  • The Korean Solar Thermal Industry hopes to realize 1 Million Solar Thermal Roofs. According to the 2nd Renewable Basic Plan : 2003-2012 the Government showed a very aggressive Solar Thermal Deployment Plan including Solar Thermal Apartment Housings Program. Owing to the Vision Statement such as Million Solar Thermal Roofs Program Korean Solar thermal Industry also can bring another shinny days Especially the more solar thermal applications such as to the Apartment Housings and Green Villages could bring a sustainable Solar Society Korea The RPA Program by the 9 Major Non-Private Energy Corporal ions and the RPS Program for the Solar Thermal Energy shall be another useful policy for the realization of Million Solar Korea era.

  • Left main bronchus compression occasionally occurs in patients with cardiac disease. A 19-month-old female patient weighing 6.7 kg was admitted for recurrent pneumonia and desaturation. S he had an atrial septal defect (AS D) with a right aortic arch. Her left main bronchus had been compressed between the enlarged right pulmonary artery (RPA) and the descending thoracic aorta for 14 months. We conducted ASD closure and RPA anterior translocation via sternotomy. The left main bronchus compression was relieved despite the medium-term duration of compression.

  • In this paper, Zero velocity UPdaTe (ZUPT) is implemented on the navigation system of Remotely Piloted Aircraft for GNSS denied environment. RPA's navigation system suffers from lack or loss of satellite signal while maintenance or ground test inside a hangar. Although some of the hangars install GPS repeaters for indoor tests, the anti-jamming equipment with array antenna blocks the repeater signal regarding them as hostile jamming signal. With ZUPT, an aircraft navigation system can be tested free from the divergence of navigation solution without line-of-sight satellites. The designed ZUPT aided centralized Kalman Filter is implemented on the Embedded GPS&INS and simulated with Captive Flight Test data. The simulation result shows stable navigation solution without GNSS updates.

  • The mobiAutoBot is a conceptual model of robotic process automation software with cognitive automation that can support mobile devices. The mobiAutoBot consists of two parts: mobiAutoBot controller and mobiAutoBot runner. The mobiAutoBot controller directs the job to the mobile device and performs monitoring and interworking. The mobiAutoBot runner installed on the mobile device performs the command execution. With the mobiAutoBot, you can build cost-effective robotic process automation capabilities and use it in a variety of applications, including mobile devices.

  • Most existing countermeasures against classical DPA are vulnerable to new DPA, e.g., refined power analysis attack (RPA), zero-value point attack (ZPA), and doubling attack. More recently, Mamiya et al proposed a new countermeasure (so-called BRIP) against RPA, ZPA, classical DPA and SPA. This countermeasure, however, also has a vulnerability of scalar multiplication computations by exploiting specially chosen input message. Therefore, to prevent various power analysis attacks like DPA and new SPA, we propose an enhanced countermeasure by developing a new random blinding technique.

  • 본 논문은 유튜브에 업로드 된 운동 영상을 시청하는 사람의 얼굴 영역을 YoloV3을 이용하여 얼굴 영상에서 눈 및 입술영역을 검출하는 방법을 연구하여, YoloV3은 딥 러닝을 이용한 물체 검출 방법으로 기존의 특징 기반 방법에 비해 성능이 우수한 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상을 다차원적으로 분리하고 클래스 확률(Class Probability)을 적용하여 하나의 회귀 문제로 접근한다. 영상의 1 frame을 입력 이미지로 CNN을 통해 텐서(Tensor)의 그리드로 나누고, 각 구간에 따라 객체인 경계 박스와 클래스 확률을 생성해 해당 구역의 눈과 입을 검출한다. 검출된 이미지 감성 분석을 통해, 운동 영상 중 하이라이트 부분을 자동으로 선별하는 시스템을 설계하였다.

An Analysis on the Emission Reduction Effect of Diesel Light-duty Truck by Introducing Electronic Toll Collection System on Highways (고속도로 영업소의 자동 요금 징수 시스템 도입에 따른 소형 경유 화물트럭의 배출가스 저감 효과 분석)

  • Electronic Toll Collection System (ETCS), so called "Hi-Pass" in Korea, has improved traffic flow at toll gate of highways. It is known that the improvement of traffic flow should reduce air pollutants and $CO_2$ from vehicles. In this study, real driving emission of a light duty truck with Portable Emission Measurement System(PEMS) has been measured to evaluate the emission reduction effect due to ETCS. The correlations between driving variables and emissions have been analyzed to verify its effect on traffic flow improvement and emission reduction at toll gate. We considered average vehicle speed, Relative Positive Acceleration (RPA), and the distance of queue as driving variables. Compared to passing Manual Toll Collection System (MTCS) lane without queue, ETCS was able to reduce 38.7% of $NO_x$, 21.6% of soot, and 27.7% of $CO_2$. The results showed that the higher the average vehicle speed, the lower RPA and no queue in ETCS contributed to the emission reductions. Linear equation models with RPA and queue have been established by the multiple linear regression method. The linear models resulted in the higher coefficient of determination than those with only average vehicle speed used for establishing vehicle emission factors.

  • Although many studies have focused on the influences and outcomes of personal information leakage, few studies have investigated how the personal information leakage prevention behavior differs depending on internet user. This study attempts to supplement the existing studies' limitations with the use of risk perception attitude (RPA) framework. More specifically, this study tries to show internet user can be classified into four groups based on perceived risk of personal information leakage and efficacy beliefs of personal information protection, and to identify how the groups differ in terms of motivation, information seeking, and behaviors for privacy leakage prevention. Analysis on survey data from 276 internet users reveals that the users can be classified into responsive, avoidance, proactive, indifference groups. Furthermore, there are differences between groups in terms of motivation, information seeking, and behaviors for personal information leakage prevention. This study contributes to expand existing literature by providing tailored guidelines for implementation of personal information protection strategies and policy.
