본 논문은 RFID 시스템을 이용하여 기숙사사생의 인적 정보 관리, 출입관리, 식당 이용 관리 등의 기능을 가지는 U-기숙사 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 기숙사 관리 시스템은 RFID 하드웨어 시스템과 미들웨어, 응용프로그램으로 구성된다. RFID 하드웨어 시스템은 근접 거리에 적합한 13.56MHz 대역의 주파수를 사용하고, 미들웨어는 RFID 하드웨어 시스템의 입력 값을 RS-232c 통신 방식으로 받아들여 응용프로그램을 전달하며, 응용프로그램은 RFID 의 고유한 태그 값을 데이터베이스화하여 처리한다. 제안하는 U-기숙사 관리 시스템을 설계 제작하여 대덕대학 생활관에 설치하여 실험한 결과 유용성을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to test the applicability of the rural amenity values assessment model(RAVAM) to a case study area. To verify the practical applicabilities of the RAVAM, south-east area of Kyounggi province was selected as a study area. Full data of 101 Myuns of Kyounggi province were gathered with Geographic In-formation System(GIS) and Remote Sensing(RS) techniques. All the 101 Myuns' rural amenity resources were assessed. Cluster analysis was performed on almost intact nature, interaction between nature and man, man-made amenity values to classify rural amenity characteristics. It was expected that the proposed RAVAM could be used in developing rural development plans considering local rural amenity resources' distribution.

This paper describes Genetic Algorithm-Based Relay Search Method, RS-GA, which is developed in this study to search the multiple design variables in the design space. The RS-GA based on Simple-GA consists of some functions to search many variables from some wide variable space. It repeats a Simple-GA, that is the convergence process of the Simple-GA, which makes many time reiteration itself. From the results of the numerical studies, it was actually found that RS-GA can search all peak-variable from the 2D functions including 5 peaks. Finally, RS-GA applied for design-strengthening problems in composite plate girder bridges using the external prestressing technique is also verified.

In this paper, we propose a Reed-Solomon decoder for the DVD Reed-Solomon(RS) product code based on new efficient euclid cell architecture suitable for Modified Euclid Algorithm. We synthesized the RS decoder using Hyundai 0.65um CMOS standard cell library and compared the performance of the decoder with one of the conventional architectures. The result shows that the proposed euclid cell use about 32% less symbol time.

SPC와 EPC의 통합은 연속공정산업에서 성공적으로 사용된다. 그러나, 이산적인 부품 제조공정의 모니터링과 연속 생산공정 모니터링 양쪽 모두를 포함하는 산업에서의 통합기법을 적용하기 위해서는 실시간 보정과 공정조절 등에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 SPC와 EPC의 차이를 비교분석하고, 혼성 산업에서 SPC와 EPC를 성공적으로 통합하여 효율적인 공정관리의 적용 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

The topographical effect resulted from rugged terrains and inhomogeneous spectral characteristics due to the complexly mixed land cover condition of Korea substantially lower the remotely sensed land cover classification accuracy In this study, a topographic correction method using digital elevation model to alleviate the topographic effects. To deal with inhomogeneous spectral characteristic, a hybrid classifier with inclusion of prior probabilities was introduced. This investigation concluded that the topographical normalization and hybrid classification with prior probabilities are effective on rugged landscape. The overall and average classification accuracies were improved by 0.92％ and 1.016％ respectively. The most substantial and noticeable accuracy improvement was observed in forest areas.

본 논문은 Wibro 시대를 맞아 차량내에서 인터넷이 가능하고 다양해지는 자동차 시스템에 적응하고 사용자가 자동차를 스스로 진단하고 이상이 생겼을 때 스스로 저장하여 자동차 정비소에 갔을 때 정확한 판단을 하여 신속하게 처리 할 수 있게 해 주며 자동차에 대해서 잘 모르는 운전자에게 정확한 정보를 제공한다. 주행 중에 자가 진단을 위해 임베디드 리눅스 시스템을 구축하고 자동차 와 진단 시스템의 통신을 위해 캔과 RS232 통신을 위한 EML327를 통해 통신을 한다. 그리고 미디어 플레이와 웹서버를 포팅하여 사용자 어플리케이션을 제공한다.

RS 및 GIS 기술을 수산 및 해양과학분야에 실제로 어떻게 활용할 수 있는가를 제시하고 이 분야의 전문가들에게 관련 정보를 제공하는 데 있다. 앞으로 RS 및 GIS 기술은 수산 및 해양분야의 자연재해와 관련되는 여러 가지 현상들을 조사, 감시 그리고 예견하고 수산자원 및 해양환경의 관리와 보존에 활용되어 아주 유용하게 이용될 것이다.

시뮬레이션은 지난 수년간 급속도로 발전해 온 웹의 다양한 활용 분야 중의 하나이다. 그동안 특히 JAVA를 이용한 웹 기반 시뮬레이션의 구현에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지 연구되어온 주요 웹기반 분산 시뮬레이션 언어들의 구현환경 및 특성들에 대한 고찰을 소개하고 이들 언어를 활용한 전용시뮬레이터의 설계를 제안한다. 고찰에서는 웹기반 시뮬레이션언어들의 개발시기, 개발자, 개발환경 및 다른 기술들의 적용 등을 조사하여 이들의 특성에 대한 비교를 정리하였다. 그리고 웹 특성에 부합될 수 있는 구체적인 시스템으로서 자동창고시스템(AS/RS)을 선택하여, 기존의 웹기반 시뮬레이션 언어들의 클래스 라이브러리 함수와 구현환경 등을 지원 받아 AS/RS 전용 시뮬레이터의 개발을 위한 설계를 제시하였다.

We propose the system that automatically adjusts the white balance on display products to a standard value according to several nations. We replace manual or semi-auto method with fully automatic method using windows application program. And we use RS-232C serial interface to communicate PC with display products which we want to adjust white balance. The PC generates patterns for measuring color information and Color Analyzer measures color and brightness. This value is transmitted through RS-232C serial interface to PC. The PC's algorithm analyzes this information and then decides which RGB Gain value is best for optimal white balance. This RGB Gain value is transmitted through RS-232C serial interface to display products. The modified color value is measured again and feed back to PC. This sequence is repeated until optimum white balance is obtained.
