Introduction : Atopic dermatitis(AD) is chronic eczematous dermatitis which is related strongly to a family history of atopic disease and hereditary disposition. Adolescence and adult atopic dermatitis (AAD) patients have been overlooked because they were relatively small population and AAD were considered merely consecutive of infant and childhood AD. Objective : The purpose of this study was to estimate the efficacy of oriental medical treatment and management on chromic AAD with nummular eczema and breast eczema. Methods : We tented this case with herb-medication, herb-irrigation, acupuncture, negative therapy, full spectrum visible lay therapy (by carbon arc) and external application (SA1, Siwon Ilhwang-Go). We observed for 7 months. Results : The grades of the severity of AD with nummular eczema, breast eczema were lower only by the oriental medical treatments and managements. Conclusion : Considering the above results, more study is needed on the case with AAD with diffuse nummular eczema, effectiveness of external application and correlation between immunological and results of oriental media treatments.

장차 세포증식과 분화의 전환에 있어서 세포주기의 구성요소들과 Rb 사이의 상호관계 및 세포주기의 조절과 DNA 손상에 대한 p53의 역할을 함께 상세하게 �P혀야 한다. 형질전환된 경우에는 p16과 p21을 포함하여 관련된 CDI들에 의한 cyclin과 CDK의 복합체의 조절에 있어서 중요한 변화들을 야기시키므로 CDI들의 불활성과 발암현상과의 정확한 인과관계를 �P혀내야 한다. 발아 또는 분열효모균에서 Sic 1과 Rum 1과 같은 cyclin-CDK의 중요한 조절인자들이 확인되었는데, 포유동물에 있어서 이러한 단백들에 대한 대응물들을 기대해보며, 체크포인트와 세포사망기전 및 암세포들에 있어서 탈조절에 대한 이해가 새로운 항암치료제 개발에 중요하다고 생각된다.

Objectives: In order to improve our understanding of the meridian, it is necessary to analyze how meridian theory formed. In this regard, the primitive form of meridians requires further study. Methods: Data from the pre-Han and Han dynasties were used, as such data document primitive forms of the meridian. Results: 1. Some of the terminology of the primitive meridians did not include symmetrical terms such as hand, foot, yin and yang; instead, terms of travel area were used. 2. In the primitive meridians, most travel from the bottom to the top. 3. The twelve meridian system had not yet been introduced into the primitive system. 4. In the primitive meridians, only a few had branches. 5. In the primitive meridians, they did not have obvious connections with the five vital organs and the six viscera. Conclusions: Although the primitive meridian system differs from the modem, studying the primitive meridians may improve our understanding of the modem meridians.

아날로그 회로는 가장 기본적인 전기/전자 회로로써 현재도 높은 중요도를 가지고 있지만, 설계를 위해서는 전문적인 지식이나 기술이 반드시 필요하다. 그래서, 아날로그 회로를 설계하기 위해 진화 연산을 이용한 기법이 연구되어 왔다. 진화연산은 최적화 문제를 해결하는 한 방법으로써 다양한 문제에 적용 가능하다. 하지만, 많은 경우 매우 오랜 시간이 걸려 재현이 어렵고 계산비용이 많이 요구되어왔다. 하지만, 최근 들어 진화전략을 이용하여 작은 집단 크기로 아날로그 회로를 진화시킬 수 있는 방법이 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 진화전략을 이용한 방법에 기반하여, 내고장성을 가진 회로를 설계하는 기법을 제안하고, 실험을 통하여 기본 진화전략 알고리즘과 비교한다. 그 결과, 제안한 방법을 통해 생성한 회로는 기본 알고리즘을 사용했을 때 보다 고장으로 인해 소자의 값이 변경되었을 때 성능하락이 더 적었다.

본 연구는 LED를 활용한 기능성 숟가락에 관한 것으로, 누구나 쉽게 접하는 기호식품인 차를 뜨겁게 마실 때와 차갑게 마실 때 부주의에 의한 신체 손상을 유발하는 것을 사전에 예방하기 위한 것이다. 특히 유아에게 이유식을 수유하는 경우 어머니들은 차고 뜨거움을 손수 확인하고 있는 실정으로 안전성에 노출되어 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 온도제어 기술을 이용하여 LED 색의 차이로 기준온도 이하이면 파란 색을, 기준온도 이상이면 빨간 색을 발광하는 원리를 통해 LED 색상 변화로 차고 뜨거움을 사용자에게 쉽게 인지시켜 안전성을 확보하기 위함이다.

