고객지향적인 서비스운영활동이 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Service Operation Activities of the Customer-Oriented for the Customer Satisfaction)

  • As service firms continue to seek unique sources of sustainable competitive advantage, service quality has been discussed as a potential alternative to traditional skills and sources. The information of customers is generally believed to be a key component in creating corporate responsiveness to customer requests. In order to develop and maintain long-term close relationships with customers(CRM), service firms need to build an effective and ongoing service quality information system(SQIS). Service firms that formally collect customer-related information and internal service quality information were to be more responsive. The purpose of the present study is twofold. 1. How to nicely get the information on the service quality. 2. How to build a SQIS. One of numerous examples from financial service-sector firms is given to show that SQIS can be developed to improve service quality This paper investigates SQIS of a Korean commercial bank as an example. Implications and strategies for building an effective SQIS for financial service-sector firms are discussed, and directions for future research are indicated.

품질 정보와 퍼지 추론 기법을 이용한 DNA 염기 서열 배치 알고리즘 (A DNA Sequence Alignment Algorithm Using Quality Information and a Fuzzy Inference Method)

  • 분자 생물학(computational molecular biology) 분야에서 DNA 염기 서열 배치 알고리즘은 다양한 방법으로 개선되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 DNA 염기의 품질 정보(quality information)를 이용한 DNA 염기 서열 배치 방법을 개선하기 위하여 퍼지 논리 시스템(fuzzy logic system)과 DNA 염기 서열 단편의 특징을 적용한 품질 정보와 퍼지 추론 기법을 이용한 DNA 염기 서열 배치 알고리즘을 제안한다. 기존의 알고리즘은 Needleman-Wunsch가 제안한 전역 배치 알고리즘에 각 DNA 염기의 품질 정보를 적용하여 DNA 염기 서열 배치 점수를 계산하였다. 그러나 전체 DNA 염기의 품질 정보를 이용하여 계산하기 때문에 DNA 염기 말단 부분의 품질이 낮은 경우에는 DNA 염기 서열 배치 점수를 계산하는 과정에서 오차가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 품질 정보를 이용한 알고리즘을 개선하여 DNA 염기 서열의 말단 부위의 품질이 낮은 경우에도 정확히 서열을 배치할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 DNA 염기 서열 단편의 길이와 낮은 품질의 DNA 염기 빈도를 퍼지 논리 시스템에 적용하여 DNA 염기 서열 배치 점수를 계산하는데 적용되는 매핑 점수 인자(parameter)를 동적으로 조정한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위해 NCBI(National Center for Biotechnology Information)의 실체 유전체 데이터를 받아 성능을 분석한 결과, 제안된 알고리즘이 기존의 품질 정보만을 이용한 알고리즘 보다 DNA 염기 서열 배치에 있어서 효율적임을 확인하였다.

  • This paper presents an automated construction quality nonconformity control method. Existing quality control process are confined attributed to the dependence on human quality personnels. They are inefficiency for continuos quality improvements and may cause project schedule delays when any nonconformity is handled timely fashion. For sure, It is important to identify the add hoc quality nonconformity control processes and to implement them into an automated system that controls its' work-flow. It would be desirable to develop the construction project quality nonconformity control system using Building information modeling(BIM) and Information and Communications Technologies(ICT). It may provide an effective platform to prevent quality issues that exist in the existing quality management practice.

도서관의 온라인 서비스 품질 평가: e-LibQual의 적용 (Measuring library online service quality: An application of e-LibnQual)

  • 본 연구는 기대와 성과간의 비교를 통하여 이용자 관점에서 도서관 온라인 서비스에 대한 품질을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 22개 SERVQUAL 문항에 정보품질에 관련된 7개 항목을 추가하여 총29개의 측정항목을 개발하였고, 대덕연구단지내의 한 연구 도서관을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 요인분석 결과 온라인 서비스의 품질을 결정하는 요소인 서비스차원은 5개로 묶여졌고, 정보품질 차원은 별개로 분리되어 나타났다. IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) 분석결과 정보품질, 신뢰성, 그리고 보증성이 중요한 서비스 요소임이 밝혀졌고, 다중회귀분석 결과 이용자의 만족에 가장 커다란 영향을 미치는 서비스 요소로는 유형성과 정보품질인 것으로 규명되었다.

A Study on the Effect of Service Quality, Consumer Empathy and Shopping Value on Curation Commerce Satisfaction

  • Purpose: This study was based on curation commerce that has been rapidly developing. It looked into the effect of curation commerce's quality of service factors (information quality, information interest quality, interaction quality, and personalization quality) on satisfaction and the mediating effect of consumer empathy and shopping value between service qualities and consumers' satisfaction with curation commerce. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey was conducted on 273 consumers who used Chinese curation commerce services. The research data was analyzed using the Smart PLS 3.0 program. The empirical analysis was conducted with reliability and validity analyses of the questionnaire and hypothesis test. Results: As a result, only the quality of information had a direct impact on satisfaction. The remaining service quaility factors (information interest quality, interaction quality, and personalization quality) were found to affect satisfaction through utilitarian value or consumer empathy. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it selected the service quality factors experienced by consumers about curation commerce services in line with the bright market prospects of curation services. In addition, the significance of this study was to reveal the psychological mechanism of the process in which the quality of service reaches consumer satisfaction.

