반응표면법을 이용한 양송이버섯 피클의 관능적 특성 최적화 (Optimization on Organoleptic Properties of Mushroom (Agaricus bisporus) Pickles using Response Surface Methodology)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the organoleptic properties of mushroom pickles made at various compounding ratios according to central composite design for optimum organoleptic properties. In this study, various kinds of mushroom pickle were made at different compounding ratios of vinegar, sugar and salt-critical ingredients of the pickle recipe and the products were presented to an expert panel, who graded the subjects in 7 degrees for 5 items: color, flavor, hardness, taste and overall quality. As a result of sensory quality, mushroom pickles with 300g of vinegar, 150g of sugar and 60g of salt achieved the highest grade. Meanwhile, the results of Response Surface Methodology were different from the sensory quality results, showing that the optimum mixing conditions for overall organoleptic properties of mushroom pickle were 279.58g of vinegar, 179.34g of sugar and 59.09g of salt.   • Markov chain method to evaluate the properties of control charts with variable sampling intervals(VSI0 for simultaneously monitoring several correlated quality characteristics under multivariate normal process are investigated. For comparing the efficiencies and properties of multivariate control charts, we consider multivariate Shewhart, CUSUM and EWMA charts in terms of average time to signal(ATS) and average number of samples to signal(ANSS). We obtained stabilized numerical results with Markov chain method when the number of transient state is greater than 100.

Enhanced Efficiency of Transmit and Receive Module with Ga Doped MgZnO Semiconductor Device by Growth Thickness

  • The structural, electrical properties of Ga doped MgZnO transparent conductive oxide (TCO) films by ratio-frequency(RF) magnetron sputtering were investigated. Ga doped MgZnO TCO films were deposited on the sapphire substrates at $200^{\circ}C$ varying growth thickness 200 to 600 nm. The optical properties of Ga doped MgZnO TCO films were showed above 85% transmittance from 300 to 1000 nm region. In addition, the current density ($J_{SC}$) of $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$ (CIGS) solar cells was improved by using the MgZnO:Ga films of 500 nm thickness because of outstanding electrical properties. The $Cu(In,Ga)Se_2$ solar cells with MgZnO:Ga transparent conducing layer yielded an efficiency of 9.8% with current density ($31.8mA/cm^2$), open circuit voltage (540.2 V) and fill factor (62.2) under AM 1.5 illumination.

  • Internal marketing has been suggested as the approach for service organizations to be service-and customer-oriented; and the issues of internal service quality has been one of topics widely discussed in the internal marketing literature. While previous studies have attempted to develop the instrument assessing the internal service quality, ISQB(internal service Quality battery) developed by Kang et al.(2002), compared to other instruments have received some attention given its rigorous approach to measure the internal service quality. However, it has been noted that the validity of ISQB does not appear to be thoroughly examined while the reliability of the instrument seems to be secured. The current study attempts to readdress the psychometric properties of ISQB through the replication of the instrument. The empirical testing including confirmatory factor analysis and correlational analyses show that the instrument is reliable and valid in terms of its discriminant and nomological validity.

통계적 경향 분석을 통한 남한강 상류 수계 수질 변동 해석 (Analysis of Water Quality Fluctuations in Upstream Namhan River Watershed Using Long-term Statistical Analysis)

  • There are fifteen non-point pollution management areas in Korea and three of them (Doam lake, Daegi district and Golji-cheon) are located in the upstream of the Namhan river watershed. Many efforts to reduce non-point sources (NPS) pollution have been conducted, however, water quality pollution in the watershed is still serious. To solve these problems, it is a priority to grasp water quality using statistical techniques. In this study, a trend analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of NPS management in the watershed. The long-term trends from 1996 to 2018 of water quality properties were analyzed using data collected from the water environment information system. Seventeen monitoring stations were selected along the main stream in Namhan river basin. Monthly water quality properties (BOD, COD, TN, TP, TN/TP ratio, Conductivity, SS and Chlorophyll-a) were collected and analyzed by Mann-Kendall test and LOWESS. The results showed that the Conductivity tended to increase in all regions and was the highest level in Jijangcheon. Organic pollution such as BOD and COD tended to increase in the Jungseon area. SS did not show a large tendency, but it showed high concentration in the Doam watershed. In all regions, 40% of water quality properties showed a tendency to 'UP', 15% of water quality properties tended to 'DOWN', and 46% indicated no tendency. In order to determine the cause of this, additional research and measures for improvement are necessary. This study will be used for the establishment of water quality policy in the future.

