$TiC-A1_2O_3$ 피복초경공구의 최적피복두께에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimum coating thickness of $TiC-A1_2O_3$ coated cemented carbide tool)

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate on the optimum coating thickness layer of TiC-Al$_2$O$_3$ coated cemented carbide tool. Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) of a thick film of TiC-A1$_2$O$_3$ on a cemented carbide produces an intermediate layer, $1.5mutextrm{m}$, 4.5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, 7.5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ 10.5${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, 4 kind of TiC between the substrate and the $1.5mutextrm{m}$ constant thick A1$_2$O$_3$ coating. Experiments were carried out with the test relationship between coating thickness and shear angle, surface roughness, cutting force, microphotograph of crater wear, flank wear, tool life. From the experimental results, it was found that the optimum coating thickness of TiC-A1$_2$O$_3$ is 6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. Although the coating thickness layer 9${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. 12${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ have a much loger tool wear than an 3${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, 6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ coating tool in cutting condition feed 0.05mm/rev, and the condition of feed 0.2mm/rev, 0.3mm/rev has upon in the shot time phenomenon of chipping.

HIV-1 Retroviral Vector System의 개발 및 $CD4^+$ T 세포에서 HIV-1 Envelope 당단백질의 발현 (Development and Utilization of an Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1)-Based Retroviral Vector System to Express HIV-1 Envelope Glycoprotein in $CD4^+$ T Cells)

  • 본 연구에서는 $CD4^+$ T 세포를 일회성으로 감염시킬 수 있고 $CD4^+$ T 세포에 HIV-1 envelope 유전자를 전달할 수 있는 바이러스 입자를 생산하는 HIV-1 complementation system을 개발하였고 이 system을 이용하여 $CD4^+$ T 세포에 선택적으로 HIV-1 envelope 당단백질을 발현시켰다. 이 system은 Gag/Gag-Pol expressor와 Env expressor로 구성되어있다. Gag/Gag-Pol expressor는 바이러스 입자 생산에 필요한 구조단백질과 기능단백질을 발현시키지만 packaging signal이 결핍되어 바이러스 입자로 유전자가 들어가지 못하도록 제조되었다. Env expressor는 Tat, Rev와 envelope 당단백질을 발현시키고 packaging signal을 갖고 있어 바이러스 입자로 envelope 유전자가 들어가도록 제조되었다. Gag/Gag-Pol expressor로부터 Gag와 Gag-Pol의 발현은 Rev 단백질을 요구하였고 Env expressor로부터 Rev 단백질 이 제공될 때 Gag와 Gag-Pol 단백질은 효율적으로 발현되었다. Gag/Gag-Pol과 Env expressor로 cotransfection된 COS-1 세포에서 $CD4^+$ T 세포를 일회성으로 감염시킬 수 있는 바이러스 입자가 생산되었다. 생산된 바이러스 입자는 $CD4^+$ T 세포에 HIV-1 envelope 유전자를 전달하여 envelope 당단백질을 발현시켰고 복제 가능한 자손 바이러스의 생성을 유도하지 못하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 방법은 $CD4^+$ T 세포에서 envelope 당단백질의 기능을 분석하고 관심 있는 유전자를 $CD4^+$ T 세포에 전달하는 바이러스 입자의 생산에 이용할 수 있다.

  • The characteristics and stabilities of phosphatidylcholine liposomes covalently coupled with immunoglobulin fragments prepared by the REV method were investigated by the dynamic light scattering, absorbance and calcein release. Using a sulfhydryl-reactive phospholipid derivative of N-[4$({\rho}-maleimido-phenyl)$ butyl] phosphatidylethanolamine (MPB-PE), Fab' antibody fragments were covalently combined with preformed large unilamellar vesicles (LUV), Coupling ratio was $250\;{\mu}g$ of $Fab'/{\mu}mol$ of phospholipid in vesicles, From dynamic light scattering, it was found that the size of the vesicles increases as the ratio of cholesterol to lipid increases, but that apparently, the size of liposomes was not sensitive to the existence of Fab' fragments. Regardless of inserting Fab' fragments, the absorbance of liposomes decreased as the amounts of bile salt (BS) added. At very low BS concentrations, BS/lipid aggregates would be formed in the outer vesicles monolayer, while, at the high BS concentrations, mixed micelles would be preferred. The vesicles incorporated with Fab' fragments, however, are more resistant to the bile salts than the MPB-PE vesicle are. The absorbance of vacant liposomes and calcein release resulted in that the Fab' vesicles and MPB-PE vesicles by the REV method are very stable, but that those by the sonication method sufferred the significant change of turbidities.