The Pricing of Accruals Quality with Expected Returns: Vector Autoregression Return Decomposition Approach

  • Purpose: This study reexamines the test on the pricing of accruals quality. Theory suggests that information risk is a priced risk factor. Using accruals quality as the proxy for information risk, researchers have tested the pricing of information risk. The results are inconsistent potentially because of the information shock in the realized returns that are used as the proxy for expected returns. Based on this argument, this study revisits this issue excluding information-shock-free measure of expected returns. Research design, data and methodology: This study estimates expected returns using the vector autoregression model. This method extracts information shocks more thoroughly than the methods in prior studies; therefore, the concern regarding information shock is minimized. As risk premiums are larger in recession periods than in expansion periods, recession and expansion subsamples were used to confirm the robustness of the main findings. For the pricing test, this study uses two-stage cross-sectional regression. Results: Empirical results find evidence that accruals quality is a priced risk factor. Furthermore, this study finds that the pricing of accruals quality is observed only in recession periods. Conclusions: This study supports the argument that accruals quality, as well as the pricing of information risk, is a priced risk factor.

조선산업에서 협업시스템의 성공요인에 관한 연구 : D사(社) 협업기업들의 사례를 중심으로 (Success Factors of Collaboration Systems in the Shipbuilding Industry)

  • This paper classifies the success factors of collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. We propose the structural model that identifies the relationship between the success factors and organizational performance. To test empirically the relationship between the factors, we developed the measurement of each factors. This paper has examined the relationship between the independent variables and the mediating variables, also has examined the relationship between the parameters and a final dependent variable. The independent variables are as follows, (1) quality of system including reliability, flexibility, and accessibility, (2) the quality of information including contents, expressiveness, and (3) the partner relationship including the information sharing and the compatibility of strategies. The mediating variables are user involvement, parter trust, and user satisfaction. The final dependent variable is business performance. The hypotheses test proved that the system quality significantly affect user satisfaction, the information quality positively influence on the user participation, and the information sharing and strategic fit of partner relationship positively affect partner trust. Also, the user participation and partner trust significantly affect user satisfaction. Finally, the user participation, user satisfaction, and partner trust have a decisive effect on the organizational performance. The results of hypothesis test verified that the quality of information and system, also partner relationship are important to operate successfully the collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. Also, the mediating variables are important to explain the structural relationship between the independent variables and organizational performance.

  • Total Quality Management (TQM) is the aggregated management philosophy for quality including production, operation, human resource, leadership, marketing, and etc. TQM is the advanced concept and philosophy rather than traditional "Quality Control" or "Quality Assurance". Nowadays, downstream costs has been increased, that made cost accountants' attention to costs of quality. Many countries have developed their own quality awards system in order to improve overall national quality level. The Deming Prize of Japan and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) of United States are two representatives of quality prizes. We compared the two awards by means of their history, objective, coverage, and judging criteria. Deming Prize has a longer history than MBNQA. Deming Prize selects five winners a year, while MBNQA has two or three areas. The biggest difference is judgement criteria. The Deming Prizes focuses on statistical control which is a traditional quality control method, while MBNQA concentrates on modem business concept such as customer satisfaction. The suggestions to these awards are: evaluate more on information of quality; evaluate more on inter-functional relationship between quality control function and other link more financial success.e financial success.

웹기반 농업정보시스템 성공요인에 관한 연구 (Success Factors for Web-based Agricultural Information Systems)

  • This study reviews and modifies general IS success models to find success factors of WIS(Web-based Information Systems) and to confirm the relationship between WIS success and user's satisfaction of web use. A WISSM(Web-based Information Success Model extended to include EQ(E-Quality) is developed to anticipate user's intention to use Web-based Agricultural Information System and fit into the survey data from 252 WIS users of RDA(Rural Development Administration). PLS is applied to estimate a structural model based on EQ-WISSM to test hypotheses including 1) users reach a high level of intention to use Web-based Information Systems when they feel a high level of interactivity among an 'E-Quality', 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction' and 'Task Support Satisfaction', and E-Quality boosts intention to use Web-based Information Systems. The results show high path coefficients and $R^2$ values and find followings; First, the EQ-WISSM explains the user's intention to use WAIS quite well. Second, E-Quality can be used well in web-based IS environment to predict IS Success. Finally, this research finds the importance of 'Task Support Satisfaction' as a mediator between 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction', 'E-Quality' and 'Intention to Use'.

  • According to database and information technology development, many interests of database quality control have being increase. The purpose of database quality control is improvement quality of data itself as well as database system to satisfy user's need. As this paper was especially written about quality control of bibliographic database, to embody complete bibliographic database, it was invested numerous errors and its case by analyzing MARC records. In addition, it was presented that high degree's cataloging education, introduction of su n.0, pporting systems, and development of intelligent quality control system for quality improvement.
