This study explored the role and characteristics of music that contributed to experiences of catharsis in music. An empirical phenomenological study was conducted to explore catharsis with 12 adults. Phenomenological reduction, change of attitude, literature interpretation, and hermeneutic circle were used for data collection and analysis. As a result, three categories, five themes, and 11 sub-themes were identified. The first category, here and now in music consisted of two themes: aesthetic experiences and expansion of musical novelty. The second category, inner connection through music consisted of one theme, re-experience of internal emotions. The third category, immersion and engagement in music consisted of two themes: ventilating or deepening of emotions and internal dynamics. Based on these results, the cathartic characteristics of music are discussed. First, the aesthetics and novelty of music kept participants fully stay in music. Second, music induced a re-experiencing of emotions by triggering memories or stimulating unresolved emotions. Third, the elements of music promoted emotional ventilation, deepening, and internal dynamics. This study is meaningful because it qualitatively examined the roles and characteristics of music that contribute to cathartic experience in the general adult population.

Recently the construction of railway sections passing the central area of cities and stations under railway lines are increasing, and then it is urgently required to take the countermeasures against the railway vibration and the second-phase noise radiated from it. The most efficient countermeasure, out of technologies developed up to now, is the floating slab track which is the track system isolated from the sub-structure by springs. In other countries, the source technologies for anti-vibration design and vibration isolator - one of key components - have been developed and many installation experiences have been accumulated. However, in Korea, since the system design technology and technologies for key components are not yet developed, the foreign system are being introduced without any adjustment, and the key component, vibration isolator, depends on imports. In this study, based on the results of previous studies of the dust-control device installation using the slab and go through time after lifting impressive when stepped on power generated by the cross-section of the slab and shear connection re-examined the structural stability.

The purposes of the study is to evaluate the discrepancy between user's expectation and satisfaction degree in the service of uTradeHub. In this regard, this study infers general solutions in order to induce the intersection area using IPA technique. Then this paper will present directions to improve the service of uTradeHub. In terms of methodology, this article disclosed that IPA model approach is greatly useful to evaluate user's attribute. First, variables like the link of different works(f1), trust of system(f4), information connection(f7) are located on the first quadrant. This means that importance and satisfaction are all high variables for user. So, this is very important variables that need continuous administration in order to maintain present state. Second, variables such as the speed of information acquisition(f2), improvement of use(f3), stability of system(f5) are located on the second quadrant. This means that user's importance is high but user's satisfaction is low. Therefore, this area needs an active improvement strategy and quick maintenance for e-Trade application. Third, variables like the appropriateness of information usage fees(f8), easy subscription(f9), customer support service(f10) are located on the third quadrant. Because these variables are all low for user's importance and satisfaction, we have to arrange strong and radical remedy for e-Trade service. Finally, variables like information offer(f6) are located on the fourth quadrant. This means that user's satisfaction is high but user's importance is low. The research result suggests that e-Trade service development would be re-organised as much as user feels the importance of process innovation.

The consulting company conducts consulting for the purpose of repurchasing consulting and the intention of repurchase according to the consulting quality appears in the small and medium enterprises which received the consulting service. The purpose of this study is to find out the difference of consulting service quality according to the degree of correspondence. As a result of the questionnaire and statistical analysis for consulting SMEs, it was confirmed that the quality of consulting service affects the intention of repurching consulting, Research shows that even though consulting service quality is high, it does not lead to re-purchase unless it responds appropriately to changes in the environment. In other words, in order to enhance service responsiveness, consulting firm should be able to monitor the market information that changes with service quality and build a response system to respond quickly. However, to generalize it, In order to increase the consulting repurchase intention, further research is needed to supplement the responsiveness of the consulting service in connection with the quality of the consulting service.

Globalization, conversions, and OSMU (One Source Multi Use) in modern cultural industry is expanding fast, and global competition is soaring with a changing environment today. In fact, the development of one nation depends on its cultural creativity. Yet, there is an increasing need for a connection between space and culture since globalization homogenizes a nation's unique cultural identity and provides low level of utilization in digital cultural contents in terms of saving, conserving and maintaining data. In order to invigorate the cultural industry, there must be some information that provides public culture contents, which they can be freely searched, displayed, and re-produced. Ultimately, these public culture contents should be able to provide Culture Space. This text discusses how individuals produce the Culture Space, which provides digital information of time and space, from a relationship between culture and space. It also introduces the public Culture Contents service framework in order to provide culture information and combined Culture Contents.