  • Manufactured easy elevator can drives from the first floor to fifth floor as sequence control circuit in cause opening than existing equipment of experiment and practice, the structure of in the first implementation process are hand-worked control component with push-button, L/S and relay, it is structured a lamp to express that the door open and moving of cage by mechanical action of For/Rev motor-braker of which load. The second structure of implement process to control from the first floor to the fifth floor with the PLC elevator program can control by the sensor of hand-operated function of L/Sl~L/S5 in time that the S/Wl~S/W5 of PLC control panel operates to the For/Rev. The function of two kind process that an elevator is driven by PLC program and the sequence control relay circuit is a mechanical relay sequence control field and it is equipment apparatus of it to get appropriately the technology of For/Rev in that mechanical operating cause of a load using the PLC program. Also the wring circuit using a plug, dissembly. the circuit and the principle of component, and PLC program with the function test can be used the implementation field to the total technology theory about FA.

  • In this work, the effect of composite couplings and mass distributions on hub loads of a hingeless rotor in forward flight is investigated. 1'he hingeless composite rotor is idealized as a laminated thin-walled box-beam. The nonclassical effects such as transverse shear and torsion warping are considered in the structural formulation. The nonlinear differential equations of motion are obtained by applying Hamilton's principle. The blade responses and hub loads are calculated using a finite element formulation both in space and time. The aerodynamic forces acting on the blade are calculated using the quasi-steady strip theory. The theory includes the effects of reversed flow and compressibility The magnitude of elastic couplings obtained by MSC/NASTRAN is compared with the classical pitch-flap($\delta$$_{3}$) coupling. It is observed that the elastic couplings and mass distributions of the blade have a substantial effect on the behavior of $N_{b/}$rev hub loads. About 40% hub loads is reduced by tailoring or redistributing the structural properties of the blade.f the blade.

A study on the machinability of SUS304

  • SUS304 is wellknown as difficult-to-machine materials. It is easy to appear workhardened, and workhardening is one of the causes of groove wear on the tool. In this paper, the author would like to compare the width of flank wear with that of groove wear, and to find whether the groove wear can be used as a criterion of a tool life. The design of the twelve tests provides three levels for each variable (speed: 200m/min, 118m/min, 70m/min; feed: 0.3mm/rev, 0.17mm/rev, 0.1mm/rev; depth of cut: 0.4mm, 0.28mm, 0.2mm). The study of tool-life testing by statistical technique follows usual most scientific sequence. So the tool-life predicting equation is calculated by the method of least squares. The overall adequacy of the model can be verified by the analysis of variance. The results obtained are as follows : 1) When SUS304 is cut in 200(m/min), the width of flank wear is much larger than that of groove wear. 2) In cutting speed 118m/min, flank wear is a little larger than groove wear and in the cutting speed 70m/min, the latter is a little larger so that it is reasonable to determine the tool life according the crierion by groove wear in the low cutting speed (less than 70m/min). 3) Owing to the burr the depth of engagement along the cutting edge is extended toward the shank.

볼 엔드밀 가공에서 고경도 강재의 절삭특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Machinability of High Hardness Steel in Ball End Milling)

  • The STD11 and KP4 are important steels and applied to the manufacturing of the die and mold. The purpose of this study is to investigate the machinability of tool steels of STD11(HRC60) and KP4(HRC32) when machining them by using ball end milling tools coated with TiAlN. Cutting forces by using a Kistler piezo-cell type tool dynamometer, surface roughness and tool wear by using tool microscope are used in the tests. The results from the cutting tests of KP4 specimens show that 85m/min. of cutting speed and 0.32mm/rev. of feed per revolution are optimum conditions for the higher productivity and 0.26mm/rev. with the same cutting speed are optimum conditions for better surface finishing. The results from machining STD11 workpiece at 30m/min. of cutting speed and 0.17m/rev. of feed per revolution show recommended for the higher productivity. The KP4 shows relatively smaller cutting forces than STD11 and STD11 shows the better surface finish than KP4.

  • 제품생산의 고정밀화 및 고품질화로 정밀 절삭가공에서 공구의 형사에 따라 많은 변수가 있으므로 공구의 상면 경사각을 변화시키면서 절삭저항, 비절삭저항, 거칠기 등을 energy mothod에 의하여 최적조건을 구한 결과(6-4) brass 에서는 경사각 20.deg., 25.deg.에서 Al alloy 에서는 0.deg., 20.deg.에서 가장 작게 나타났으며 거칠기는 (6-4)brass 에서는 경사각 20.deg. 에서 Al alloy에서는 15.deg.에서 가장 작게 나타났다.

  • All IP기반의 유무선 네트워크로의 진화가 진행 중인 상황에서 서비스는 단순결합 상품에서 융.복합 상품으로 진행되고 있으며, 통신사업자는 사용자가 이종 네트워크로 이동하더라도 기존에 제공받던 IP서비스를 끊김없이 제공하기 위한 기술을 개발하고 있는 중이다 본 논문에서는 BcN 3단계 1차년도 시범사업 과제를 활용하여 사용자가 WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network)존에서 CDMA 2000 1x EV-DO (Evolution-Data Only) Rev.A망 으로(또는 그 반대로) 이동을 할 경우 기존 사업자의 망 구성요소를 변경시키지 않으면서 이종망간 핸드오버 시 발생하는 핑퐁현상을 줄이고, 그로 인한 안정적인 IP핸드오버 수행 및 향상된 IP핸드오버 지연시간을 제안하였다.
