. there are so many evaluation methods but they are not applicable to logistics service the have property of non-additivity and overlapped attributes. Therefore, probability measure can not used to evaluate logistics service but Fuzzy Measure is required. And the method should be easy to calculate it Recently Fuzzy theory has been applied in Various evaluation problem. Fuzzy evaluation based on Fuzzy theory can accommodate fuzziness in judgement with people through introducing Fuzzy Measure. In this paper, Hierarchical Fuzzy Process is applied to evaluate level of logistics service in Korail and the biggest six logistics companies in the korea which is called 3PL Company. Also Fuzzy Relation Equation which is problem identifying evaluation value at these fuzzy evaluation is applied to verify relation between Input and Output data through @-operation. Therefore, we apply this Fuzzy Relation Equation to Hierarchical Fuzzy Process and verify evaluation value which objects of evaluation are able to possess.

  • Many countries are pursuing the policy of activation of the railway that are means of high-efficiency eco-friendly for a sustainable low-carbon green growth through railroads' logistics, the Korea government also aims to increase railroad logistics two or three times more than present railroad logistics. But there are problems to expand the terminal infrastructure that are the limitation of geographical conditions and huge costs. We are developing the simulation to analyze the result by changing the operation method of yard trailers, reach stackers and gates. This paper aim to analyze gate performance adopting RFID.

한국의 동북아 물류중심로드맵 투자우선순위와 개선방안 (Investment Priority and ImProvements in the Northeast Asia Logostics Hub Road Map)

  • Northeast Asia logistics hub strategy was undertaken by Korean Government to gain a national competitive advantage in Northeast Asia. Current Government has Northeast Asian Economic Hub Strategy including construction of SOC in Northeast Asia for promoting peace, promotion of formation of Northeast Asia Community, logistics hub, Financial hub and national innovation for R&D Cluster. To realize Northeast Asian logistics hub, the Northeast Asia logistics hub road map has undertaken as follows: expansion of logistics infra in Incheon Airport, Busan Port and Gwangyang Port, systematic improvements such as adjustment of investment distribution, special logistics companies, transparent customs in logistics transactions, logistics manpower, improvement of system supporting global logistics and attraction of international logistics companies to the logistics center, construction of seamless and paperless logistics information network, Northeast Asia railway infra. The purpose of this paper is to study investment priority and improvements in the Northeast Asia Logistics Hub Road Map and to contribute to gain the national competitive advantage as logistics hub in Northeast Asia

  • 본 연구는 물류 서비스 품질 인식이 물류성과를 매개하여 철도물류의 지속적 이용에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였다. 분석결과 경제품질, 정보품질, 관계품질이 물류성과를 완전 매개하여 지속적 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 철도물류의 지속적 이용의도 모형을 제안하였다. 본 연구결과는 철도물류의 지속적 이용은 철도물류 이용으로 인한 물류성과로 인해 형성되는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이를 위해서 이용고객의 경제품질, 정보품질과 관계품질에 대한 인식을 높일 수 있는 서비스 개선이 필요하다는 실무적 방향을 제시하였다.

  • This study discusses the present logistics standardization of both firms in manufacturing, resale and. wholesale, and distributing industries and logistics experts on each logistics stage: packaging, transport, storaging, freight handling machinery, and information technology. We Find out that packaging and transport are most important factors for the improvement of unit load system in Korea. Next, information technology, storage, and then freight handling machinery are ranked to establish an efficient technical system of logistics standardization

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the technical system of national logistics standardization and to strengthen the national competitiveness through reduction of the logistic cost We review of the government and private roles in the logistic sectors and suggest plans for the improvement of logistics standardization for its completion in the unit load system in Korea. We conclude that a symmetrical logistics standardization may accomplish to reduce the costs of national logistics.

국가물류 효율화를 위한 내륙물류 정보화 발전 방향 (The improvement directions of Inland Logistics Information System for the Efficient National Logistics)

  • Recently, according to changes of global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information inconnection and code/data unstandardization. In this paper, the survey result of domestic inland-logistics information system status will be presented and the future developments will be presented for the efficient national logistics.

양산 ICD 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Revitalization of Yangsan ICD)

  • 양산 ICD(Inland Container Depot)는 2000년 3월 개장 이후 2005년 133만 TEU를 처리하여 국제물류경쟁력과 부산지역의 컨테이너화물 운송 경쟁력을 높여 부산항 및 우리나라 항만물류산업에서 중요한 역할을 담당하였다. 그러나 2006년 부산항 신항 개장과 신항배후부지의 조성에서 물동량이 급감하여 활성화를 위한 새로운 방안이 모색이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 AHP(analytic hierarchy process)를 활용하여 평가모형을 설정하고, 양산 ICD 내 입주기업 및 관계자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 양산 ICD의 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 연구의 결과, 양산 ICD 활성화 방안으로 입지와 시설의 장점을 고려한 물류시설(공동집배송센터, 물류창고)로의 기능전환이 필요하며, 이용기간 연장, 건폐율 확보를 통해 기존 및 신규 기업활동의 안정성을 보장하여야 할 것이다. 또한 ICD 내 철도역 등 시설을 활용하여 적극적인 철도활성화 정책을 통해 철도택배 등을 활용하여 신규 물동량을 창출하고, 공로 중심의 국가물류체계에서 철송 활성화를 통한 내륙물류기지로서의 그 역할을 제시하였다.
