본 연구는 해병대 소대장이 소대원의 병영생활 만족에 미치는 영향과 소대장이 코칭리더십과 병영생활만족 과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 해병대사령부 예하 모든 부대와 병과의 소대원을 대상으로 2016년 1월 18일부터 2월 25일까지 설문지1,450부를 배포하여 실시했고, 자료분석은 SPSS/WIN 23.0을 이용하여 회귀분석으로 자료 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 소대장의 코칭리더십은 소대원의 병영생활 만족에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 소대장의 코칭리더십은 소대원의 자기효능감에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 소대원의 자기효능감은 병영생활만족에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 났다. 마지막으로 자기효능감은 코칭리더십과 병영생활 만족간의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사회와 군의 변화하는 환경속에서 새로운 코칭리더십 이론을 군에 실증적으로 적용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과가 갖는 시사점 및 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

The test and evaluation(T&E) of weapon systems is a significant activity in the decision-making process of defense acquisition program, providing the data of trade-off analysis, risk reduction and readiness to advance to next phase of development for the decision-maker. Currently, the modeling and simulation(M&S) is being a critical method in the test and evaluation of weapon systems. Therefore in this paper we review the current status of the test and evaluation for the defense acquisition program in Korea, and suggest an application of M&S in the T&E of weapon systems.

Sense and Respond Logistics(SARL) is a transformational, network-centric, knowledge-driven concept that enables joint effects-based operations and provides precise, agile support. Sense and respond logistics relies upon highly adaptive, self-synchronizing, and dynamic physical and functional processes. It predicts, anticipates, and coordinates actions that provide competitive advantage across the full range of military operations. In this research paper, we considered the essential prerequisite to introduce the appropriate SARL concept for the future warfare environment into the military logistics support system and also provide the conceptual alternatives to actualize the introduction of SARL.

Many advanced countries including the U.S. consider defense standardization as a critical task for the efficient acquisition and effective operation of weapon systems and have implemented the appropriate standardization policy by synchronizing the defense acquisition strategies and nation standardization policy with defense standardization. It is required to develop the long-term defense standardization policy that can cope with the future domestic and international defense environmental changes. Therefore, it is an inevitable task to investigate the standardization trends and strategy in the domestic and international perspectives. The study aims to provide the vision of defense standardization policy, act/regulation, organization/personnel, education/training and information system.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate counseling services in consumer counseling sites. We analyzed the contents and services of consumer counseling from the following internet sites; http : //www . gcn. or. kr , http : //www. jubuclub. or. kr, http : //www. cacpk. erg, http : //www . tor. co. kr/~ consumer, http : //civ. miriman. co. kr, http ://my. netian .com/~rokmc9. The major findings were summarized as follows: (1) All sites provided both a lot of information on consumer affairs and services for consumer counseling. (2) Two out of six private consumer counseling sites were technically inappropriated. They are wow.gen.or.kr and cia.miriman.co.kr (3) Consumer counseling services with specialized information and laws on consumer affairs were more likely provided from sites of consumer organizations than personal sites. (4) Personal sites made more consumer friendly communication than organization sites.

본 연구에서는 부사관과 대학생을 대상으로 병영실습이 전공만족에 미치는 직접적인 효과를 살펴보고, 대학생 안보의식의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명하는 것을 연구목적으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 해병대와 학술교류협정을 체결하고 있는 전국 8개 대학의 부사관과 학생들로부터 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부사관과 학생의 군 병영실습은 전공만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 안보의식은 부사관과 학생의 병영실습과 전공만족간의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 선행연구가 미흡했던 부사관과 학생의 병영실습, 전공만족, 안보의식간의 관계를 확인하여 합리적인 교수학습 전략 및 교육과정 개발에 근거자료를 제시할 수 있으며, 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.