The cosmetics industry is executing the experiential marketing strategy, which focuses the brand experiential experience for the connection with consumers and differentiated strategy for the company's brand image, according to the expansion of quality service, which increasingly consume a diverse experience. Among these, the low-priced cosmetics market is trying a variety of experiential marketing to provide positive experience of their product and their brand through a unique service or event to stimulate the motions of young woman, who are changing rapidly, and is actively utilizing the means of marketing to form brand equity for these experiential marketing. Therefore, this study is to find out the effect of customer experiential on the brand equity through a variety of experiential marketing of low-priced cosmetics brand and based on the result, we were able to find out that the experiential marketing is also used as important means of marketing for low-priced cosmetics market to secure the brand equity and to maintain long-term relationship with the customer. This is expected to provide strategic and practical implications to the cosmetic marketing managers for customer management and this will recognize the importance of customer experiential in cosmetic marketing and suggest proper marketing strategy plan. In this study, the multiple regression analysis was mainly uses to find out the influence between the variables for low-cost cosmetic brand but we're hoping to execute a study, which directly and indirectly covers the complete path by using the various parameters, which can be effected on the brand equity.

National R&D Projects provide the central axis to weave the valuable information derived from variable projects and their participants. Thus to efficiently manage and utilize the National R&D information, the project-oriented management system has to be established and its information must to be articulated with each other. Using the connected relations the system can provide an efficient way to easily gain and share the information. To do this the National R&D information management systems and the identifier management system must to be builded and the common services and functions connecting the systems have to be provided. On this study, by defining these constituents and their relationships we're going to establish the base of promotion of National R&D Information utilization.

From modernism to post-modernism, the practice in the design field often reduced the complexity of environment and to remove variety. However, contemporary ideas of space have been changed. The current thought premise is that the environment is mutable and is evolving according to inner and outer forces and elements. Therefore, leading designers recognize that the environment is complex in itself while anticipating a new theory explaining on-going trends. The idea of fold formulated by Gilles Deleuze can provide a theoretical base for new environmental design in constrat to current design practices. The fold is a hybrid by accommodating complex relations within an object. It carries a dynamic world view through continual process and yields a topological space against absolute space like Euclid geometry. The characteristics of the fold can be paraphrased as rhizome, stratification and smooth space. Rhizome forms a non-hierarchial connection like networking in internet space. Stratification is a kind of superimposition of autonomous potential layers within a single object. Smooth space is a free space and event oriented space keeping non-linear form. This study tried to incorporate the idea of fold to environmental design methods and design process in order to make space which can correspond with complex environment and topological form. In the design process adapted to fold theory, rhizome analysis accepts the complexity of environment and stratification strategy embraces the possibility of accidental use. As a result, the designed park carries a monadic image and produces an ambiguous space. Lastly, smooth space makes topological space unlike Euclid geometry and is free space comosed by the user themselves. Transporting the idea of fold into environmental design could be an alterative way for indeterminate and flexible design to accept new identity of place. Therefore, this study accepts the concept of incidental morphogenesis to make space based on the complexity of environment. The designed space based on the idea of fold searches to create free event space determined by user rather than designated by designer.

In the contemporary modern society, information and knowledge generate a set of new social values. These changes demand a transformation not only in socio-cultural and educational spheres, but also, specifically, in the field of culture and art education. Culture and Art education emphasizes the integration and cross-discipline of other related fields which have great impact on culture and arts. This study applies theoretical analysis of Animation education in the context of culture and art education. Animation education takes an interdisciplinary approach to integrate various subjects in the field of culture and art education. Animation, as a form of culture and art education, plays an educational role in the social classroom. Animation education should be developed and expanded to become a regular classroom course. The goal of Animation education is to pursue and develop a connection with other educational courses of study. In order to strengthen the role of Animation education, we should first re-structure the pedagogical role of Animation education. Secondly, Animation education needs to become a diversified and popularized education. Third, the cultivation of creative human resources is considered of vital importance to Animation education. Finally, the expansion of infrastructure and the establishment of a comprehensive support system for Animation education has to be established.

In a warehouse, because there exist frequent changes of stock status and the quality of some contents are influenced by the environment such as temperature, fast and accurate management of the warehouse's environment is very important for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). However, due to the absence of a unified standard for the communication protocol between RFID nodes, the connection between RFID nodes can be broken in case of movement of a RFID reader to a region with a different protocol. Moreover, centralized MAC schemes for RFID communications in previous studies have severe problems. For an example, if a cluster header disappears from the cluster due to the cluster header's movement or bad channel conditions, the RFID member nodes of the cluster waste lots of time and energy to re-elect a new cluster header. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a WiMedia Distributed MAC (D-MAC) scheme for RFID communications and its cooperative relay transmission scheme for WMS applications Simulation results show performance improvement at the RFID node by using the proposed cooperative relay transmission scheme.
