일제 강점기 철도관련 조직의 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on Gradual Changes in Railway Organization During Japanese Colonial Period)

  • 본 연구에서는 일제강점기의 철도관련 법과 조직의 변화를 심층적으로 연구하였다. 우리나라의 철도관련 조직은 1906년부터는 통감부 철도관리국에서 시작하여 통감부 철도청, 일본철도원 한국철도관리국, 1910년에 조선총독부 철도국, 조선총독부 관방철도부, 경성철도관리국으로, 다시 조선총독부 철도국, 조선총독부 교통국으로 변화하여 교통전반을 관할하는 조직으로 확대 되었다. 또한 영업거리의 확대에 따른 조직의 변화와 함께 철도종사원의 수도 증가하였고 충원을 위한 양성기관도 발전하였다. 본 연구는 일제강점기의 철도조직과 깊은 관련이 있는 철도망의 변화와 철도노선의 건설시기 등을 살펴본 후 관련법과 철도조직의 변화과정을 함께 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 일제강점기의 철도네트워크와 철도조직 그리고 철도직원의 상관관계와 함께 각각의 특징을 분석해 보고 당시 일본, 만철, 타이완 철도조직과의 비교를 통해 우리나라 철도와 어떠한 차이가 있는가를 규명해 봄으로써 당시 각국의 철도조직의 공통점과 차이점 그리고 식민지성 등을 함께 규명하고자 하였다.

활차식 자동장력조정장치 성능진단 및 유지보수 개선에 관한 연구 (A Study on Performance Diagnosis of the Pulley Type Automatic Tensioning Device and Improvement of Maintenance)

  • The automatic tensioning device of the catenary system constantly maintains the tension of the trolley wire by absorbing the variations due to the elasticity of the line caused by temperature variation. The tension plays an important role in affecting the electric motorcar operation directly. This paper suggests the methodology of the life cycle extension and the maintenance of the automatic tensioning device by means of performance diagnosis of the pulley type automatic tensioning device which has been commonly used for the electric railway system. Through conducting performance diagnosis and comparative test for the wornout pulley type automatic tensioning device by replacing the components such as the bearing and the bearing shaft without replacing all the assembly, the tensioning device is analyzed whether it is properly functioned. Provided that the maintenance regulation is reinforced so as to implement the bearing replacement through periodical precise inspection along with random check-up inspection which is now carried out by the operating organizations, it is ensured that the life cycle extension and the reduction of maintenance cost of the tensioning device could be achieved.

열차 운전 종사자를 대상으로 한 인적오류의 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on the Prevention Measures of Human Error with Railway Drivers)

  • In this study, the causes of human error were identified through the survey of the drivers of the three organizations: Seoul Metro, Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit Corporation, and Korail. It was started with the aim of finding and eliciting causes in various directions including human factors, job factors, and environmental factors. The Cronbach alpha value was 0.95 for the reliability significance of the stress-induced factors in the operational area. The significance probability for organisational factors was shown to be 0.82, and the significance of the sub-accident experience and the driving skill factors in operation was 0.81 In addition, the analysis results showed that stress-induced in the field of driving is higher than the human factors in the reliability analysis. The results of the analysis confirmed that the reliability of the organizational and operational stress-induced factors was higher than other causes. In order to reduce urban railroad accidents, this paper suggests a method for operating safe urban railroad through the minimization human errors.

  • Urban transit is one of the most effective ways for efficient operation and construction of an urban transit by composition system which is liked originally such as rolling-stock, power, signal and infrastructure. Urban rail transit system is running in domestic, imports major equipments from advanced countries and setup for maintenance. But it takes long time because it does each organizations and lines. Also, signal, power and track system apply different standard by each construction organizations it causes an increasing construction of cost accordingly it desperately needs a systematic countermeasure. Therefore standard specification of urban transit have been establishing and operatingfor efficient operation of urban transit and base technology security that is populace ride to become a base of state economy. After track, power and signal system will be announced. Standard specification become more, the importance of administrationof standards is emphasized more. Specification administrator’s the importance which use a computing support tool recently in railroad part in embossed and is predicted to be more such forward. Therefore we propose the effective method of management with track, power signal system by constructed data-base system.

