In Korea, the regulation is MOLIT Notice 2018-290, Guidance for Approval of Synthetic Flight Trainer as Flight Simulator and Flight Training Device. The FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) categorizes FSTD (Flight Simulation Training Device) into FFS (Full Flight Simulator) and FTD (Flight Training Device), according to its level. Additional categories for regulation are airplane and helicopter, depending on the type of aircraft. In this study, the objective tests for the handling quality of the FAA and Korean regulations were compared and analyzed. In QPS (Qualification Performance Standard), related test titles, flight conditions, and tolerance limits were analyzed for the handling quality. Based on this study, recommendations on amendments to the regulation was presented.

The 299(162 female and 137 male) participants in this study listened to six stories designed to elicit prosocial or self-protective rules. The Aggression Scale is composed of verbal and physical aggression and expression of anger. The Quality of Peer Relationships scale has both positive and negative components. Results showed girls used more appropriate emotional regulation strategies for managing negative emotions and more prosocial motives than boys. In the regression analysis emotional display rules and gender positive strategies accounted for 6%, 9%, and 5% of the variance in verbal aggression, physical aggression and anger expression of anger. Children with prosocial motives for emotional regulation and many strategies showed lower levels of egocentricity and peer rejection.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the features of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant business in the digital economy. Particularly relevant are the processes of digitalization of the service sector. Trade and transport companies, enterprises in the hotel and restaurant industry, catering got the opportunity to expand the target audience, improve the quality of service, develop at an accelerated pace, take into account that in the global digital economy, victory will go to those whose arsenal will involve a large number of high-quality digital platforms. As a result of the study, key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant business in the digital economy were identified.

The effectiveness of the regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of development of tourism and the national economy largely depends on the presence of an effective central executive body that would take care of the problems of the development of the industry, the quality and perfection of legal support, a strategic view of programming the development of the industry within the state and regions, as well as administrative mechanisms of public administration, which fully ensure control over the activities of economic entities and the quality of the services they provide. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy were identified.

The purpose of this convergence study was to evaluate the influence of interpersonal problems on sleep quality in college students and to analyze the mediating role of mental health and the moderated mediating role of emotional regulation. This was a cross-sectional study of 307 students at a college in Seoul. The results of hierarchical linear regression showed that interpersonal problems and mental health were statistically significant predictors of sleep quality in college students. A mediation analysis further revealed that students' mental health mediates the relationship between interpersonal problems and sleep quality. Additionally, there was a moderated mediating role of dysfunctional emotional regulation in this process. Our findings suggest that supportive and adaptive cognitive emotional regulation educational programs should be designed based on college students' maladaptive emotional regulation experiences and individual characteristics.

As the interest on the air pollution is gradually risen up at home and abroad, their vehicle emission regulations have been reinforcing by steps. PM regulation was also reinforced 4times for the last 13years and has been applied to SI vehicles after EURO 5. Additionally, knowing that small particles of PM can easily penetrate deep into lungs PM number was added on the regulation from EURO5+ and is applied to CI vehicles. Also, PN regulation is going to be applied to SI vehicles. But, because the regulation is appled to only a general test mode of each countries that is performed at $25{\pm}5^{\circ}C$, it is unclear whether the regulation can work on the other ambient temperature conditions or not. In this paper, to know that exhaust emission characteristics at the special conditions CI vehicles(CRDi w, w/o DPF) were tested using 5-cycle mode, NEDC mode at 5-ambient temperatures (35, 25, 0, -7 and -15) and the exhaust emission test results were discussed. The results show that the vehicle with DPF emits much low PM(and PM number) on all of the test mode. However, NOx of the other mode was emitted higher than regulation mode. Also. NOx was sharply increased according to decreasing Ambient Temperature.

Regional air quality regulation is a system that allows the Minister of Environment to designate the local area as air quality control region where the concentrations of air pollutants are exceeding the environmental standards, and the local governments that administrate the regulated area have to develop and practise a plan for reducing the air pollutants. From the data observed yearly by the monitoring stations in 8 provincial cities with more than 0.5 million people was judged the compliance with air quality standards in each municipality for the period of 2003 to 2013. As the result of investigation on air pollutants concentrations of each city, it was found that there was no station that exceeds the ambient air quality standards of CO, $SO_2$ and 24-hour $NO_2$. But all municipalities exceeded the standards of 8-hour $O_3$, annual and 24-hour $PM_{10}$, and therefore 8 municipalities can be designated to be under the local air regulation. For the annual $NO_2$ were the monitoring sites necessary requirements for designation of the air quality regulation region in Cheongju, Cheonan, Daejeon and Gwangju area. Incase of 1-hour $O_3$, some of stations in Pohang, Cheongju, Cheonan and Changwon area were over the designation standards for the air quality control region.

Proper maintenance of biological components is crucial for longevity and healthy aging. Although the role of homeostatic maintenance systems for DNA and protein in longevity is established, it remains largely unknown for RNA. In our recent work, we show that nonsense-mediated mRNA decay (NMD) promotes longevity in the roundworm C. elegans by enhancing RNA quality control. We find that the activity of NMD decreases during aging, raising the possibility that RNA quality declines in old animals. We then show that key components of NMD complex are required for prolonged lifespan in C. elegans. In addition, animals with reduced insulin/insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) signaling (IIS), a representative longevity model, display increased NMD activity. Thus, up-regulation of NMD appears to play crucial roles in longevity conferred by reduced IIS via enhancing mRNA quality control. As both IIS and NMD pathways are evolutionarily conserved, mammals including humans may be equipped with similar RNA quality control systems to achieve longevity.

Objective: The aim of this work was to assess the effect of ergothioneine (ESH)-enriched mushroom extract on oxidative stability, volatile compounds, and sensory quality of emulsified sausage. Methods: The ESH content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The antioxidant activity of Flammulina velutipes (F. velutipes) extract was determined through radical-scavenging activity of 1,1 diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl, 2,2-azinobis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) and hydroxyl radicals. Four different groups of emulsified sausage were manufactured: control, no antioxidants; BHA, 0.01% butylated hydroxyanisole; EEME, 0.8% ESH-enriched mushroom (F. velutipes) extract; AE, 0.012% authentic ESH, after storage for 14 days (at 4℃), the quality of sausage including oxidative stability (2-thiobarbituric acid reactive substances and protein carbonyls content), volatile compounds and sensory quality were studied. Results: It was demonstrated that adding ESH-enriched F. velutipes extract to sausage could effectively prevent lipid and protein oxidation, and its efficacy was equivalent with 0.01% BHA. During meat processing, the ESH mainly contributed to the antioxidative activity of F. velutipes extract. The flavor and sensory attributes of emulsified sausage were improved through adding ESH-enriched F. velutipes extract. Conclusion: Accordingly, the extract of F. velutipes contained high-level of ESH and could be a good antioxidant candidate for processed meat production.
