원샷시스템의 신뢰도 성장 계획 설정 방안 (A Study on the Establishment of Reliability Growth Planning for One-shot System)

  • In this paper we proposed to develop the reliability growth planning for the One-shot system using the PM2-Discrete model. The PM2-Discrete is the methodology specifically developed for discrete systems and is the first quantitative method available for formulating detailed plans in the discrete usage domain. First, the parameters RG, RI, T, MS and d of the PM2-Discrete model are set. Second, the case analysis was performed on One-shot system A. Third, the input parameter values were applied to drive the R(t) equation. Finally, using RGA 11 Software, the reliability Growth Planning Curve of One-shot system A was constructed. Also, the sensitivity analyses are performed for the changes of model parameters. The results of this study can be usefully used in establishing the reliability growth planning curve of the One-shot system.

전기사고방지를 위한 연구실험실 정기점검/정밀안전진단 표준모델개발 (Development of the Standard Model of a Stated Period Check and Precise Safety Diagnosis in the Research Lab for Prevention to Electrical Accidents)

  • 대학 연구기관 등의 연구실험실에서 감전, 전기화재 등 전기사고를 방지하고 안전을 확보하기위해 수행하는 전기분야 정기점검/정밀안전진단은 구체적인 기술적 표준모델이 없는 실정이다. 특히 전기분야 연구실에 대한 정기점검/정밀안전진단 관련 연구는 매우 취약한 상태로서 이에 대한 대책마련이 시급하다. 이에 대한 문제점을 파악하고 명확한 기준이 없는 점검항목, 점검방법, 필수 활용장비, 안전등급부여방법 등에 대한 구체적인 기준을 마련하였다. 또한, 기존 연구실험실의 전기전자분야 체크리스트를 검토, 분석하여 체크리스트개발연구를 수행하였다. 연구실험실에 실제 효율적으로 적용 가능하도록 구체적인 기준을 마련하여, 제시함으로서 전기안전 취약요인을 개선하도록 체계적이고 효율적인 표준모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 전기분야 표준모델은 실제 필요한 점검항목에 대한 명확한 기준을 설정하여 모든 연구실에 공통으로 적용할 수 있도록 개발하여 정기점검과 정밀안전진단 수행 시 바로 실행 가능하도록 하였다. 이는 연구실의 전기사고방지를 위한 효율적인 점검뿐만 아니라, 연구실안전수준을 전반적으로 상승시킬 것이다.

THE ELECTROMAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF Mg-Mn FERRITES

  • The magnetic properties of Mg-Mn ferrites were investigated in the composition range of $Mg_{a}Mn_{b}Fe_{c}O_{4\pm\delta}$ (a+b+c=3) with the addition of $Al_{2}O_{3}$. In $MgO-MnO-Fe_{2}O_{3}$ ternary system, the spinel single phase existed within the composition range of MgO-50 mol%, MnO-70 mol% and $Fe_{2}O_{3}-60\;mol%$. The saturation magnetic flux density increased with the increase of $Fe_{2}O_{3}$ content and showed the maximum at the stoichiometric composition of $(Mg,Mn)Fe_{2}O_{4}$. In $Mg_{x}Mn_{1-x}Fe_{2}O_{4}(x=0.2~0.8)$ system, the saturation magnetic flux density showed the maximum at $Mg_{0.2}Mn_{0.8}Fe_{2}O_{4}$. The addition of $Al_{2}O_{3}$ resulted in the decrease of saturation magnetic flux density but increased the electrical resistivity.

THE MICROWAVE ABSORBING CHARACTERISTICS OF FERRITE GRID ABSORBER

  • In order to widen the band-width of ferrite absorber, compositional effect on the complex permeability of Ni-Zn ferrite and the structure of grid absorber were studied. From the experimental results, we could determine the optimum composition composition of Ni-Zn ferrite and the structure of grid absorber. Also, we manufactured grid absorber and investigated its microwave absorbing characteristics. Calculation shows that the ferrite frid absorber suppresses reflection ${\leq}-20dB$ from 30 MHz to 700 MHz and the conventional ferrite tile absorber suppresses reflection ${\leq}20dB$ in the frequency range of 30 MHz-400 MHz. It was found that the microwave absorbing performance of the ferrite grid absorber was superior to the ferrite tile absorber.

  • GMTI는 항공기에 탑재되어 지상에 움직이는 표적을 탐지하는 레이다 기능으로 군사적으로 널리 활용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 GMTI 신호처리 방법을 제시하고, 구축된 항공용 GMTI 시스템으로부터 획득한 GMTI용 2채널 합/차 원시데이터를 이용하여 GMTI 신호처리 결과를 검증하였다.

Confocal Scanning Microscopy : a High-Resolution Nondestructive Surface Profiler

  • Confocal scanning microscopy is a measurement technique used to observe micrometer and sub-micrometer features due to its high resolution, nondestructive properties, and 3D surface profiling capabilities. The design, implementation, and performance test of a confocal scanning microscopy system are presented in this paper. A short-wavelength laser (405 nm) and an objective lens with a high numerical aperture (0.95) were used to achieve the desired high resolution, while the x- and y-axis scans were implemented using an acousto-optic deflector and galvanomirror, respectively. An objective lens with a piezo-actuator was used to scan the z-axis. A spatial resolution of less than 138 nm was achieved, along with successful 3D surface reconstructions.

  • For accurate gain tuning of the lab-manufactured six-axis articulated robot RS2 with less noise, in this study, a program routine using dynamic signal analyzer, which is a realization of a controller design algorithm in the frequency domain, is programmed using LabVIEW$^{(R)}$. The contribution of this paper is the proposal of a simulation technique based on SolidWorks$^{(R)}$ and LabVIEW$^{(R)}$ for the gain tuning of a six-axis articulated robot. To realize the simulation, the LabVIEW$^{(R)}$ program used for experimental gain tuning is incorporated in to SolidWorks$^{(R)}$. A comparison shows that the results of simulation-based gain tuning and experimental gain tuning are almost the same within a 5% error bound. On the basis of the comparison, it can be suggested that the simulation-based technique for gain tuning can be applied instead of experimental gain tuning to a six-axis articulated robot by interlocking SolidWorks$^{(R)}$ and LabVIEW$^{(R)}$.