  • 본 연구에서는 물성 변화에 따라 자동차 성능 및 환경에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 휘발유 대비 물성이 상이한 연료를 선정하여 연소특성을 살펴보았다. 실험은 각 연료에 맞는 점화시기 및 공연비제어를 수행하여 물성변화에 따른 최적의 점화시기와 희박연소에 에서의 연소특성을 살펴보았으며, 그에 따른 배출가스도 평가하였다. 실험을 위해 단기통 엔진을 사용하였으며, 휘발유 물성변화를 위해 "석유 및 석유대체사업법"에 고시된 품질기준을 벗어나는 가짜연료를 선정하여 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 선정된 연료의 경우 옥탄가와 증류성상, 증기압에서 차이를 보였으며, 불안정 연소 및 다량의 유해배출가스를 유발함을 알 수 있었다.

유기섬유 강화 열가소성 복합재료의 유변학적 특성 (Rheological Properties of Organic Fiber-Reinforced Thermoplastics)

  • 열가소성 고분자 복합재료 개발을 위하여 매트릭스 수지로는 폴리프로필렌섬유(PP)를 사용하고 유기계 강화소재로 폴리비닐알코올(비닐론, VF), 아라미드(케블라-49, KF) 및 폴리아미드섬유(PAF)등을 사용하였다. 복합매트제조장치로서 복합매트를 제조하고 가열.압축하여 고분자 복합재료를 성형하였다. 제조한 고분자 복합재료의 형태학, 유변학적 및 기계적특성 등을 측정하였다. 형태학에서 미트릭스와 강화섬유 간의 젖음성은 강화섬유의 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였다. PAF/PP와 VF/PP 복합재료에 대한 점성도는 낮은 주파수 영역에서 강화섬유의 함량이 증가됨에 따라 증가하였으나, 높은 주파주 영역에서 5-20wt%로 강화된 복합재료는 매트릭스인 PP에 근접하게 감소된 점성도를 나타냈다. 기계적 특성은 강화 섬유의 함량에 따라 변하였으며, VF/PP 및 KF/PP 복합재료가 PAF/PP 계에 비해 우수한 현상을 보였다.

제주산 보통온주의 품질특성 (Physicochemical properties on the quality evaluation of Citrus unshiu produced in Cheju)

  • In order to determine the quality of Citrus unshiu(medium cultivar of satsuma mandarin) produced in Cheju, citrus fruits sampled at sorting places and harvested directly on citrus tree in south and north area of Cheju were analyzed. The fruits were grown in size till early of November, and soluble solids were increased continuously after that. Compared with the quality of citrus fruits as a factor of soluble solids, firmness, total sugar, pH, and color index, the optimum harvest periods were supposed to be reasonable from early of December for C. unshiu Marc. var. yonezawa and C. unshiu Marc. var. hayashi, Fruit weights and peel thickness had a linear correlation with increasing fruit size, but soluble solids and acid contents had not a correlation. The selection of C. unshiu variety was needed to determine by the properties of storage.

  • Because food crops serve as the raw materials for biodiesel, the increasing use of biodiesel as an alternative fuel can lead to adverse effects such as food price inflation and may contribute to global starvation. To solve these problems, efforts are being made to explore various nonedible raw materials for producing biodiesel. Different raw materials impart different fuel characteristics to biodiesel. In this study, we synthesized pure fatty acid methyl ester (FAME), which is a biodiesel component, and then analyzed its fuel properties. The fuel properties of pure FAME would be useful in producing biodiesel from various new raw materials.

죽순분말을 첨가한 절편(떡)의 특성 (Quality Properties of Rice Cake Containing Bamboo Sprout Powder)

  • Bamboo sprout powder was added to rice cake in an effort to improve the quality and functional properties of dough. The contents of crude protein and carbohydrates increased as the amount of bamboo sprout powder increased, whereas moisture contents decreased. According to increasing contents of bamboo sprout powder, total amino acid contents significantly increased. Hunter's L value decreased as contents of bamboo sprout powder increased, whereas sucrose contents increased. Addition of bamboo sprout powder to rice cake increased dietary fiber contents. Sensory scores of rice cake containing 90 g of bamboo sprout powder were the highest of all rice cakes tested. According to the results, adding bamboo sprout powder could improve the quality and sensory characteristics of rice cake.