  • Quite a while ago, Organizations which have slope DB system was running slope of management in several. Frequently, Slope failure was happened by abnormal weather and limit of valuation system at the managed slope. Analysis of other organization slope DB systems is very important that slope DB system maintains same regions on geology. In Korea, slope DB system was running at KEC(Korea Expressway Corporation), Korail(Korea Railroad), and KIGAM(Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources). We research theirs DB constructing. For reviewed slope DB system of other country, we searched NLIC(Natural Landslide Information Center)'s DB system in U.S.A., GEO's LPM(landslide Prevention Measures) program in Hongkong, DPRI' ILC(International Consortium on Landslides) program in Japan, and AGSO(Australian Geological Survey Organization)'s NGVUC program in Australia.

  • A strategic model on quality management system was developed and applied for the public service sector. The public service sector includes a wide range of organizations such as local authorities responsible for education, social services and housing, government departments, military forces, and public enterprises like post office and Korean Railroad. Quality management requires strategic integration of management system for achieving customer satisfaction. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. Conclusively, leadership and organization culture are the important drivers among the quality management activities. Human resource development and process management are significantly related to employee satisfaction, which also significantly influences on customer satisfaction in the public sector.

A Study on Constructing Common Database for Supporting Urban Rail Transit Project

  • A variety of Urban Rail Transit (URT) systems have been operating and they have different technology bases, causing a lot of difficulties in taking measures against trouble, training, upgrading, interoperability and so on. As such, a standardization project has been carried out to solve the problems by setting up the national standards for URT systems. A common database was built to provide the integrated engineering environment to the community of URT project. This paper discusses the design of the database and how it can be utilized in the successful promotion of the project. The products of the projects are stored into the database with traceability management to be referred to by other new URT projects for reusing and sharing the acquired knowledge through cross organizations.

여굴깊이에 따른 철도터널 바닥 콘크리트의 거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Behavior of Concrete floors with Over-break in Railroad Tunnel)

  • 터널공사의 발파공법의 특성상 여굴 발생은 필연적이라고 할 수 있다. 국내 터널 여굴 관련 설계기준에 의하면 공동구 바닥부의 여굴처리는 채움 10 cm로 되어 있으나 설계 여굴량 이상의 깊이를 모두 콘크리트로 채우게 되면 공사비가 크게 증가한다. 철도터널은 항구적인 콘크리트 궤도를 적용 중에 있다. 그러나 철도터널에서 바닥 여굴이 발생할 경우 압축강도 18 MPa의 콘크리트 채움 시공(T=100 mm)을 하고 있고, 상부에 150 mm ~ 237 mm의 보조도상 콘크리트층, 240 mm 콘크리트 궤도(TCL층)를 시공하는 등의 레일 하부와 터널 암반 사이에 약 600 mm 두께의 콘크리트로 시공하고 있어 경제성이 매우 떨어지는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 기존터널단면과 변경터널단면에 대해 각각 여굴 깊이에 따라 콘크리트 균열 수치해석 및 콘크리트 균열 위험도 분석, 콘크리트 균열 안정성 확보를 위한 터널 바닥콘크리트 소요 두께에 대한 적정성을 평가하였다.

  • 2005년 철도구조개혁 시행에 따라 한국철도공사가 출범하였고, 철도운영자가 제공하는 공익서비스비용에 대하여는 철도산업발전기본법 제32조 및 제33조에 의해 원인제공자가 보상토록 규정하고 있다. 이에 따라 공익서비스비용의 보상은 '05년도 처음 시행되었으나, 비용 산정의 적정성 및 기준 미비 등으로 보상규모의 공정성 객관성에 대한 외부기관으로부터 문제가 제기되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내외 유사사례를 검토하고, 공익서비스비용 보상의 주요항목인 벽지노선의 적정한 선정기준 및 비용 산출, 운임감면액 보상범위 등과 관련하여 문제점과 개선방안을 살펴보았다.

  • 도시철도 승객의 수입금 정산 배분을 위하여 승객의 경로를 파악할 필요가 있다. 승객의 예상 이동경로를 파악을 위해 다양한 경로탐색기법들이 있지만, 링크기반 k-경로탐색기법이 많이 활용되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 k-경로탐색기법은 통행 및 도보시간, 환승 패널티 등의 변수에 따라 다양한 최적경로가 존재하는 문제점이 있고 특히, 급행열차를 선호하는 승객의 특성, 열차의 특성 등을 반영하지 못하는 한계를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이를 보완하기위하여 교통카드자료를 기반으로 실제로 이용한 하나의 경로를 탐색하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 각 철도운영기관의 열차스케줄을 연계하여 최적경로를 탐색하는 방안도 제안하였다.