This study is intended to figure out marketing strategies of women clothing brands which are remarkably preferred and recognized among Chinese women in their twenties by analyzing and comparing the features of products between Chinese fashion brands and Korean brands. This study result is follow as: 1. As the result of women fashion brands in China, it became certain that the differentiation policy of each brand and the strategy of development design reflected the needs of Chinese consumers in 20s were preferred in Chinese fashion market. 2. As the result of comparing and analysing the strategy of Korean brands' clothing product entered China market, some of them reflected well Chinese women' inclination who are in their twenties. Therefore with the proper positioning and the strategy of actual place, those Korean brands are prominently preferred. However others can not be the leading brands because of supplying inharmonious basic-style product with the preference of Chinese women in 20s.

This paper reviews a single trip decision to visit individual sites of a natural park within a random utility framework as an alternative to travel cost model. The model is applied to a 1998 survey of on-site visitors to Mu Deung Mt. neighboring Kwang Ju. city. Out of four sites considered, the model seemed to provide a reasonable description of behavior for three sites. In addition to travel costs as an implicit price, variables reflecting characteristics of each site also influenced decisions to visit the site. Moreover, benefits estimates derived from the RUM implied that visitors placed three times higher values on a site based on cultural inheritance compared with those of two recreational sites.

우리나라의 표준형 부표류는 2001년 지정된 후 일부 부표류의 활용이 저조하고 우리나라 해역에 적합하지 못한 부표류가 일부 차지하고 있으므로 표준형 부표류에 대한 전반적인 운영 현황 및 검토가 필요하다. 현재 우리나라에서는 대부분의 표준형 부표류가 철 소재를 사용하고 있으며, PE 소재 등을 적극적으로 활용 검토하고 있는 국제적인 추세를 반영하여 저수심수역 등에 가능한 신소재와 충격 흡수성이 좋은 고무 소재 등을 부표류에 적용하는 등의 신소재 부표류 개발 적용방안에 대한 연구 개발이 요구된다.

본 논문은 사용자가 육아에 있어서 필요한 지식을 제공해주는 육아 정보 제공을 위한 전용 앱 북을 만들고자 한다. 앱 북은 개인의 공감, 신뢰를 실현하는 공간을 연결해주는 정보성을 제공하며, 편리함을 가지고 육아를 하고 있는 사람들이 좀 더 쉽게 어디서든지 사용할 수 있다. 현재 앱북 시장과 앱북 사용자가 점차 증가하고 있기 때문에 육아에 있어서 좀 더 신뢰 있는 정보제공을 통해 사람들이 올바른 지식을 얻을 수 있도록 하는 것이 목표이다. 이를 위해 애니메이션 UI 가 포함된 기술적인 요소를 적용한 앱북을 제작하고자 한다.

Obesity is a major nutritional problem in the developed countries. The prevalence of obesity may range from 10 to 50 per rent or mort of adult population and it may be increasing tendency. Many efforts have been made to understand the pathogenesis of obesity, but except a few metabolic obesities in the most of obese patients, the mechanisms are not understood. The treatment modalities of obesity, ranging from dietary and pubilc health intervention through the pharmacological and surgical therapy, have been developed and tested. In the obese patients mortalities and mobilities are significantly increased than non obese subjects due to hypertension, diabetics, and other problems. There are four possible mechanisms by which energy balance might be altered to enhance metabolic efficiency. futile metabolic pathway, alteration of protein rum over, alteration in sodium-potassium ATPase and alteration in uncoupled oxidation in brown adipose tissue are considered as possible mechanisms. Low calory and very low calory diets are recommended as a dietary program. Several pharmacological agent such as benzphetamine, fenfluramine, mazindol and fluoxetin are currently popular drugs for the treatment of obesity.
